    It went very well considering my cat is a feral outdoor cat and does not like being in the create or going to the vet's for that matter.  She got better I did not have to take her back.  She is a happy fat 14 pounds still hunting around the outside of the house.

    Recent changes in Arrowhead Veterinary Clinic staff have evidently lead to policy changes:
    1. After having annual wellness checks and Heart-worm checks on all 5 of our dogs, which all checked negative, the Vets refused to approve my online order for Iverhart Tablets from the supplier. After a heated discussion with an attendant she said the Vet did not like the idea of me giving the medication to different pets, which I explained I did not/could not do with a Iverhart dosage tablet. She then said the Vet would approve the order but did not like to. (My opinion: They wanted me to buy Heart-worm medication from them, not off the internet where it is cheaper)
    2. We generally ordered our Science diet dog food from Arrowhead Vet Clinic, however at a point in time Hills, the manufacturer of the dog food was several days late with their delivery. We ran out of dog food so I bought 2 cases from another source. When Arrowhead finally got their order in, they called to let me know it was now available. Since I already had plenty of dog food on hand I told the receptionist that I no longer wanted my order from them ... which evidently made the receptionist mad.
    3. I called Arrowhead Vet Clinic 4/2/2014 to make an appointment to have a kitten spayed and was told my service had been discontinued until I apologized to the receptionist and attendant involved in these incidents.
    I have no intention to apologize to either of these people. We have spent literally THOUSANDS of dollars with Arrowhead Vet Clinic over the past 19 years. We have now changed Veterinarians for our pets. I definitely would not recommend Arrowhead Vet Clinic to anybody as long as these people are employed there.

    On Saturday, 1/11/14, my wife picked up
    our two dogs and brought them home after being groomed at Feed Mart in
    Bartlesville, OK. They had not been brushed and were still wet from their bath.
    Our dogs just smelled like wet dogs. Called to complain. Very agreeable and
    kind manager offered a refund. I did not ask for it, I was offered a refund.
    This is the key issue. 
    The manager asked me to call the owners, Tony or
    Pat, Monday morning. A few hours later, the groomer called with many excuses.
    The groomer did offer to redo the dogs at no charge. Why get another poor job,
    especially when she would not let me observe the repeated. Instead preferred to
    take the refund I was offered. Did not feel comfortable leaving my dogs with an
    angry groomer. Example of excuse, she said she has groomed dogs for years
    without any complaints. I was the first one. I did not care if I was the first
    or the millionth, I wanted what I was offered by her manager. The groomer told
    me the manager had no right to offer a refund. Only the owner can make that
    decision and she was going to get paid regardless. Once again, I replied I did
    not care how she was paid, only wanted what was offered to me by the manager of
    Feed Mart. The groomer said that was okay, she would just charge my debit card
    twice. After a statement like that I hung up. Immediately called VISA and put a
    hold on my account. 
    On Monday, 1/13/14 I called Feed Mart and when the
    phone was answered, I stated my name and asked for Tony or Pat and was hung up
    on. Immediately called a second time, stated my name and asked for Tony or Pat,
    because the hang up could have been by mistake. But was hung up on again. Called
    again, did not state my name but only asked for Tony or Pat. Hung up on again.
    Was becoming ridiculous. Called again as the clerk was saying, Feed Mart, may I
    help you?” I said, “no need to keep hanging up on me, I will just keep calling.”
    Hung up on. Called back again. The young man who answered said I was breaking
    up. Replied I was not breaking up as I was on a land line. Hung up on yet
    again. Called and asked for Pat and was told, “This is Pat.”
    My first item of the call was to
    compliment her manager, how polite and professional she was. But Pat knew what my
    call was regarding without my explanation, started conversation with, “No one
    gets refunds for grooming.” She said people like me take our dogs to get
    groomed then demand a refund so they get a free dog grooming. Reminded her I
    did not ask for a refund, it was offered to me by her manager. Pat commented
    her manager does not have that authority. I don’t care, it is Pat’s responsibility
    to properly train her employees. Brought up her groomer telling me she was
    going to double charge my debit card. Somehow Pat knew about this statement. Oddly,
    specified her groomer did not say this instead of reassuring me my card would
    not and could not be re-charged. I did not respond on her groomers Saturday
    phone call, when the groomer threatened the double charge on her phone call to
    me, I hung up. It is feasible the groomer said this to not only me, but also to
    Pat.
    Pat said I should have researched
    grooming prior to bringing my dogs to her business. She said her groomer does
    not have the time to ask, “Have you ever had your dogs groomed before?" Supposedly
    if I had, I would know how great a job they had done. This seemed peculiar to me, as
    I can brush my dogs then wash them with the garden hose and achieve better
    results. It is currently too cold to bathe them outside, hence the grooming.
    Admittedly, Pat made me angry and the
    discussion turned into an immature argument of, “yes you are, no I’m not.”
    Please realize that statement is satire. Pat and I never called each other names
    and there was no cursing. Much of what became of this argument was hearsay. I claimed
    had responses to my FB post asking about her business. Admitted to Pat not all comments
    were bad, but most were. She asked me to email these comments to her.
    While organizing the comments to email to
    her, asked myself, this would just be vindictive and serve no purpose. Plus
    there would be some posts the author would not like to be made public. Yes, Pat
    could say my statement was not true if I did not supply any supporting documentation.
    But my thought is why I should help with her poor customer service dilemma. I
    do not care if she is an incredible success or a miserable failure. Just wanted
    what I was offered by her Manager.
    Amusingly, when I called Feed Mart to
    either tell Pat or leave a message I would not be emailing this information, a
    young man named Patrick answered the phone and told me no Pat worked there. Said
    the only owner is Tony. I started laughing, maybe howling is a better description.
    Then Patrick said I had asked for myself, he had misunderstood. Maybe I did
    call and ask, “Am I there?” Found this quite comical so could only laugh, hopefully
    Patrick could understand my message to Pat through my snickering.

    During the whole time Dr. Buller cared for my older dog, he was kind and reasonable--I never felt he was trying to push me to do something out of my comfort level. He always had my dog's needs in mind as well as mine (including my budget). I recommend the staff and Dr. Buller very highly and will continue to use them for my other dog's vet care.

    They have been absolutely superb in the way that they treat my dogs and in the way that they provide care. I also appreciate that they are flexible and allow me to purchase medications by the month as opposed to by the year which can be costly. Furthermore, the staff is very friendly, and I will miss all of them when I move.

    Abby has taken care of my pets three times now, and she's the only one I call.  My pets love her.  She's friendly, reliable, and trustworthy in my home while I'm away.  As I do not have a pet door, she comes three times a day.  The last time she was here, I had a new rescue dog that was not very housebroken.  She did an excellent job of cleaning up messes and washing bedding.  I came home a day early -- unannounced -- and she was giving my dogs a bath!  (I told her she could if she needed to.)  Awesome!  How many pet sitters would do that?  The new one needed it because he messed in his crate, but the others were a total bonus!  The dryer was also finishing with a load of clean bedding.  It was great to come home to a clean house, clean pet bedding, and clean, well cared-for pets.  And all this at a very reasonable price.  (I didn't put pricing information in this review because it depends on your number and type of pets, number of visits, other duties, location, etc.  I gave her more than she asked for this time, as I knew she would have to do a lot of dirty work.)

    Update:  10/15/14 - Abby has been pet sitting for me for 2 years now.  I don't even know how many separate times.  Once I was gone for almost three weeks, and my pets were well cared-for.  I still highly recommend her.  Also, since I wrote the original review, she has become bonded.

    He is a superb diagnostician and on more than one occasion has saved the life of my dog, not to mention saved me money and time by figuring out the problem quickly. For instance, he immediately recognized that my Rat Terrier had a foreign object obstructing his colon. It was a stocking that didn't even show up on an x-ray with barium. He could feel something when he palpitated the dog's stomach/intestine. I have a friend who lives in Houston and her Corgi also had a foreign object obstruction, but guess what? She had to pay for thousands of dollars worth of tests for the most inane and least likely diseases I've ever heard of. And after all that testing, the dog came close to dying and she still had to pay to get the object removed. Well, Dr. Grogan used his common sense and went to the most likely and most common suspect first. And that's just one example. Over the years when I've lived other places and had problems with my dogs, he has always responded to my phone calls and given me advice over the phone.

    We've used them several different times.  We use them because of the cleanliness of the facility and general care.  They are very personable.  They do a great job.  The dog loves going there and it's kind of a summer camp for him.  The dogs are well taken care.  The place is immaculate.  We use them when we go out of town.

    The visit went great as always. Dr. Buller has been our vet since we first got "Gracie", our beloved 4 yr. old Manchester Terrier/Chihuahua.  She's very shy & he & everyone of his assistants are always extremely gentle with her.  Dr. Buller answers all our questions & never acts rushed.  Anytime I've called them with just a question, they've always been very kind & knowledgeable in their answers - they have never acted annoyed & have always been very helpful.  Whenever we go in for an appointment, we wait no more than 5 minutes before seeing the doctor.  We also purchase her flea/tick & heartworm meds from them at a good price.
