    I was referred to Shelton through the Whirlpool Class Action suit and was advised they would schedule service. Since this is a class action suit, you would think that after waiting for 2 days the tech would come out with the necessary parts to make the repair. NO! First, I was told he would be at my home between 12-3. So I made arrangements for someone to sit at my house and wait for him. At 3:15, I called the office and was told he would be there shortly. He called at 3:23 and told me he would be at my home within 15-20 minutes. At 4:07, I received a call that he had finally tripped into my house (I don't even have steps) and he needed to ask me what the problem was. I thought that was why I called HIM there to begin with, to diagnose the problem. However, I received NO diagnosis whatsoever from him. He called me back at 4:13 to then tell me he would have to order a part so I would be without my refrigerator for another 3-5 days and then he would come back out and charge me labor fees to install the part. If I chose to do his work and drain my refrigerator prior to his arrival he would only charge an additional $40. Then he tried to write the ticket for an additional $75. This is after I had already paid him $90 cash for a 6 minute trip into my house. RIP OFF!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS!!! I work as a Quality Manager and this is NOT Quality Service!

    First time out they were punctual priced high but thought it was fixed to service was fast. Turns out they did not fix the problem so when they did come there was problems with over booking and pushing me back then fixed the actual problem that tech was great cost me more again but not as much as it could have. After it was fixed it was great. I would have liked a little better communication and the obviously more knowledge technician to been the tech that came out the first time

    Outstanding response and repair BUT !!!!!! We were charged some imaginary and exorbitant price for the part required. Actual price of same part on line varied from $79-$47. Even allowing for an upcharge of part cost because he was carrying, I was charged $195 for the part. Thrilled with the repair but feel gouged with the cost. I'll have to be more careful next time.

    Both visit went very well. Showed up when they said they would show. Repairs where completed. Prices were fair. I really liked the fact they worked with me on scheduling around MY work schedule. I will definitely keep All Appliances number for future repairs.

    Our service person was Emmanual. He was great! The dryer vent was totally blocked, and dust was everywhere inside. He took the time to remove all panels and vacuum out the insides. He releveled the appliance. He cleaned up after the service was complete. He was professional. His work was efficient. He was friendly and courteous. I will ask for him to service our appliances again. And, BTW, the dryer works better, just as if it is new again!

    Poorly. Every interaction. On the most recent service on our refrigerator for the icemaker, the repair guy (definitely not a technician), could not even describe what was wrong with the item to me or my wife. He simply swapped parts until it started working.

    He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He said he could fix my machine but I would be better off buying a new one due to the typ of repair. Very honest! He even gave me valuable information on types of machines, brands, and what to look for. He talked about types of soaps and how they were designed to work. I appreciate his honesty and his help with my next purchase! You can trust AOK Appliance Repair! I WILL call him again for my next appliance repair!

    He came the same day I called for service. He explained what needed to be done and showed me the problems in our unit. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and he also allowed me to use a coupon. The dryer works great now. I would definitely recommend him and would use his services again.

    Brian with A-OK diagnosed the problem as the display panel. Unfortunately, the part is no longer available so we're looking at our options. Brian was very professional and showed me how he came to that diagnosis by testing the electronics with a volt meter.
