  • Showed up on time. Started to work without delay and stayed busy until the job was done. Cleaned up afterward and walked me through what he had done. Very good business to deal with. This is the second time I have used DNA Electric.

  • Horrible, jan.5 man replaced a $50.00 part and left next day water was all over floor and food had water frozen around it in freezer also water in refrig and had food frozen and water all in ref and out on floor. this was Saturday, no repair man available until next wed. called again on sunday and she told me man would be out Monday. did not come, she cancelled my wed appointment and couldn't get it back, now it was for the following Friday, which was 2 weeks after my mishap. I will never depend on Sears for repair again nor will I buy an appliance from Sears. There service dept is horrible, should be someone to take emergencies, like on weekend. wasn't my fault water filled refrig. it was service man. did not put hose back in ice maker.

  • Mr. Lee Slater keeps appointments, I like the fact if Lee has a question he is not afraid to call and ask, staying in touch with the customer is a plus. Lee Slater did an excellent job making our new oak and old oak cabinets match doors and drawers alike. Our cabinets/kitchen required preparatory work, cleaning, calking crown molding and baseboards, masking before painting could begin. Areas to cover (stamped steel ceiling, mosaic back-splash, granite counter tops, appliances, windows, & floor). I had made prior arrangements with Lee to return after the new floor installation was completed for touch-ups and finial detail. Clean-up was thorough. The only thing left was the smell of fresh paint and a beautiful bright kitchen

  • 9 hours- twice as long as expected. The old tank was impacted with over a foot of silt so they had to siphon the water out the top (not their fault). That alone put them behind by 2 hours. Then they had trouble getting the new up-to-code flu installed (their fault). But the team stuck with it and got everything in properly, instead of cutting corners or leaving it half-done and returning the next day.

  • Jason is very professional and great at what he does. He is knowledgeable on all kinds of bugs and pests and knows exactly how to fix the problem. I highly recommend his services. He is fairly priced and his schedule is flexible.

  • The worst experience ever. I would give zero stars if I could!! Actually ended up having to fire them. Our house flooded and PCC was a recommended contractor through our insurance company. The quality of their work was terrible and actually ended up causing more damage to our home. We had to hire another contractor to finish the job and repair all of their mistakes and crappy work. They literally ruined our entire kitchen and built ins. The amount of damage they ended up causing instead of fixing was ridiculous.

  • Showed up exactly on time to give estimate. Said he would be back Thurs. to perform the work. I called him Wednesday and he said he would be there 1:00 PM Thurs. Never showed Thursday. I tried calling but his voicemail was full. 5 days later he still has not contacted me.

  • An absolutely positive experience in all aspects. This is the first home we've owned with a septic tank so I wasn't sure what to expect. There was no problem with the scheduling (they were actually early - huge plus for me). The gentlemen that showed up to do the work were EXTREMELY courteous, professional, and did not mind at all answering the questions I had. I shopped around a good bit (phone calls and searching on the web) and they are super competitve on their pricing. I would, without hesitation, recommend Miltys - and will definitely be calling them first for any other related services.

  • I called mid-morning when I heard an unusual noise coming from the air conditioning condenser unit, the condenser compressor was running but the fan was not running. He said he'd arrive that same day about 2 PM; he actually arrived a little earlier (he called to let me know he was on the way). He was courteous and professional. He quickly identified the cause of the fan failure and gave me two options for fixing the problem. He then drove to a supply house to pick up the special part(s), and returned promptly. He had my air conditioner running again within less than two hours of his first arrival time. I am very happy with the work that was done.
