ACMB Tree ServiceThis is a wonderful service. I was a little concern about having anyone cut this tree down now due to not wanting my yard all messy. (it is summer and the new grass is all pretty) This tree was sick and was making shedding leaves. Mike and his guys showed up (ON TIME) was very watchful of all the new grass and flowers. The tree was very close to my house and an outside kitchen. They worked around it all. The guy climbed the tree the branches came down, it looked like a dance performance. When they were all finished the only thing left was the tree was no longer there. The yard was spotless. I will have them back to do work and will be happy to tell my neighbors. AYou Move MeWent very well. Three men were provided instead of two for no extra charge (they were training an employee), so that helped it get done faster. It was a very hot day and all three men were VERY focused and hard working - and barely took any breaks (I tried to get them to take breaks and they wouldn't!). They wrapped every piece of furniture, provided all the wardrobe boxes I needed and delivered new med and small boxes, too. The only snag occurred related to a bed and how to take it apart and there were a few scratches/nicks on furniture. They figured out the bed issue relatively quickly. Everyone associated with the company was very easy to work with. I'd definitely hire them again.- Marilyn M.

DHad a 5 pm appointment set up with Rockford Junk Removal. At 7:30 pm, he was a no-show and I called and left a voicemail to just forget the job. I texted during that 2.5 hours and was told, I'll be there shortly. I also called once and was told, I'll be there in 20 minutes. No apologies, no explanations. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
