ARDA Remodeling LLCWithin days of contacting Raam with RDA Remodeling in Tulsa, OK, regarding extensive remodeling of our guest and master bathrooms, we received a detailed estimate based on our statement of work and physical walk through. The work estimate and detail was accurate and Raam quickly turned around requested changes. The cost estimate was comparable to other estimates we received. The walk through was thorough and Raam provided many design and repair suggestions that we had not thought of. Raam has a high level of knowledge in bathroom design and remodeling. Within a week the RDA Remodeling team started the demolition. The team tarps all adjoining areas and furniture and covers the major pathways with wide, heavyweight paper. They are very tidy with the work and ensure everything is cleaned up at the end of the day. The demolition work was completed as scheduled and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away as expected. In addition to the standard demolition, there was mold in the master bathroom wall that RDA cleaned out and remediated. The demolition included removing lights, toilets, tile, shower bulkhead, vanity, existing shower fixtures, shower enclosures, and tub surrounds. This work was performed at a high level. The team went on to complete the work required to remodel the two bathrooms; including,!framing showers and tub, upgrading old plumbing to PEX, tile floors, tile, showers, tile walls, tile tub surround, add lighting, updating electrical sockets, remodeling wallpaper and painting, replacing drywall, installing exhaust fans, installing sinks, installing shower kits and pans, installing toilets, installing folding shower seats, building a pony wall, and installing a barn door. The RDA team was on time everyday and worked a full day. The RDA project manager and foreman were knowledgeable on work sequencing and efficiently and effectively lead their team to perform quality work. The work was scheduled progressively with no discernible gaps or lags. We were super happy with the quality of our bathroom remodels and recommend RDA Remodeling to you for yours.- SHERIL T.

APrecise Home SpecialtiesI was so glad I hired Precise Home Specialties to paint inside and outside of my house. I also need some minor drywall repair after some electrical work. Beside the excellent painting job that was done, they worked clean, protected my floors, were efficient, and professional. Jonathan was on the job site just about every day and kept me informed of everything as it progressed. After dealing with other contractors on other jobs, Jonathan’s attention to his customer and details was very refreshing. They showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. AMKA ConstructionI requested a quote to have the walls and ceiling mud, taped, sanded, and textured in my living room, hall, and a bedroom. The next morning Joel was there to give me a estimate and within a few hours he called me telling me how much it would cost. ARDA Remodeling LLCThis experience has renewed my thoughts in having people perform work for my family. Sad to say that having other contracts perform work for us has not been so wonderful. Most of the time my husband would have untook this job, but due to his work it just wasn't possible. I wasn't sure where to find a good contractor. I posted it on Angel's list and I believe the next day Raam was in touch with me. Within just a few days he came to the house reviewed the work that we wanted done, gave us some of his ideals, and his workers showed up that week. This job took about 4 weeks to complete, there wasn't one day that there wasn't someone at the house working. These guys don't stand around talking on the phones, or running to town for parts, or food. They come in and work all day. They are all very polite and helpful. Raam was always in touch with me. After all the remodeling was finished, Raam had his cleaning ladies come in to clean the rooms effected in the remodel. (now who does that) Not only will I tell my family and friends to use RDA but for sure they will do more work in our home.- Laura B.

AJeff and John removed the existing exterior door and frame, built a new reinforced frame, hung a new exterior door and installed a new storm door. They completed the job in a day, never even taking a break. They cleaned up the work area completely. And the final bill matched the original estimate exactly. They did a great job. We will be hiring the Doorman again for future door and window projects.

AWe hired Tile by Tony for a partial bathroom remodel and couldn't be happier with the results. We got all new tile on the floor and replaced our fiberglass shower insert with a full tile shower with a frame-less shower door. The shower is beautiful and functional. Communication was great. Everyone who worked on the project was professional and respectful and did an outstanding job. When I had to leave the house I felt comfortable with them being there alone and locking up after themselves. They covered the walkway at the beginning of the job and swept up before they left every day. All in all an excellent experience! Tony's price won't be the cheapest you'll find but it is 100% worth every penny.

AAfter inspecting our roof and working with the insurance adjusters, Legacy Construction & Remodeling replaced our roof and gutters. The job was completed on time and looks and performs great! Everyone from Legacy was professional and courteous. They responded to questions and concerns about methods and materials with a great attitude. I do not always get that since I am very particular and tend to be a micro-manager. I want to know what is going on during any job at our house. If, or more likely when, we need another roof replacement, we will definitely use Legacy again.

AWhat started out as a basic paint the kitchen cabinets and add new counters quickly morphed into a much larger project, one that we realized was above our level of expertise. Trying to find a reputable contractor can be daunting. We decided to explore the recommendation of a long-time friend who directed us to Martell McDougal of Installations & Remodeling, Inc. From our initial consultation with Martell, we were sure he was just the right person for the job. He gave us many options and explained how each affected the overall cost of the finished product. In his estimate, he spelled out to the letter what was included, what might be an extra cost, and how long the project was supposed to take to complete. We could not be any happier with the finished product and highly recommend his services. Martell is a man of his word and will tell it like it is. What you will get if you use this company: On-time completion of the job, super attention to detail, superior workmanship, and top-quality materials. He does not flit from job to job; he stays with your project until it is finished. As a testament to his quality, he stays pretty heavily booked, but it is well worth the wait!
