    Miltys Septic Service
Milty and his crew were awesome! Very responsive, personable, and professional. Extremely well priced and fast service. They educated us regarding the care and maintenance of the aerobic septic system of our new house. Will definitely use yearly for septic pump and as needed for any problems.

    Miltys Septic Service
I called Milty's on Tuesday and they were able to come Friday. They called me the night before and confirmed what time they would be there. I got a call 30 minutes before the scheduled time also to confirm they were on schedule. Milty's showed up right on time. They were friendly and professional. There is an extra cost to have them dig up the lid, but they confirmed the extra cost at the time I made the appointment, and again on site before he started to dig. He gave me some good info on the type of system we had and how to best maintain it. Overall the job took less than an hour including the dig time to get to the lid. The total cost was exactly what I was quoted at the time I set the appointment. Overall it was a great experience like all the other revues have said. I will definitely use them again when I need this service.

    Wortman Central A/C Co
Rich was awesome. He inspected my f* Nac and made sure it was all working great. He then noticed a minor issue on my water heater on the outside cover and straightened it up also. Very professional and polite...

    Choice Home Warranty
I made three different calls with my warranty and I was denied all three time for different issues.  They were obviously making up excuses to why they weren't going to cover it.  They were quick to send someone out to fix the issues, but if it goes beyond that tech fixing it, they will not cover it.
I paid $100 extra on my warranty to cover the septic tank.  It got plugged up and they were quick to send a tech out.  They told me if it is the lines from the house to the tank they would cover it being cleaned out.  The tech confirmed it was plugged up and he said they don't cover septic.  They only covered the tank.  They don't cover cleaning out the tank, the lines, or anything in the tank.  That $100 was absolutely worthless.  So with my own money I paid to have it pumped out. The tank was apparently collapsed.  So I called them back again and then they told me they don't cover the tank.  I got that fixed and then it still wasn't flushing from the house to the septic (the original issue).  I called again and they told me my warranty doesn't cover the plumbing from the house to the septic.  I demanded my money back and they would only give me back prorated that I had left for the year.  They would not give me my co-pays back or my money that I had wasted for the months I had it.
Also, they advertise that you get one month free when you pay 12 months, not true since you can not make a claim until after 30 days.

    Adney Plumbing
Contacted Adney plumbing and 3 other contractors to get a bid for replacing the water line on our property after about the 6th leak occurred.
Mr. Adney came out and I explained everything to him. He took some notes. The USIC guy was there and we talked about our concern with the ONG line being close to the water line. Rob Adney said he would send a bid and took my email address. The second contractor showed up about this time and I explained that this was a competitive bid process and they understood. Rob left and I went over the same info with the other contractor.
I had a third contractor I located on Angie's List come the next day. After receiving bids from all three, the fourth couldn't make it his loss. On Wednesday morning I selected Adney Plumbing and notified them via email that I accepted their bid. I inquired did he need partial payment to begin work. He responded promptly no to partial payment and would order the materials and have them delivered. He stated they would begin on Thursday or Friday. However he redirected his crew and they started Wednesday but had to stop because of the storm that day.
They returned Thursday morning and completed the water line replacement. It was Thursday I found out about the telephone line and started the process of getting it repaired. They returned Friday to close everything up and clean up.
Overall a very good experience. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.
Their price was 50% less or more than the other contractors.

Johnny from Mullen was punctual and so professional.  He knew the regulations for plumbing and gas lines, etc. and did so much extra work to make sure I would pass the inspection and be safe in my home.  I have used Mullen several times and highly recommend them!!

    AAA Plumbing
Had a leak after they left. They had knocked a fitting loose while replacing one of the outside faucets. I did not catch it 'til the next morning. Was a bit of a mess. Manage to turn off the water to that fitting. Cleaned up the mess. They came out the same day I notified them and took care of it.

Could have happened to anyone and they made it right. Would use them again.

    One Way Plumbing
They came on time, flushed out the old system, leaving for lunch and another job while it was draining.  Returned and finished the job within the same afternoon.  Prompt, professional, friendly.

    Rider Stone Co
I have used them twice and have been very pleased with them. They did a really great job. They came when they said they would. They cleaned up. They stayed within price. They do beautiful work with stone. They are very talented. It took them an extra day. They left early a couple of days. I had wished they had stayed a little longer.

    Mullin Plumbing Inc
I made the phone call at around 7:00 pm and was told that someone would be out that evening as soon as possible. Within the hour, the technician called to say he would be there at 9:30. He pulled up at about 9:20 and got right to work. He was very courteous and professional. Now, if only it could have been done for free!!HAHA!
