They have reasonable prices. He does a good job with general lawn maintenance. I haven't had any problems with him showing up. He shows up when he says he's going to. He is always taking my calls. There are no problems. He's reliable. He has good prices. There are no unexpected issues.

We contacted Landgraff Farms in February of 2013 to have 2 trees planted in our front yard.  We picked out the ones we wanted.  It was our understanding at that time that we had a full year guarantee on the trees.  They called to come plant the trees the first part of June 2013.  I ask them if that was to late in the spring to plant and they guaranteed us it would be ok to plant in June. They came planted the trees, were very nice and personalable.  We were told to water every other day for 10 minutes and we did.  A week later they started looking bad by the end of the month they had lost all the leaves.  We called Landgraff and left a message.  They did not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks.  They told us at that time to wait and see if the trees come out of it.  We waited no growth no leaves just dead looking trees in our front yard.  We called again and ask them to call.  It was a long time I could not tell you how long it was for this call to be returned but we where in a restaurant and my husband could not hear.  Landgraff said they would call back and we never heard from them again,  all calls went unanswered.  We called them this spring when the trees did not bud out and the gentleman that called said to wait two more weeks, it was too early. My husband called them two weeks later.  When the call was returned we were infomred we would have to pay for new trees but they would plant for free.  We were not informed that was how the full year guarantee worked.  This is no guarantee on the trees but on their palnting ability.  We followed their instruction to the letter.  The trees never went without water.  We are now retired and do not have the money to pay $900. for trees we already purchase and was given a guarantee for.  You will do better to go to Lowes' and buy trees.

My yard was cleaner when they got through than when they started. I would highly recommend Chad of ALL AROUND TREES for any tree service, and based on my experience I would also call them for any lawn service needed.

My neighbor used Mikes Handyman Service to cut down a pecan tree the day before I had my work done. Those people would cut large limbs from the tree allowing them to fall. One of those limbs fell on my property causing significant damage. The boss thought I was the one causing the problems, when I complained about the property damage caused by a falling limb.

This has been a wonderful experience, as far as equipment repair can be considered wonderful. Our Husqvarna ZTR was only a few weeks old, and broke down right at 6 hours' use. The Cordells were very thorough in their inspection and looked at everything, not just the problems we noted, to make sure this brand new piece of equipment runs as it should, as if it is brand new. They were great about communicating their findings to us and about giving us progress reports. The mower runs great now, and I am extremely satisfied. I also feel completely confident they will stand behind their work if any problems recur, and I will use them again if any repairs are needed in the future. I recommend Cordell's highly and without reservation to anyone who needs lawn mower or small engine repair.

Absolutely horrible. Do not use A&A for your Kubota needs. I took my tractor in for warranty repair work. I told them specifically not to do service work, they assured me at drop-off and twice afterward that they were not doing any service work, then they did the service work anyway and refused to release the tractor to my husband until he paid their $313.78 service bill. When I returned to contest this, the owner got angry and raised his voice, saying that 'The work's already been done, the parts on and the fluid in! What do you expect me to do? Undo it? Remove the parts? Suck out the fluid?! Work for free?!' I told him I expected him to follow instructions and not do work that his staff had been specifically told not to do, and then he got angrier and raised his voice even louder. He finally refunded the charge but, as I left, shouted out the door 'Come on back next time you want free work done'. Since when is a customer accountable for a company's mistake, and since when is it acceptable for a company to try to shove a scam like this down a customer's throat, and talk this way to a customer as if she is in the wrong when the company is so clearly at fault? Add to it the fact that it took nearly two weeks longer for them to complete the work done, and not once did A&A call us to update us on the progress despite their promise to do so. So if you need Kubota, go to Gainesville or Ada. If you can't make this long a drive, then choose a competitor's product. Not even Kubota is worth putting up with this rude owner.

Didn't show up for three different scheduled times and never called to let me know that they wouldn't be coming.
