AReese & Sons PaintingCarl Reese came himself on the day after I returned his inquiry. He made a quick estimate and gave me a price that I agreed upon, and then started his work the day after we first met. Carl has excellent character. He did everything that I asked him to, and quite a bit that I didn't think to ask of him. In conversation, I told him, "I believe you are painting my house as if it were your own." He responded, "That's the way I do all of my projects." And, that is exactly what I would have thought. At the end of his work, we shook hands and washed them with cleanser due to the Corona Virus. I told him how much my wife and I appreciated his work, and he said, in reply, "It's all good." And, then, painted three pieces of our lawn furniture without being asked, and with no charge. How often does that happen in today's world? Carl is a good man who does excellent work. You won't need to keep an eye on his work, because he does, and he can do a better job of it than you can. APurified Pressure WashingThese are two incredibly hard working guys that cleaned our sidewalk, driveway, and the mildewed rock wall at the entrance to our home. They did an amazing job! The sidewalk looked pristine, like newly poured concrete. They gave a fair estimate, stuck to their price, and came right on schedule. After careful inspection a day later, a few small missed spots were found. When the spots were brought to their attention they arranged to come over the next day and quickly resolved the issue at no cost. The difference in the exterior after washing off probably 6+ years of dirt was dramatic and well worth cost. I would hire republic pressure washing services again in the future.- Graham H.

AThe tile work was very well done. We had picked out the tile before work was started, but Ronnie went and picked it up. He talked about the different layouts and he answered all of our questions. We really liked the threshold design that went in the doorways when the tile pattern changed direction. There was a nice selection of granite for the countertops, and the finished installation looks very nice. He updated the shower, removing a bench and enlarging the doorway. He added tile insets to hold toiletries. Excellent attention to detail. I was "griping" about having to paint the master bathroom and closet, and he added that for a very reasonable fee. He took care of all demolition and debris, and cleaned up daily.

FSigned a contract with them over 6 weeks ago to install a wrought iron fence around a pool that had just been constructed in our backyard. Was told there would be a 2 week and that was fine. 2 weeks came and they came out and measured, but never performed the work. Continued excuses, even after I made clear over and over that we have two toddlers who could drown in the pool and we need it protected. Still put us off and we finally had to find another company. Ridiculous.

ASteven was absolutely awesome. He had great ideas on updating the look of the hose without breaking the bank. His crew was very responsive. Had an issue with the guys covering the dryer vent and they fixed it promptly. Steven helped me pick paint choices and when I wanted to add more painting on some additional trim - he agreed it was a good idea and just sent the painters over - no hassle. We also had a garage door replaced, added features to back and front porch, had a window removed, replaced guttering around the house and resided/ painted the whole house and trim. I think you will be really happy with the product and can’t beat the service.
