    Arquisola, Dr. Maria
If you want a doctor who will actually be a support in your care, try someone else. I have a rare disease and was told by Dr. A that she would not be taking the time to familiarize herself with the disease. The times that I asked about trying something different, like medical marijuana for pain control as prescribed by my pain clinic, she would not support the experiment. At no time did I really feel that she was really interested in my progress or comfort.

I have no idea if the doctor was good or not because thanks to their office staff, I never had a chance to see the doctor. I made an appointment but canceled because my insurance said they won't pay for dyslexia testing. Finally worked things out with insurance and called back to make an appointment and was told that I had to pay $75 for being a 'no show'. I said I canceled the appointment and I have never been a no show for an appointment-EVER. I was told that their office staff takes really good notes and there was no note of my canceling the appointment. My only mistake was not reading the reviews before making an appointment. I later read numerous reviews of this happening to other people. I made several calls to try to discuss the matter but was basically told 'too bad'. Worst office experience I have ever encountered. Rather than return my last call, they just sent my bill to collections. On another note, I'm not sure why they couldn't get my insurance to pay for dyslexia testing because another company was able to get it done. Very rude and incompetent.

Doctors are okay, but sadly the short-handed front office staff are incompetent and don't care. The do not call in your prescriptions when they are supposed to and when my doctor (who acknowledged this is a common problem) hand-wrote my prescription they called it in! Half the time the phone system isn't working properly, and when it is you can never get through to anyone and have to leave a message. Sometimes they call you back and other times they don't and you literally have to go there in person. I do not recommend going here.

Instructions for the appointment were to expect an hour or an hour and a half. I spent less than 30 minutes w the doctor and felt as if I wasted 50 dollar copayment for no help with the issues I was being referred for in the first place. Upon reviewing my medications, almost every medication was criticized...explaining that they were wrong. I brought extra medical records in regards to a study, and he said he'd never heard of it, and didn't even make copies and gave it back to me. I felt as if I was being rushed out of his office while I was still asking questions about correct medications and the ringing in my ears. He basically stated, "I don't do tinnitus." I wanted to talk about the pain at the base of skull and neck and the memory lapses I have been having but didn't have the opportunity as I felt rushed out. I walked out of the office feeling very shocked and disappointed.

It is very good and there are number of psychiatrists there. I have never been in there myself but I have been there with my daughter. It is very well. It has got a great reputation. The environment is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The psychiatrist that sees my daughter is very good. My daughter is on going there all the time.

The Psychiatrist was always late, sometimes more than 40 minutes. The office is pleasant and they obviously spent a significant amount on decorating.
The therapist was, by far, the most unprofessional therapist I have ever encountered. On my first visit she mostly urged me to read a book and negated any feelings I expressed. She also insisted that I should see her at least twice a week although my Psychiatrist had told me I didn't even need to see the therapist.
When I expressed my concerns about the therapist with my Psychiatrist at my next appointment she did not seem interested. When I asked for a prescription to be refilled, the Dr did not know and could not find in my records the medication and dosage that she had prescribed me. A few days after that visit, I received a letter stating that the Psychiatrist would no longer see me because of "Disagreement with the patient on treatment plan." I can only assume this is because I expressed my concerns about the therapist.

I would never see this neurologist again. She does not listen and she really does not care about her patients at all. I was crying uncontrollably because she was blaming me for the pain I was in. Migraines are hereditary on my mothers side of the family. She has 7 brothers and sisters and all but 2 have migraines. My grandmother had them so terrible that she had to put a belt around her head and squeeze it to get some relief from the pain. Her migraines last for 3 days with violent pain and agony. A demerol shot is about all they had to give her relief. So in my opinion my migraines are hereditary and depression is a result of the unrelenting pain that I experience and im getting no relief from this torture.

I went to a Doctor at Strength of Mind for six years. I'm severely depressed and I didn't get any help from him at all. The Doctor was ho-hum, I guess you'd say. The Psychiatrist would see you for ten minutes or so, and they would issue you with the medication for Depression. I did go to two Psychologists there and they were just not a good match for me, evidently. So it was not a good place. Strength of Mind is a clinic and the head is Dr. MacElroy. They also gave me this TMS Therapy that is supposed to be so good. That cost me $10,000 and it didn't do anything. So if I was in Tulsa and anyone asked me if they should go to Strength of Mind, I would say definitely NOT.

She tried different things with me. She was on time. She is pleasant. The staff is pleasant and took care of billing. Dr. Arquisola really listened to me.
