A Joy of Granite & Natural Stone, llc
A Joy of Granite renovated my kitchen, master bath and powder bath.
I am totally pleased with all of the renovations in my home and get excited to showcase my home.  A Joy of Granite was totally professional and the quality of work is unbelievable.  I had a new home in the time span of one week and am happy with the outcome.  Joy and her crew were very professional and totally accommodating.  I loved working with her and listening to her ideas in each area of the process.
I would definitely use A Joy of Granite again and am also forwarding her contact information to all my friends and family that need some kind of help around their home.  Thank you again, Joy, for your hard work.  I absolutely love my new home!!!

    Boztech Bath and Kitchen

The problems began with the kitchen faucet.  The repairman was determined to repair a 15+ year old dripping faucet by saying this was the "rules" of the insurance company.  He actually broke the top of the faucet off, stating it only needed a cartridge.  But, in breaking the top off a plastic piece was lodged in the top of the faucet & he needed to "dig that out" so he took the part with him leaving me without water in the kitchen for 3 days.  When he returned with the faucet top & cartridge not only did the faucet still leak there were gouge marks in the finish of the faucet & the screw cover was missing.  When I stated it was still leaking he actually took a video of the faucet stating the "rule" is if it leaks within 60 seconds then its considered leaking.  And how lucky was I that it leaked in 59 seconds. He then said "well, now I'm out the cost of the cartridge" , like he expected me to reimburse him.  Then the argument about the quality of the replacement.  He was insisting on using a "contractors grade" faucet & I wanted a comparable value to the one being replaced.  He left to find a faucet & called stating he found one at Lowe's but the box looked damaged so he ordered one & it would take a week to arrive.  There's only one Lowe's in our entire state?  When installing the new faucet, which took 2 hrs., the cabinet under the sink flooded to the point he told me to "leave the cabinet door open all night & use a fan so it doesn't mildew under there".  After he fixed the bathroom sink stopper I ran water in the sink & it drained.  I told him this & his answer was "Oh, you want it to hold water"?  He said it could not be repaired to do that unless he "reconfigured" the cabinet under the sink.  He stated this to AHS & they closed this service order on his word.  I requested a second opinion from AHS, they dispatched a different company & the repairman fixed the problem by flipping a bracket under the sink.  This service spanned just over 2 weeks. I let him know I had out of state visitors arriving in the week after this service call began & needed everything done beforehand.  It didn't happen. I don't know about Boztech company as a whole but this repairman is a nightmare.  The oddest thing is, he took pictures & videos of most everything he did.  Why take pictures/videos of a dripping faucet.  I found it creepy.

Everything went great, all work was performed as spelled out in the contract both in time and money.  Robert and Brandon are both a real pleasure to work with.  Their paint crew also did a fantastic job of high quality and cleaned up completely behind themselves.  This is the second good sized project that 3D has done for us and it certainly won't be the last. Way to go 3D - you're certainly #1 on my list !!!!!!!  I'll be calling again come Spring time.

The owner needs to take more interest with customer satisfaction, show up on jobsites to see how projects are going and follow-up with the customers after project ends to see if customers are satisfied.

    Tile By Tony Inc
They (Tile by Tony) transformed a very boring kitchen into a beautiful one. They performed their jobs in a very professional and efficient manner. All workers were very helpful and courteous. All workers cleaned up before they left each day. Tony, the owner, checked in each day to be sure everything met his approval and ours. We highly recommend Tile by Tony and will definitely use them again for any future projects. We can't say enough good things about this company.

    TSG Renovations
he gave us the original estimate that we would be using 2 x 6 marble tile. So I called him and I agreed to pay the additional $150 for a total of $1220.00 and he agreed as well. Later that day, the DAY BEFORE work was supposed to start, he sent a revised estimate for an additional cost of $225.00 for a total of $1445.00. We canceled the work, because we no longer felt we could trust him.

The kitchen is still a work in progress. We had a large problem with Lowe's, as their Interior Design "expert" did not leave enough room for a two hole sink and failed to mention this to us. The sink cabinet is the size of a bathroom vanity, and we were not aware of it until after it was installed. We have the dishwasher on one side of where the sink will be (if we ever get it installed) and had planned to put an ice machine on the other side. Because of this error, we cannot put in the ice machine, and have instead put a matching cabinet there. This way, we can put in a two hole sink, although it will not be perfectly centered under the window.
Lowe's DID give us a free 18" to put in place of the ice machine, after we complained and threatened to take the problem to their corporate office and then to the press. In the meantime, we have a useless ice maker in our entryway. I covered it with a table cloth and put potted plants on it for now. I'm not quite sure what we will do with it.
But, back to 3D Construction! They were extremely punctual, very professional, and the arches they built are gorgeous! They have come back twice to do little touch ups, even after being paid. It's been my experience that this kind of service is extremely rare. My only complaint on them is extremely minor. One of the helpers spit tobacco juice in one of my trash cans, and it didn't have a liner. I requested that he take it outside and hose it down, which he did. But ewwww......

    Mill Creek Carpet & Tile
We had a horrible experience with Mill Creek.  We purchased tile ,for a upstairs bathroom, from Mill Creek and they installed it. After the installers left, we discovered 42 pain pills were missing .  My wife, just had had  surgery.. We also looked into our other medications to see if any of those were stolen and we discovered that some Hydrocodone were stolen as well. For their next visit, they had to grout the tile, I put some pills in the empty pill container and set up a  game camera that took three pictures showing one of their workers, in my kitchen cabinet,  stealing my wife's medication.  For the second time.  Mill Creek did not know the name of one of the workers, when I called to report the theft. Even with a court date set for the thief, Mill Creek is insisting on me paying for labor. I can't believe they allowed someone they did not know come to my house and do work for them. Not a good experience. We will not be using them for our kitchen remodel.

    Rimer Plumbing
I have had them do several things on previous occasions. They are nice people. They have done all the plumbing in my house. They did all the moving and rebuilding of the walls. They came in, moved my toilet placement, and moved all the plumbing. I had to have some pipes moved over with a new sink. It was pretty noisy. They were wonderful. They came when they said they were going to. I would never use anybody else besides them.

    Harmony Star Marble
Quality of material in shower and counter top was good with overall good and consistant color.  Trim used to finish out shower did not have consistant color.  In addition, the plumbing was of poor quality, the sink drains did not line up with the new sinks.  This caused the sink drains to not look smooth and finished, inaddition it put stress on drains that I believe would have caused problems down the road.  They left it like that and called it good.  I had to pay another plumber extra to get this fixed, by this time I was just tired of dealing with them.  Job was suppose to take two days and part of a third.  Job took over a week and when they were done I had glue foot prints on our carpet, fortunatly it was not new carpet and we were getting ready to replace it anyway.  During the job the workers would show up anywhere between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and leave at 5:00pm.  I would not recommend this company for anything.
