    A&D Home Inspection
What a pleasure it was to work with a professional. They arrived at the property on time. After a quick walk through they got busy inspecting. The whole process took just a little over two (2) hours. When the process was complete the inspector walked me through the property pointing out items of concern which would need repair, maintenance or were cosmetic. Each item discussed was in their report along with pictures. I am glad to have this report because it now gives me the opportunity to correct them before the sale. I would highly recommend A&D Home Inspection to my friends and neighbors for their friendliness and professionalism in this process.

    Aqua Plumbing Services
Fast service, great price, cleaned up after job , and really did a neat professional project. Tim knows what is doing and does not mind explaining what is going to so. He uses the best product and explains why.

    Above All Plumbing
Called Above All to have a couple leaky outdoor faucets fixed. The O-Rings were bad in them. I pulled one and found the O-Ring on the spout was worn, I just didn't have time to go to Ace and chase down the proper size O-Ring so I called them to do it. On the way out they said they charge $180 per faucet to fix it. I said that's crazy for a 7min job. He then said he would do both for a flat $200. I agreed to pay the $200 even though that's more than an attorney makes per hour. He called back once he got there and said he found a 3rd faucet that was leaking and said it would be $300. That's $100 per faucet for a .30 cent o-ring and 10 minutes to pull the stem out and replace it. If my wife would had been there this would have cost me $540. I've used them in the past, but won't ever use them again. I believe they are zip code pricing or just trying to rip people off. I could have put brand new faucets in for cheaper than that. I realize they have to drive out there and it takes time, but $540 for a one hour job and $2 in O-RIngs is crazy. I just called another plumber and found a company to do all 3 faucets for $125 out the door. I found another plumber that would do the job for $175, but it would take them a week before they could get to it.

    General Ionics of Oklahoma
We contacted General Ionics and found them extremely professional and punctual. They went the extra mile and did a special installation at no additional cost to me. We have had the unit for about a year now and have been totally satisfied and have had zero issues. The cost is a bit high compared to what you can find at Lowes, however the performance is much better. It's the old get what you pay for. If it says anything, I'd do it again.

Hi-Tech Plumbing & Leak Detect Inc
I placed a request for a clogged pipe in my kitchen. I received a call from a CSR and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Before the serviceman arrived, I was given a call to let me know he was on the way. Brian arrived on time and upon checking to see that what I believed was a blockage deeper in my pipes than just a simple clogged drain, he did in fact confirm that I had a blockage well past the u-bend under my sink... he went right to work and had my pipes cleared out and my drains working freely within 30 minutes... I was VERY happy with his work and professionalism... the price was a little more than I expected but that was my fault for misunderstanding the CSR. I was told that there was a fee for coming out to find the problem and then if work was done it would be more. I thought that meant that the fee for coming out would be included in the price of the services rendered like it has been with other services I have had done after the servicemen came out and given the estimate and then I had them do the work. But, this place is different. The cost of coming out to give an estimate is NOT included in the service costs. I could understand paying that fee if I did NOT have them do the service they were giving me an estimate for. That wasnt made clear up front and it is the only reason why I can't give a perfect score. Granted, it is a misunderstanding on my part. But, that really should be made clear before hand! The charge for coming out was $89 and then there was a hourly charge of $108 per hour. You pay for the full hour no matter if it takes them 10 minutes or 60 minutes. I will still use them if I ever need plumbing services again.

    Airco Service Inc
I don't recommend this company to anyone. I had a punch list from an inspection in which a few things needed to be taken care of. My realtor let their tech in and gave him a copy of the list. After the work was completed, my husband contacted them for the invoice. A girl named Amber told my husband he couldn't see the invoice until he paid the bill. Since we were never given an estimate, we had no idea what the amount would be. My husband then told Amber that that's not how it works and to my understanding, she threatened him with putting a lien on our house. She finally sent us a bill with nothing itemized which my husband promptly paid. I reviewed the bill and noticed the tech did not address one of the issues. I called their office and emailed them asking that their tech address it as the sell of our house was dependent upon it. I finally got a response which in no way addressed what was asked of them. Needless to say, the closing date came and went. So, the state inspector came and inspected the hot water heater and the inspection failed. I notified Airco and told them I wanted full reimbursement and they made all kinds of excuses of why it wasn't what they did. It's funny though, the inspection failed from all of the work that they had just performed. The wording on the invoice and the wording of the failed inspection was almost identical. I had to have another company, Plumb Crazy (they were fantastic and so professional) come in and clean up the mess Airco made. The Plumb Crazy tech even asked me why Airco replaced materials that were within code with materials that were not. All I could say was "I have no idea."

    OLSON PLUMBING CO INC
Great. I expected to have to replace the hose bib and pay accordingly. Mr. Olson showed up on time and looked over the problem. Instead of replacing the entire unit he cleaned up the valve using a tool he had made himself and in 15 minutes everything was back to working great. This was an example of a true tradesman knowing his profession which is something we are lacking today.

Very pleased with the professionalism of the technicians; Brennan and Aaron arrived on time, with the necessary supplies and finished the repairs quickly at a reasonable price. This is the third time I have used this company and I highly recommend them.

    Hull Plumbing Inc.
Steve was very knowledgeable and professional. He inspected and cleaned the anode rod and explained why it did not need to be replaced. In the past, another plumbing company just changed out the anode rod, which I now know did not need to be replaced. I really appreciated Steve's honesty and Hull Plumbing has earned my trust. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.
