ARDA Remodeling LLCWithin days of contacting Raam with RDA Remodeling in Tulsa, OK, regarding extensive remodeling of our guest and master bathrooms, we received a detailed estimate based on our statement of work and physical walk through. The work estimate and detail was accurate and Raam quickly turned around requested changes. The cost estimate was comparable to other estimates we received. The walk through was thorough and Raam provided many design and repair suggestions that we had not thought of. Raam has a high level of knowledge in bathroom design and remodeling. Within a week the RDA Remodeling team started the demolition. The team tarps all adjoining areas and furniture and covers the major pathways with wide, heavyweight paper. They are very tidy with the work and ensure everything is cleaned up at the end of the day. The demolition work was completed as scheduled and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away as expected. In addition to the standard demolition, there was mold in the master bathroom wall that RDA cleaned out and remediated. The demolition included removing lights, toilets, tile, shower bulkhead, vanity, existing shower fixtures, shower enclosures, and tub surrounds. This work was performed at a high level. The team went on to complete the work required to remodel the two bathrooms; including,!framing showers and tub, upgrading old plumbing to PEX, tile floors, tile, showers, tile walls, tile tub surround, add lighting, updating electrical sockets, remodeling wallpaper and painting, replacing drywall, installing exhaust fans, installing sinks, installing shower kits and pans, installing toilets, installing folding shower seats, building a pony wall, and installing a barn door. The RDA team was on time everyday and worked a full day. The RDA project manager and foreman were knowledgeable on work sequencing and efficiently and effectively lead their team to perform quality work. The work was scheduled progressively with no discernible gaps or lags. We were super happy with the quality of our bathroom remodels and recommend RDA Remodeling to you for yours.- SHERIL T.

ARDA Remodeling LLCBEST CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! I am a detailed oriented person with a background in construction and a DIY'er because I don't trust anyone to do it correct due to past experience with contractors. This was a semi-emergency project and we did not have time to do it ourselves and honestly it was a complex project. PROS: 1. Excellent workmanship. 2. Communication was excellent. 3. Always did what they said they were going to do. 4. Scheduling of work was seamless 5. Raam is very knowledgeable and has great ideas, but final decision is with the owner. 6. Price was very fair with detailed invoicing. 7. Raam and his employee's were professional and very polite, always insuring that our needs were being met. 8. Always ON TIME. 9. From project start to finish was far better than I expected. 10. An absolute pleasure to do business with! CONS: NONE Basic description of project: Existing shower developed a leak in the floor pan and walls had mold and ruined adjacent laminate floor in bedroom. DEMO: Entire bathroom, to include cabinets, fixtures, BIG mirror, shower, garden tub, tile floor, lights, fan...everything. INSTALL: Walk in tile shower where garden tub was located, to include a custom shower drain pan. Re-plumb from garden tub to shower using existing walls. Install new lights, fans, reposition toilet, convert old shower to linen closet, to include new dry wall and plug old shower fixtures. Install new cabinets with fixtures, repaint walls and ceiling, new light switches with new electrical covers on plugs and switches. Install new "barn door" to entrance to bathroom and install new vinyl flooring in bedroom and bathroom. The remodel looks better than we expected and as stated previously, we will have RDA do any remodel project we may have in the future. HIRE them... you wont regret it...- Benny B.

ARDA Remodeling LLCThe remodeling was a complete success. The Project Manager and I sat down and established a game-plan. He told me what to expect concerning cost of project, items & equipment needed and created a solid deadline. I work overseas and pretty much left the Project Manager and his crew to the job at hand. He kept me 100% in the loop sending daily photos along with phone calls, text, and emails. There was in fact an unexpected issue with the floor not being level. RDA contacted me explaining the problem, offering multiple solutions and getting back on mission quickly (working on the weekend). This project was done for my mother who was hospitalized for an extended amount of time. She absolutely loves the work that's been performed. As her house is almost 100 years old, and there's plenty of other jobs that need to be knocked out. We're looking forward to future projects with RDA Remodeling.- chris c.

ATile By Tony IncWe hired Tile by Tony for a partial bathroom remodel and couldn't be happier with the results. We got all new tile on the floor and replaced our fiberglass shower insert with a full tile shower with a frame-less shower door. The shower is beautiful and functional. Communication was great. Everyone who worked on the project was professional and respectful and did an outstanding job. When I had to leave the house I felt comfortable with them being there alone and locking up after themselves. They covered the walkway at the beginning of the job and swept up before they left every day. All in all an excellent experience! Tony's price won't be the cheapest you'll find but it is 100% worth every penny.- Annette D.
