    Andrew came out looked at what we needed, was very gracious on the phone as well as in person. His crew is very professional and uniformed. I have referred you move me to many people over the years and everybody is more than satisfied. Andrew and his business performs service in a way that you receive more than you would expect. I feel as though his services are worth more than he charges however it's obvious that he cares about people from his attitude to the prices that he charges.

    You Move Me
    We have moved quite a few times in our 30 years of marriage, and this ranks at least in the top two moving experiences we've had. Andrew (the owner) came out to do the estimate, and the price quoted was well under any other estimates we got. He e-mailed me a copy of the quote along with a copy of their contract, and the contract was in clear, plain language.
    On the day of the move, our crew of four men (Wes, Tony and the McGee brothers) showed up on time and ready to to work. The work went quickly and smoothly, and even though the house had a couple of tricky corners they took it in stride. Midway through the morning, their manager (Jay) came by to check on progress. I don't think I've ever had that happen in any other move.
    At the other end of the move, some of the heaviest furniture had to go upsstairs, and again there was no question that it would get done, and it was done cheerfully.  I can't say enough about the crew.  Finally, when it came to tally the bill, it was within $100 of the quote.. another first for us.
    All in all, these guys are the ones to call in Tulsa.

    Atlas Van Lines, Inc.
    Contracted company to move us to another state. Atlas subcontracted another local storage company to pack and load us - this part went fine .... except for 'after' our belongings were loaded. Any questions after that time, we were told .... "hey - your belongings are in Atlas' possession now - we are not responsible".
    Note: We have moved several times ... across several states ..... and NEVER have we had such a horrible experience!
    Previously we were ALWAYS given a date for delivery! This Atlas company gives a "window" of dates (although they verbally gave us AN ACTUAL DATE for delivery - we were told they had to post a "window" of dates on the computer). Now in our new state, we had not heard confirmation from anyone the day before expecting our belongings .... so we called them to confirm .... NOPE, NOT COMING! ..... THAT WEEK OR NEXT!!!!!! We asked Where is our stuff? They said "Right here ... in the parking lot! .... But we don't have a DRIVER!!!!!" WHAT? ..................... We finally got our belongings DAMAGED <<<<<<<<< 2 WEEKS AFTERWARDS!! But some Atlas workers we spoke with during this ordeal SHOULD BE FIRED!!!
    I normally note every name of persons I talk with .... however, I was so upset by #3 person I spoke to on day 10 ... that I did not note HER name! >>>> She told me "the thing with you ... is that you think STUFF is important !!!! It's not like someone has DIED or HAS CANCER!!!!!! I said WHAT??? She repeated it all again!!!!" <<<<<<<<<
    I told her I HAVE CANCER (I DO!) .... and that my uncle DIED the PREVIOUS day ...... and I'm sleeping ON THE FLOOR!!!! Again ... this was person #3 that day I spoke to. Person #5 was more helpful in that she at least arranged for a motel room for the last 2 nights of waiting.
    NOTE: When we actually finally got our belongings >>> it was contracted out >>>> NOT EVEN TO AN ATLAS driver or company! Our belongings had been haphazardly been shuffled into this truck ..... MANY items broken and damaged! When this contracted driver showed up to our home ..... we were told other men were to show up to actually unload the truck ..... and we waited for 2 hours for them to show up!
    I'm getting upset just writing about this horrible experience .... so will stop ..... but felt the need to let consumers know.

    Forgot to let you know >>>>> MANY MANY items were broken including furniture!! SEVERAL items missing including 2 full wardrobes!!!!

    Two Men And A Truck
    Overall it went fairly well, but it was not without it's stresses. The guys showed up a little late but  were very efficient at getting our things loaded up (once they started)-- outside of a pool table, which we told the office we had when we booked. "No problem" we were told. When the guys arrived we were told "problem" and that they wouldn't do it. The office tried to force them too, but they made a good point that they were not trained to, and the office wouldn't cover damages to something that they weren't trained to do if we had a problem. The main guy at this point was arguing on the phone with headquarters, rather loudly, on our front lawn, (Not what you want to hear when you have to be out of the house by the weekend and it's Friday), and was threatening to turn around and head back to Tulsa without packing us up. Eventually my husband called a guy an hour away (who was unable to come on such short notice) and he had to walk my husband through disassembling the pool table. Everything was eventually loaded and we all headed to Tulsa. The guys were at our house unloading until Midnight (they had already driven nearly 9 hours at this point and loaded a 4 bedroom home and then unloaded with a steep set of stairs). They said they had to head to another job in the morning. We had 2 minor things broken, which I did not ask them to fix. My main issue was with the communication between management and the workers. I felt bad for the guys doing our job, but at the same time didn't need that stress, but I can understand having to put your foot down. It really seemed like a management issue, which honestly, makes me more leery to use them in the future.

    Overall, the move was handled in a friendly, professional manner. The owner came in promptly after our call and thoroughly went through the do's and don'ts of packing and gave usWe really liked the way they kept in touch before the move and helped with boxes they let us use without charge. On moving day, they were prompt, professional and everything went smoothly. Our new house had newly painted walls and wood floors. They didn't leave a mark. They came in on budget and we really felt they were terrific.
