    Greyson, Dr. Richard C.
He mostly checks my stomach every couple of months. I do not have any issues with scheduling and if I ever had an emergency I was able to be seen the same day. He is great and I feel very comfortable in his office environment.

I have used Cuyler Caldwell. The office is very friendly, very courteous, professional. The office is clean and well appointed. It's waiting room is nice. The checking staff, I have never had to wait in line. He is one of the few physicians that respected my time as well as his own. He has excellent chair side manner. I feel that he listens to what I have to say, and he will ask additional questions later. He is more engaged with his patients. He is involved. I am very pleased with him and his support stuff. I am not crazy about the billing system, but that is not the doctor's fault.

    Stanfield, Dr. Blake
We have not had a lot of experience with him because he is a new family doctor, but I know other family members that go to him and they absolutely love him. That is why I switched. This was my initial visit to this doctor.

She is a family physician, and we all see her. They are very accommodating, the staff is very friendly, the doctor and her nurse always contact you when you call. If they don't know the answer, they transfer you to someone else. She does everything from flu shots, to pap smear, to broken limbs, she does everything.

Call staff early to get appt 1.5 days. Will usually require basic lab blood panel prior. Great for medications review.Strong personal contact in office and huge medical knowledge for wellness referral.

    Mercer, Dr. Mary K.
Short Story: Dr. Mercer seems to have a good bedside manner, but she is a disaster. If you are the type who wants to visit the doctor a lot and don't mind following up all the time, she may be good for you. But if you are expecting a professional office and prompt help, look elsewhere. Dr. Mercer tries to do everything and can't keep up with it all. I doubt her competence. I know some people like to be called "sweetie" and "honey" and she does have the motherly thing down, but as a medical professional she is a failure. Based on my experience and after learning that her medical license was suspended in 2009 for what looks to be drug abuse, I think you should look elsewhere. I went to her because she was rated so highly on Angie's List, but she is not the same person today that those people are describing. Keep in mind that she was carefully watched and was limited in the number of patients she saw between 2009 and 2011 as a result of her licensing troubles, so maybe her level of care was better then.
Long Story: I got an appointment quickly for the same day. I came in and had to ask for new patient paperwork. I turned it back in and waited for about an hour. I went to the window to see how much longer it would be and someone (who turned out to be Dr. Mercer) took my paperwork off the desk. It had been there the whole hour! Dr. Mercer took me back and gave me a very cursory examination. No height, weight, or temperature. The exam table paper was all crumpled like someone else had used it. She did not do some of the very basic tests for gallbladder problems, but she did order blood work. The tech gave me the worst blood draw ever. I was bruised for two weeks! I eventually called to get my results after a couple days, and Dr. Mercer said things were fine. I was trying to eat fat-free and see if things would improve.  Dr. Mercer did call a week after I saw her and talked to my husband. He told her I was fine. I was not fine, and I am certain she violated privacy laws by even talking to him. After a few weeks, I decided that things weren't going to improve, so I wanted to get the ultrasound she suggested. I called at 6:30 a.m. on a Monday morning thinking I would just leave a message with the office. It rang to her cell phone, and I woke her up! I like access to my doctor, but a regular published number should not wake them up. She told me she would take care of the ultrasound scheduling, but she didn't know my name and probably just went back to sleep. So I called again at 8:00 a.m. thinking the office would be open. She answered again and told me that she was in the bath and that she would take care of it when she got in at 10:00 a.m. I called back at about 3:00 to see about the referral, and the receptionist had no clue. Apparently Dr. Mercer does all her own referrals and makes all of those calls. It is completely inefficient and unprofessional. So I called back at about 4:30 and Dr. Mercer told me that I would need to wait for two days to get the ultrasound. I was in serious pain and was worried about my health. When I told her where I lived, suddenly she said she could get me in. So I thankfully was able to get an 8:00 a.m. ultrasound the next day. The results would be back by noon, so I called Dr. Mercer's office at 1:00 and at 4:30 with no response. I called back again the next morning and got the voicemail message. I called back again at 2:00 and the receptionist yelled to the doctor who said she thought everything looked okay but she would have to call me back. Finally at about 4:45 p.m., she called back. She immediately put me on hold for three minutes, and then came back and said that the ultrasound was fine. She said that I needed to see a GI doctor and gave the name and number of one. She basically hung up on me at that point. Now, 24 hours later, the GI doctor still doesn't have the referral and won't schedule the appointment without it. I am worried about my health, in pain, and just want to know what is wrong. Dr. Mercer doesn't seem concerned or connected to my case at all. If I didn't call and remind her to take care of things, I am certain this process would be taking even longer. I am all about being an active player in my own health care, but I expect people to be professionals. The office staff is useless and can't take care of anything, and the doctor is too scatterbrained and flighty to be effective without a strong office staff.

    West, Dr. Eileen C.
She is very easy to talk with and she reviews a lot of things with you like updating your immunizations. She is very good about following up on the whole thing, not just the problem you might have come in for.

    Oklahoma City Clinic Edmond
The appointment smoothly and I was told I would be referred. Two months went by and I had not heard from anyone, I went back to get a referral to a new doctor and have an MRI scheduled, finally happened 2 1/2 months after I had the initial appointment and only after numerous calls and going in on 5 separate occasions in the last 2 weeks to ensure someone knew that I needed this done quickly. Unfortunately, but the time action was taken there was a lapse in health coverage and it will be an additional 4 weeks until the next step in the process can be taken. I am sure doctor at this clinic is good at what he or she does (I had them for one full year, but never met my primary care physician, appointments were handled by an assistant), however, quality matters little if it is not available.

    Davis, Dr. Charlyce
She refers me to specialists if I need.  I am very pleased with her as a physician and she takes time to discuss if you have any to discuss.  She seems very knowledgeable on woman’s medical issues.  I have Osteoporosis and I go into her office for shots twice a year.  I also go in for physical and lab works, where she refers me for mammograms, bone scans, etc.  She seems to be on top of medical issues and the staff is very friendly.  I will continue to use her in the future.

My experience with her was great as she comes to my house. She is not my neighbor but she lives a little away from me. She does house calls. She works for me. Sometimes she tries to do too much herself, but she is thoroughly a lovely person and she really listens to you. That's half the battle. Sometimes she gets in a hurry.
