I was very pleased with the hard work from Jake Rowland and his crew. They did a good job of cleaning up after their project too. I would recommend them for any job you may have for concrete and landscaping. I have used them for both.

Excellent job by the team at Affordable Concrete. The communication was great, and the final product was completed quickly and looks fabulous. Josh and his team deserve the opportunity to quote your next concrete project. Highly recommend!

    Schwark Concrete
This company was great. Our driveway was washing out, so they filled in the gaps with concrete, and made it look very tidy. They also extended our front porch area to eliminate a low spot. It looks great!

Jake did a great job for us, working with me to create the plan to triple the size of our back yard patio and adding flower beds on either side. Very happy with the outcome. He had to rework the French drains removing a section that was clogged with mud and re-routing it. He and his team did a great job laying the concrete for the new patio sections. The flowers beds with azaleas, juniper and hydrangeas look great!

    Master Lift Foundation Repair
The patio has a low spot in the South East corner indicating the patio was not sloped properly to drain. The improper drainage causes staining, additional spalling, and material defects in the future. The finish is extremely rough and we are unable to walk on it in bare feet. This is important because the patio is adjacent to our pool. I have a structural engineer's report that comfirms the above and states the only way to correct the defects is to remove and replace the patio. Master Lift gave me a 1 year warrenty; however, they do not answer my calls or return my calls, indicating they have no intention of honoring their warrenty.

    PRO CURB
WOW does the curbing look awesome. I paid $550 to go around the front of my house and around one side. I expected something like to cost $1,000 - 1,500. Vic is a true pro, work was professional, clean, quick and easy. I plan to have them come back and replace my tree rings now that I see how amazing it looks. One thing I would recommend is listen to Vic - My wife and I ALMOST went with another color and design but Vic VERY politely recommended matching the curb to the brick in my house his recommendations were spot on. Great Job!

No problems with the job. Josh was good to deal with and got the job scheduled and completed quickly. I thought pricing was good and he stuck to his estimate. I enjoyed working with Josh and will contact him again for future concrete work.

    Camps Construction LLC
Originally, the bids I had received from others were quite high, around 38000 to 28000, and he came in around 17000. Since his bid was so much lower, I was able to add quite a bit to the original project. They were friendly, courteous, easy to work with, and they did an excellent job. The thing I really liked about them was their communication skills. If something came up that was questioned, they brought it to our attention to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

I will definitely be using them again in the future. The firm went above and beyond my expectations.

It went well!  There was some initial confusion with the date I was to receive an estimate, but it all worked out in the end.  I received my estimate July 3rd, and the patio extension was laid the 25th.  They scored the entire patio (the old 10x10 patio plus the new 11x10 they laid) into a large diamond pattern.

Went well.  Contractor reviewed job to identify all painting required (included all trim work and doors) as well as repairs that would be included in contract scope.  Labor price was set with estimate of materials (specific materials and quality) included.  All work completed with great attention to detail and to cleanliness as house was occupied during the work, which spanned approximately 2 to 3 weeks.  Made some adjustments along the way to accommodate situations found and additional services added to scope, with pricing agreed to before work was done.
