    They were great.  I had no complains.  We had a wind problem right after they finished and they were here the next day.  I live in Western Oklahoma and they're out in the city so I was really impressed.  They did a good job.  It was tidy; they didn't live a big mess.  A lot of people come out to do business for us.  We owned rental property so we have quite a bit of things off and on all the time.  You get what you paid for.

    They did a good job. They are very professional. Anytime we've had a problem they were here the next day. We live close to a 100 miles away and they will be here the very next day, so I'll give them a good rating. They are very good.

    I would recommend them good. They are very excellent and reasonably priced. They are not trying to rip everybody off. They cleaned out one of my drain. It was $100 an hour and it could go 10 minutes over to another $100. It's ridiculous. All and all people that I use is always good people. I can't complain about any of them. I am pretty selective, I have been here for 50 years or better. I am kind of selective about who I use from experience.

    I was never able to get Mr. Jones to provide a cost breakdown or receipt for services rendered. Several attempt have been made to get receipt / cost breakdown from Mr. Jones to no avail. Further I was charged $688.00 in water usage due to frozen water pipes. Without a receipt to prove that the water was shut off due to water leak the $688.00 had to be paid in order to continue water service & trash service. If Mr. Jones would have taken the time to fill out a receipt for services rendered the water company would have done a 6 mo. Average usage on water, thus bill would have been aprox. $110.00 instead of $688.00.

    Total loss using Mr. Roy Jones Jr. Construction: $688.00 - $110.00 = $578.00
    $600.00 charged for sewer stoppage & water shutoff. Average cost for services aprox. $225.00
    $600 - $225 = $375.00 + $578.00, (loss no receipt) = $953.00.
    Actually lost more money then verbal cost for services rendered.

    I would not use Mr. Roy Jones for any future work. So little effort on his part, gouge me for services not discussed, no receipt to hide price gouge cost another $578.00. Shame on Mr. Roy Jones jr.

    Service Master actually installed containment barrier & HEPA Sanded mold off floor & timbers & did final clean up besides arranging for coordination of Counter Top Firm; Plumbers; Cabinet Construction & Dry Wall & Insulation Firm. They were slow in getting job started (2 month wait while unable to use kitchen cabinet area & had stuff stacked all over the living room floor. When the work was started it took another 2 and 1/2 weeks to complete. But they did a good job and we were very satisfied with the entire project's FINAL results.

    I will  NEVER hire this man again!! I will also  NEVER recommend him to anyone that I care about!!  We were in the need of a new back door and storm door and decided to also have a new storm door for the front installed.  We personally purchased the storm door for the front & Joel Hernandez was to supply both doors for the back.  Further conversation included the building of the deck in the backyard.  Joel was paid a portion in the beginning to get him started and to paid for the materials.  Within about a week or so after the initial payment, he was paid to remainder of the balance.  Now (August 3, 2011), we are STILL waiting for him to install the storm door for the back.  Upon completion of the deck, he managed to cut our phone line & we had to have a new one installed (fortunately, the man that replaced the line set it up so that no one would be charged).  We also found out Friday (July 29, 2011) that he had managed to cut our outside gas line and had to have our gas cut off - which is STILL cut off!!!!  Ever since the beginning of the contractual agreement, we have been the ones that are having to call Joel about EVERYTHING!!!  Joel keeps giving excuses after excuses about the situations & now that our gas has been shut off for almost a week, I am having to have my son stay with my parents while this is all taken care of.  Joel does not seem to care that I am having to make changes in ways of getting simple things done and taking care of my son (I have to wash some clothes at the laundry mat beauces there are some things you can't wash in cold water, my husband and I have been taking cold baths/showers, I have to boil my water in order to be able to wash dishes, all of which are reasons that my son is staying with my parents).  The work is still no completed & if my husband hadn't sent Mr. Hernandez a message, we never would have known that he fired the original plumber (the one we have been waiting since Monday to show up) today & has another one lined up.  If we're such a high priority customer, then why are we getting the run around and having to be the ones that make all the phone calls??  He tried denying that he cut the phone line - even though the technician came out and said that it was done where Joel had done his digging for the deck - and he tried denying that he cut the gas line - even though the rep from our gas company wrote it down and signed that the cut was done by Joel's work.  With the two doors that he did managed to get installed, there are gaps.  Neither door seals completely like it should making it pointless for me to leave my front door open and air conditioner on when I have hot air coming in through the gaps in my storm door.  I have to keep the door that leads to the back door closed because the main back door does not seal completely.  I'm not understanding why or how it would take over a month to have three doors and a small deck installed?!?!  Joel will spout out some pretty impressive past customer references, but don't trust him!!!!!!  I really have so much more to say, but it's going to take a lot of space.  Joel Hernandez is the owner and, in the opinion of all those that know the situation - family & friends - he has a really terrible way of running his business!!!

    They showed up on time removed the old unit installed the new unit. Checked out the new install to make sure it was working well. Hauled of old unit cleaned up work site
