    Very well. They thoroughly inspected the engine, listed everything that needed attention, or would soon need attention, itemized by price and prioritized by "now" or "later". I thought I needed a new windshield wiper blade, but they just straightened the bent arm, and tightened a screw (no charge) saving me the cost of a new blade. Plus, they drove me home when I dropped the car off, and came and picked me up when it was ready!

    I had a nail in the tire. The tires we bought from them, they fix them for free. They fixed it. We have two tires on the car we bought from them. Anytime we, we had a flat earlier in the year, they don't charge us. They said no these are our tires. It's apart of the service. They fixed them for free. I really think if the owner was in town, she was out of town. I think if she was town she probably would not have even charged me for the other tire. The manager on duty was like this is not one of our tires, so it had a $10 charge which I was okay with. I know that they are expensive than most people. We pay it because we just know them. We just trust them. You have other mechanics that they may be cheaper but I don't we've had a lot of bad experiences. These peoples are great.

    We've been using them for 20/25 years. We know them and they're kind of like family we've been with them for so long. They do what they say they're going to do and pretty honest. They're not the cheapest in the world but you get what you pay for and vice versa. They're pretty reasonable on price. A lot cheaper than having it done at the dealer.

    The staff at Klean Kar did an excellent job! They worked very hard, and when the smell wasn't completely gone after a first attempt...they continued cleaning until it was. The car smells great now, the owner communicated what was happening and provided great customer service. Their prices are very reasonable....would use them again.

    There was a coupon and it wasn���t that expensive. I don���t have any complaints. You have to wait a little while. The quality would be an ���A��� because they are a dealer and they do good quality. They would response, so I don���t have any complaint about that. I am regularly using them. I have to wait a while, so that is the reason for the ���B��� overall, so if they would do more people it would be an ���A���.

    Very professional and respectful of our belongings. All breakables were wrapped better than I could have done. Jerrod and Jason were really nice and friendly. They made sure I was happy with where things were placed in the new house. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

    intial call was great tint seems to be good quality here are the problems i had 1 they dont tell you you're car or truck will be taken off site 2 a pretty important piece from my back window was not put back in place 3 dropped my truck off with an appt at 645 was not ready until 430 4 when my wife and i come in to pay we stood in the lobby for 10 mins waiting when there was a guy sitting in a chair 15 feet from us they never said anything i was going to send my son in for tint but will not reccomend just not good service guys

    Tire Rotation and antifreeze check were free. In rotating tires, they noticed one tire was a little low. Instead of advising a new tire was needed(and since they sell tires there, that would not be unheard of by other places), they advised to watch it closely for now. This gave us time to watch it and run it by the tire place where we originally purchased the tire to have it fixed. We really appreciated the staff looking out for us on this issue. They have extremely good hours to work around our schedules. We are taking all our vehicles there now.

    Sanport determined that the timing chain cover had a couple of loose bolts, tightened them, drove it and inspected it to make sure it was staying sealed... no charge! Transaxle seal was replaced for about $325 parts & labor, very reasonable. The local Toyota dealer had quoted me $2800 to replace the timing chain cover gasket, but Sanport was honest about what the problem really was.

    Robertson Tire is always top notch. Polite, quick as possible, and thorough. I have bought some tires from them in the past, so they always rotate my tires for free. They will fix any nail holes for free, too. They don't charge extra labor to install wiper blades, unlike some other places I've been to.
