AI've been taking my high energy puppy to Fur Night and Day (FNAD) for 1/2 days of daycare for the last 2 months. She LOVES it! She basically drags me into the building. She comes home tired and well exercised and, on many evenings, she just goes to sleep while we watch TV. Even the following day she is much quieter and laid back. I like to take her there a couple of times a week. The staff is so friendly and take such good care of their little customers. There are 6 indoor dog yards for the dogs and a long area outside (completely fenced in with tall white solid fencing). I feel very comfortable that my dog is secure while there. FNAD has the best hours around, open 7-7 every day. They have suites which are about 5x8 feet for their boarding dogs and they have a large area for dog training. My dog graduated from basic obedience taught by Elizabeth who is an excellent trainer. The dogs learn not only the basic commands of sit, stay, down, come, heel, but she also teaches how to prevent jumping up on people, how to train your dog to leave something alone, how to drop something they shouldn't have in their mouths, and how to work on bite inhibition. I would highly recommend FNAD for excellent service, caring and friendly personnel, very reasonable prices and a secure, fun atmosphere for your furry family member.

AThey x-rayed Ike and determined he needed to be confined to heal. He's doing well and is beginning to show signs of walking again. I visit at least weekly and he is always clean and well cared for. Not an easy job as he is quite feral.

DIt amazes me sometimes how businesses treat clients and this place just boggles my mind? I think they maybe good vets for most things but they were never able to figure out digestive issues with our rescued Pomeranian. Dr. Coppedge actually made the issue worst with all the steroids she gave the pup and actually caused the inflammation to get worst. We finally found a Vet in Newcastle that put our dog on the proper medicine and diet that fixed the poor dog suffering. We had all three of our dogs going there at one time but Dr. Coppedge would talk to us at first but afterwards she always relay the dogs condition or issues through the vet tech so you never could ask a question directly to the vet, even over the phone. I caught her one time (and the last) as she was leaving the office and she looked like a deer in the headlights. It was easy to tell she didn't want to deal with the public directly. I thought that was really strange being in a profession that requires them to deal with clients. The first time we saw her she said it was great that I was an animal biologist that I would be on the same level of understanding. That doesn't work at all if you don't like dealing with the public, so sad. I didn't post this at the time but when they wouldn't return messages left for the groomer, I thought these issues need to be made public so people know what to expect at this business!!!. The sad thing, they didn't have the fortitude to just tell us what their rule/practices were, rather than just ignoring my messages is just poor business practices. So sad that they can't be straight forward:(

FWe won’t be back. We only went there because our breeder said she needed to be seen by a vet within 3 days of coming home with us and out vet couldn’t see us that soon. Our first visit for our puppy was for 8 wk shots. They did a fecal for worms (I’m assuming was negative because I never received a call) and they also prescribed antibiotics for a small sore she had on her lip from her tooth because they said it look like it could become infected. That visit was about $90. Then today we went back because our vet still couldn’t get us in (I forgot to schedule an appointment for her) and Woodlake already had her scheduled for her next set of shots. We went ahead and went back there thinking this visit wouldn’t be more than $45...we were very wrong! They came out and got her from the car since they aren’t letting owners in with their pets due to COVID. Well she got car sick on the way there several times. They have her in there for maybe 10-15 minutes and bring her out and the girl gives me a paper showing that the visit cost $77! I asked why it was so much and she said the visit is $30 then they did ANOTHER fecal (I didn’t consent to one and didn’t think I needed to say she didn’t need one since she had a negative fecal a month ago) then the shots cost about $33!! I told the girl that that’s crazy expensive and that we wouldn’t be back because this visit would have cost me 1/2 this price at our usual veterinarian. I asked her for my puppies records so I could give them to our vet. She brings it out to me a few minutes later and it shows her weight was taken at the first visit only! So they charged me so much for what? They didn’t weigh her or at least it doesn’t show they did! I was livid. I paid and we left. Well remember where I said I TOLD them she gets car sick and I even asked for paper towels to clean all the vomit up with. Well on the way home she threw up 4 more times and it was nothing but treats that they had fed her while in there! I was so ****** at this point! Why would you load a puppy up on treats knowing she gets car sick?!? They are way over priced. The girls that come out aren’t very friendly. They obviously don’t do everything they should at a visit. If your going to charge $30 for a visit ACTUALLY do an exam!! Over priced. Rude. No feedback whatsoever.

AOklahoma City Academy Of Dog Grooming ArtsOur dogs (Stewie, a Miniature Poodle, and Stella, a Rat Terrier) both LOVE coming here. The staff treats them like royalty, and they take care of EVERYTHING from start to finish -- hair clipping to perfection, toenail and dew claw trimming, anal gland expression, "tear" cleaning . . . everything shy of veterinary care! AEdmond Pet ResortI use them for grooming and boarding. It was from the 2nd to the 7th. I have two dogs and it was $60 a night. In the past I've had them call me and said hey I think your dog might have an eye infection and can we put a few drops in the eye. I think they keep a pretty good eye on them. They are small and they only cater to dogs under 20 pounds. I have 2 Chihuahuas.- Lisa S.
