He communicated clearly through the process and was very informative regarding approach, materials, and related durability. No rushed, sleazy salesmen vibes here — just patient and friendly service. A couple of weeks after installation I did experience some warping pickets and reached out to Nathan, who promptly honored the fence’s warranty and returned to fix all issues, even taking an additional trip and going above and beyond to ensure the replacement pickets adequately matched. I would highly recommend their team for both fencing and gate projects, and would happily hire them again in the future!- G D.

To date, they have completed a number of projects at my aging home, with all of its quirks and challenges. They've installed a new front porch and railing, steps, and sidewalk, as well as a new back porch and railing, steps, patio and walkway. In addition, they've installed new fencing and even trimmed my overgrown trees. They do excellent work, from concept to completion, communicate regularly with updates, and always go the extra mile. They really care about their job performance and they went the extra mile to make sure I would be happy with my brick porch once they were finished repairing it. My porch is nearly 100 years old, and they brought it back to life. They took extra care to preserve the historical aspects of the porch. AI purchased a house built in 1955 and the master bathroom was very cramped and outdated. I worked with JAC to update the bathroom & they even helped me select a space saving vanity and suggested open shelving over the stool. This renovation involved replacing the vanity, wall mirror, overhead cabinets, flooring, painting, new bead-board & trim. The process was fast and completed in a timely manner. I will use this contractor again!

ABeing in the contracting business I hired Owasso Fence. They did a great job. Most of the negative reviews left on here I took with a grain of salt knowing that dealing the general public can be difficult. If you consider how many jobs a company like mine or Owasso Fence do per year these complaints add up to less than 1% of the customer who had work performed. So before you make your decision based on the negative culture we live in. Ask a company for references. Do not completely go off the negative left on sites like these. Cause it’s very miss leading. Companies like mine and Owasso Fence do not set out to make mistakes. Things happen and people are human.

AI want to preface this review by stating we have used many contractors over the years, but have never received the quality of work like we have received from Austin and his employees at Final Touch Construction. When we hire a contractor to do work, we expect nothing more than the work to be done right, Final Touch gets it right. Austin made sure we were pleased with the way the work was being completed and if there were concerns or if there was something we wanted done differently, he wanted to know. We appreciated the fact his employees had a schedule… they showed-up in the morning to work and then they left late afternoon. We have had so many contractors who don’t keep a schedule and more often than not, because of their late start, they want to stay late into the evening interfering with family time and activities. We hired Final Touch to complete a project and were so pleased with their work, we have scheduled them for several more projects, including a remodel and an addition.
