    Republic Power Washing Services, LLC
Tyler did such a great job! I knew our fence and deck was in pretty rough shape, but I didn’t realize how bad it was until it was all done! It was a huge difference. Such an overall great experience.

    Republic Power Washing Services, LLC
I used Republic Power Washing Services to have my wooden deck cleaned, and I can’t say enough about the quality of work/service provided by Brian and Tyler. There were several things that really stood out about them: 1. Responsive – I called to schedule an appointment to get an estimate, and they answered the first time and immediately set me up with their earliest available slot to get a FREE estimate. Follow up communication to schedule the actual date for the wash was equally as smooth. 2. Punctual – Began the job right on time. And to clarify, I don’t mean they showed up to the property at the scheduled time, but arrived early to set up their equipment and were ready to begin actually washing at the scheduled time. 3. Quality of Work – Brian and Tyler really took their time to make sure that not only was the deck completely clean without a missed spot, but also that, with their 3 step process, damage to other areas of the property was non-existent. In addition, they even applied a post treatment layer to the deck to prevent future growth of mold and algae. 4. Customer Focused – They were more than willing to answer in detail any questions I had throughout the job. Also, prior to beginning the post treatment they double checked that I was completely satisfied with the appearance of the deck. Had there been any spots remaining (there weren’t) that I didn’t find satisfactory, there is no doubt in my mind that they would have gone back to touch those up without hesitation. I would definitely recommend that anyone in need of some power washing services reach out to Brian and Tyler at Republic Power Washing Services. You won’t be disappointed.

    All Oklahoma Roofing & Construction
The property was under contract and the roof did not pass inspection.  I found All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction on Angie's List and called right away.  Needless to say, timing was very important.  The contract on the house had an expiration date.  Cash was very quick in looking at and evaluating what needed to be done.  The job was extensive but everything was completed when Seth said it would be completed.   I can't recommend this company highly enough.  They are very professional and can be counted upon.  I live out of state so all communication was done over the phone and via email but there were no hitches or delays.

    KB Landscape & Tree Service
Short(ish) version of this 1 month long fiasco... Called KB to come give me a quote on a sprinkler system. While walking the job, he sold me on doing other work at the house. Deck repair, landscaping etc. He told me he would throw in a bunch of stuff for free (which ended up not getting done or I was charged etc) and that he takes care of veterans. The bid came back at $12k, which was high to me... But my wife and I decided to get it done. I paid half up front and work started a couple weeks later. Once started, Matt or someone from his “crew” would show up but only every few days and for an average of 5 hours per week to work, which has made this 5 day project (based on his bid) last over 30. Meanwhile they are posting pictures of all the other jobs they are doing while my family and I are living in a muddy construction site. For a week or so, mud, pallets and his tools were blocking me from using my garage or my front entrance to my house. Every day it was a new excuse or new promise that would all fall through. “I’m so sorry, this is crazy, we will make it up to you” etc etc. Every day for weeks now. Many times they wouldn’t get here until 4pm and work until 6pm. I could tell they were doing other jobs and ours was just their side project, which we paid $16.5K for. I’m not your cousin, Matt. You don’t get to do my job on your spare time. On top of all of this, every single task they have worked on has had to be redone at least once due to poor quality. Like, horrible quality. Some of these are still ongoing to this day. Wood screws poking through hand rail, cables for the railing are popping off nearly daily, sprinkler system not working, painted our sidewalk while painting the deck, missed entire sections of paint on the deck, railings not square, shattered 40% of our flagstone and ruined our yard with his ride-on which has forced us to now pour concrete and sod the entire yard. The list goes on and on. 30 days later, he had not been here in a few days (more promises and excuses over the last three days to show up, never did). Then finally on 4/20/2020, my wife called to tell them the work needed to be done in the next two days or we would file a suit to get some of our money back so we could pay someone else to do the work/repair what he had broken. He then starts yelling/cussing and talking over myself and my wife on the phone. I have recently heard from a handful of others who have been treated the same. One of which is another disabled vet (see pics). Miraculously two sub-contractors show up to fix these issues and what took weeks of delaying to fix, was fixed by two other companies in a matter of hours. BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY SHOWED UP AND WORKED. I still have a few things I need to fix that he broke, tree needs to be trimmed that he didn’t do, pavers relaced that he shattered etc. To me it was just worth telling him that we were good and to have him go away. We didn’t want to deal with him anymore. The way I see it, this is how this should work. 1. You do the work on the bid. 2. For the price bidded (or close). 3. In the time bidded. 4. And then we pay you in full. I was the only one who held up my end of this deal. I paid them in full 3 weeks ago because I was trying to be nice. Big mistake. Look at the BBB. I am the 2nd person in 2 months to have this exact same issue with him. Looking on OSCN.net, it appears Matt has two felonies due to home repair fraud and is currently on a 10 yr deferred sentence. Also said KB Landscaping was founded in 2009… Found out it was actually started in May of 2019… Should have done my research first… Stay far far away from this guy. I've never seen anything like this and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Best thing is that we touted about how much he was going to "take care of me" for being a disabled veteran. What a freaking crock of.... I have pictures, emails, bids etc if anyone would like them. Scottworth07-@-gmail-.com.

    Tiller Fence & Deck
3-person team showed  up as committed and workedd for 2 days +.   They were communicative if they had questions and were very professional. The old fence materials were stacked at the curb and picked up the next day.  They told us when the pick-up would occur and it did. 2-person team installed the new fence.  I have seldom seen people work non-stop to make their committed installation date but they stayed with it late into the evening to make sure their word was good.    Luke Tiller, the owner, showed up to ask if I was pleased with the installation.   Wow - a new bar for customer service. Thank you Luke. Person doing the stain showed up the after fence was completed and allowed to dry. Again, Luke sent me an e-mail asking if I was satisfied with the stain.   I chose Tiller Fence and Deck based on comfort from talking with Luke Teller AFTER checking their references, pictures of their work and responsiveness.   I am extremely pleased with Tiller Fence and Deck and can comfortably recommend them for excellent service and quality, on time, delivery of committed services.

    Tiller Fence & Deck
Mr. Tiller installed beautiful stained fence with cap. Our yard was only open for one day and that was a big deal as we have a pool, kids and dogs. This was installed installed 3 years ago and still looks like new. I would highly recommend Tiller Fence.

    Edmond House Maintenance
SUPERBLY. MR. ELLIOTT SUGGESTED A LOVELY REDESIGN OF MY EXISTING LARGE TREE-RING WITH HEAVY PAVING STONES. HE MUST HAVE MOVED EACH HEAVY STONE (MAYBE 40-50?) 3-4 TIMES. NOW I HAVE A LARGER, CURVING, ATTRACTIVE AREA IN FRONT. FOUR STRANGERS HAVE STOPPED TO SAY HOW LOVELY IT IS. ON THE BACK YARD DECK MR. ELLIOTT TIGHTENED ALL THE SCREWS, MADE MINOR REPAIRS TO THE WOOD, AND REFINISHED IT. HE PAID CLOSE ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL OF BOTH JOBS, SUGGESTED WAYS TO DO THEM, AND CONSULTED ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. HE ALSO WAS THE CHEAPEST OF 3 BIDS. FIVE STARS!
