My home flower bed needed an overhaul and a new landscaped design. Blaine was very easy to work with as far as being flexible in times to meet, listening to what the customer was wanting, but also being knowledgable about what design/plants would look best. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I am very pleased with the outcome, it's beautiful! I would definitely recommend his services to anyone or use him again for the future.

The price for all the work performed was very fair.  We received several quotes and Watkins Tree service was the lowest bid but had a stellar reputation on Angie's list.  The work was rescheduled a couple of times due to scheduling mix up and the threat of rain.  Work was performed within 3 days of the original date so it was not a huge problem.  The crew showed up a little late the day of the job but once they arrived and understood the total job, things went very quickly.  I appreciated the care that the crew took to ensure that the rock wall surrounding our flower beds was not damaged.  Overall the job was completed as asked and the crew was very efficient and thorough.  I would use them again.

We contacted Rickerts for an estimate in January. Todd came out and gave a very thorough estimate, which we really liked, and there were negotiable on their rate to come closer to competitors. Prior to our scheduled appt, I had to reach out twice to their office to confirm. No one ever contacted me first to confirm an appt time. We scheduled the time for the crew to do the work and the day before I called to confirm it with Danica in the office. We cleared our schedule to accomodate their requirement that homeowners be there and after two hours of calling, we finally got a call back from Todd that he had forgotten about us bc of a concert the night before. Nothing was offered in compensation for the time we had set aside. We rescheduled it for two weeks later and called several times to confirm as well as to their their office know that Okie Dig had not been out to our house (that was something they said was part of their service). The office said they had reached out several times (side note: Okie Dig came out the Tuesday after our appt and said the appt had been made on Friday--the day before our service). On the day of our service, the crew and Todd arrived early. I mentioned to Todd that Okie-Dig had not been out and he informed me it wouldnt be a problem, so I deferred to him on that since he was the expert. While they did work quickly, we were very disappointed with the tree in the front. It was misshapen and boxy when they were done trimming. Shaping was supposed to be included in that project. In addition. they cut a VERY obvious cable line and then covered it up when they were cleaning up without ever mentioning it. It was only bc I was home that I quickly realized they had cut the line and went out to see what happened. The dug back up the line and said Todd would call. In the meantime, I spent an hour on the phone with our cable provider trying to get a technician out. Again, no compensation efforts were made and it was more than 2 hours later before Todd called and left a message. I immediately called back and was sent to voicemail and he never called again. When discussing payment, no effort was made to make right the additional trouble their services called and they didn't ask if we were happy with the tree trimming. Overall, we were disappointed and would not recommend using Rickert's in the future.

The project went well overall.  Project communication was with the president of Oklahoma Landscape Inc. .  We found that we had to stay on top of the project, especially as it neared conclusion.    All of the flowerbed, soil prep, plantings, irrigation (sprinkler & drip), and low voltage lighting was done by OLI employees.  All of the employees were very competent, polite and very good to work with.  The masonry and hardscape structures were by sub-contractors.  The carpentry subcontractor and his employees were good, easy to work with and responsive, however we had to maintain diligence abouit details.
The masonry (stone steps) project was not done by the OLI's first choice subcontractor due to an unavoidable issue.   This was perhaps the most frustrating subcontractor. Due to lack of supervision by the subcontractor, the steps were 80% complete, when they had to be torn out and re-built do to errors.   However, the subcontractor did spot this on his own and had the steps torn our and reconstructed without prompting from us or OLI.  Because the masonry work commmenced after the adjacent flowerbeds had been completed (including mulch) and becuase it took way longer due to the tear-out and re-build, and becuase this subcontractor was the messiest, we had stone chips everywhere.  But more disappointing was all this damaged some of the adjacent newly planted shrubs.  We also had to complain about how the steps were finished near the bottom and at OLI's direction the sub returned and rebuilt the portions that were poorly done.  There was no extra cost to us due to the subcontractor's errors.   Eventually 90% of the mess was cleaned up and eventually they completed a very nice set of steps.
Total elapsed time for the project took about 50% longer than anticipated and we really had to stay on top of it as we got into the final "small' issues that any project like this reaches.  However, OLI always responded including more recent follow-up issues.  Recent follow-up has been at no additional charge to us.  In the end we are very satisfied and our experience with OLI and would recommend them to others and we would definitely use them again.

We had a tornado graze our property several years ago and left a wake of damage to our trees and property. Our front yard was full of downed limbs and a tree down on our patio. We had used Mark in the past for firewood but had not used him for tree work. Just minutes after the tornado passed I called Mark. I knew there would be a waiting list of homeowners for tree work. I must have been his first call. His wife said they would be out in the morning. Mark showed up at DAYLIGHT !!!!! and immediately started clearing the damage. Our insurance adjuster showed up later and said Mark's bid for the work was VERY reasonable. There were other tree services working in the area that were overcharging for shoddy work.
I would not call anyone else but Mark Davidson for any tree work on my property.

I have used them twice and have been very pleased with them. They did a really great job. They came when they said they would. They cleaned up. They stayed within price. They do beautiful work with stone. They are very talented. It took them an extra day. They left early a couple of days. I had wished they had stayed a little longer.

Scott's is one of the best lawn care specialists out there. Our lawn has never looked better, and we love both their punctuality and their courteous representation. Reliability is also something you can count on with Scott's.

I hired this company to do this job because our backyard slopes toward the house and I was worried about having a drainage problem. Although I explained this before I hired them, halfway through the job, and again after they were "done", they did nothing to redirect water around the house. Now water stands in the yard and collects at the new wall, creating a lake in my backyard. Also, since installing sod was not included in the job, they did nothing to smooth out the dirt. They did take the dirt that was removed and spread it out on the upper level of the yard, but did so with a Bobcat. It will take me many, many hours to smooth it all out by hand with a rake. You would think that for $4820 they would have cared a little more about how the job turned out. I wish I could show you a picture of how they left my yard.
