ARDA Remodeling LLCI cannot say enough good things about RDA. Work crew was professional and did excellent work, showed up promptly at 8:00 and put in a full days work every day. . Raam was very responsive to every question/phone call and was creative in handling all the many issues that came up with a 60 year old house. No subcontractors, they did the electrical, plumbing, construction, tile work, painting, duct work, changing out windows, replacing siding. AChris The PlumberI thought I was going to have to replace several parts because the heater was not coming on for whatever reason. Chris came over and figured out that it was a result of hard water causing a build up of these little pellets in the tank. He flushed the pellets out and all was fine. He charged me a minimum for his time and was done within an hour. It was very appreciated for saving me money and being honest. I would recommend Chris to anyone.- Ryan M.

AZap PlumbingI had the owner come out to check out my water pipes and a gas connection underneath my house after a home inspector, hired by my buyers, pointed out there were problems with both. There were no problems! The plumber pointed out that there was condensation on the water pipes, not leaks. There was no problem with the gas connection, either. The owner and one of his employees spent an hour double checking to make sure their were no problems because they knew it was important to my selling the house. On my invoice, the owner took the time to write out an explanation to satisfy my buyers that there weren't any problems. If he'd wanted to make more money, he could have found all kinds of things wrong, including saying all of the pipes needed to be replaced, which is also what the home inspector indicated. AAndrew and his team were great. They were promt and very pleasant to be around. When we asked questions we always got correct answers. The work was involved and even when challenges came up, they found a solution that worked. What impressed me the most was Andrew's attention to detail...followed by doing things the right way and not cutting corners even when it took more effort and if it meant a little more expense. The estimates were detailed as were the nvoices. We started with one garage renovation project and hired for 2 more...roof and some drainage issues correction. We are extremely pleased with the completed work and will have more projects in the spring. I do not doubt we got the best contractor to do the jobs and paid a fair price. Our expectations were exceeded. We recommend Andrew's company to friends and anyone needing to be treated correctly.

AThe toilet installations went smoothly and looked and worked as you would hope they would. The kitchen sink faucet was not as straightforward as the toilet installation but the plumber did a great job. We were especially happy with the care the plumber took to maintain cleanliness and return everything to the condition he found it before leaving.

AWe hired Tile by Tony for a partial bathroom remodel and couldn't be happier with the results. We got all new tile on the floor and replaced our fiberglass shower insert with a full tile shower with a frame-less shower door. The shower is beautiful and functional. Communication was great. Everyone who worked on the project was professional and respectful and did an outstanding job. When I had to leave the house I felt comfortable with them being there alone and locking up after themselves. They covered the walkway at the beginning of the job and swept up before they left every day. All in all an excellent experience! Tony's price won't be the cheapest you'll find but it is 100% worth every penny.
