DSears Appliance RepairService tech was new to Sears Service and had no experience with dishwashers. He was on his cell phone the entire time he was here, trying to get help with diagnosing our problem. They finally decided the wash cycle sensor was no working and needed to be replaced ($300). I declined opting to just but a new dishwasher, since ours was 8 years old. I was very disappointed that they would send a repairman that had no experience with the appliance needing repair.- Ray R.

His reply, over the phone, gave what the problem was and how to fix it. Didn't charge me a penny; he was spot on; and I fixed it myself. DChoice Home WarrantyIt was AWFUL. The service man assumed that my claim was denied and never followed up with me. In February, when he made his original service call he told me that the part was on backorder and wouldn't be in until April. So I waited. Then I called Choice to follow up when I didn't get a part and didn't hear from the service man. I was told it was still on back order and wouldn't be in until June. It was now five months of waiting. Then I called again to Choice to get an appointment and follow up on the status of my claim. Choice contacted the service man and so did I, (I was given his phone number) and set an appointment for July 5th. When he arrived he said that the manufacturer sent the wrong part, but I didn't believe him as he was the one who ordered the part. So I called Choice while he was still in my house in order to get this resolved once and for all. He was on his phone to the manufacturer and I was told the new part would be in on Tuesday, July 10th and we set an appointment for Thursday, July 12th. This was totally on the service man and I still don't have a working ice maker. Choice did everything to make this right. They included the ice maker in my warranty contract and refunded my service fee. I don't think you should have this man representing you. He was awful and so was his attitude.- Rhonda C.

AERIC'S REFRIGERATIONEric arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and determined no new part was needed, and then proceeded to thaw the ice from the floor of the freezer and unclog the drain that was causing ice to form on the freezer floor. The freezer compartment has functioned flawlessly since then. Eric is very professional and it's easy to tell from the way he works that he has the customer's best interests at heart.- Michael K.

AERIC'S REFRIGERATIONCalled Eric the night before and he was able to squeeze me in on Friday. He showed up on time, determined the capacitor was faulty and need to be replaced. Had a new capacitor on hand and withing 30 min, the A/C unit was running. Very cordial and professional. Would recommend to anyone heat and air service.- Joe S.

AERIC'S REFRIGERATIONExcellent. Eric found a small problem missed by previous yearly inspections and the Air Conditioner is much quieter. He took the time to show me the part and what he needed to replace. His charge ($193) for the inspection (2 air conditioners) and repair (one air conditioner) and explaining a matter concerning our heating system was less than the inspection alone of another HVAC contractor. He is the type of person we ware looking for on our house and he is he only one we will call in the future!- Robert W.

CDon Fuller's Appliance Repair & ServiceAfter the initial service call, I called to see if the needed gasket had come in. Don apologized that he had not ordered it. A week later he came to install it. It took about two hours to install. I had paid him up front 89 for a look at the problem. On top of that he charged me nearly 300$ for the parts and service. I had told him how important it was for the work to be done in a timely fashion, but I did see him respecting this. I would ask him to give an estimate of the total price to avoid a costly mistake- Roger S.
