  I contacted CHW on a Sunday evening and the technician came out that same day. The technician happened to have the part that was needed in his supplies and promptly fixed our A/C the same day!   My only regret is that I didn't call sooner. Gregg was available sooner than I had anticipated. He arrived on time. Kept at it hard the entire time he was here. Found my leak, fixed it and got me up and running again. He was professional and conscientious. Careful with my things and took care not to bring in or leave anything dirty. He explained everything to me and went above and beyond anything I would expect from an AC technician. Thank you. I will know where to turn when I need work done in the future. Highly recommend.

  Our AC was just not putting out cool enough air. Since the unit is fairly old, I was afraid of a large expense that we sure didn’t need right now. I called JC’s. He came to my home that evening, ran a few checks on the system, and had our house cooling in about 40 minutes. No beating around the bush with it might be this or it might be that. He fixed us up, and we greatly appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Excellent work ethic!

  Showed up on time Jason was quick to figure out that it was low on Freon He washed my outside unit out it turned out that it was really dirty and found a small leak in it. He made the repair and then put Freon in and my a/c is working better than it ever has now.

  Great! Fixed the motor and discovered the circuit board problem when motor did not start. They called back to CHOICE Home Warranty, got work order, ordeted the part and return next morning to install. I called at 9am. And the technician was here by 3 pm. Great folks. Understanding people at CHW. Very please with service and since of urgency!

  We hired HVAC Solutions last spring to help fix our A/C...and when we started having issues with the heat pump this winter, we called them back. Both times they were fair with their pricing and their service was excellent. Our issue turned out to be a faulty thermostat. The willingly made an extra trip (same day) to locate a new thermostat and come back out and install it...and no, they did not charge us for that extra trip. That speaks volumes regarding the service-oriented philosophy of HVAC Solutions. We even decided to sign up for their service plan (I didn't include that in my price since that was a decision we made after the repair).
