    I was concerned about the steep initial cost, but my leak was detected and fixed without having to remove tile or tear up a wall...priceless. Not only that, but Trenton also walked me through how to perform simple diagnostics on my own, and informed me my faulty fixtures had a lifetime guarantee...also priceless. The savings on replacing my fixtures more than paid for the consultation. Highly recommend and will call them again for any future plumbing issues.

    They did a lot of work, they went off the recommendation of my structural engineer and even paid for him to come out and look at the work and make sure it was up to par. They did an excellent job, they exceeded my expectations and even did some things that were not part of they deal at no cost, like moving a tree for me and moving some dirt and leveling off some other areas that really had nothing to do with the job, the foreman I worked with was great, he came out and inspected it several times and on the final walkthrough there was really nothing to do, again, they did more than I expected them to do. If you have some serious drainage and issues and need it fixed correctly I would go with these guys.

    Left at 5:15 PM. Toilet is crooked and leaking, wall is scuffed. Nuts and washers left on floor. I called to report leak, they would not send anyone after-hours with out charging us more. Supervisor would not call and talk to us. They advised to turn water off and they would come tomorrow. Very unprofessional as their website says no after hours charge. False advertisement.

    Excellent company and service.  Will use again without hesitation.   The tank was dirtier than excepted once it was opened and the Fosters team stuck with the quote they gave me on the phone even thought the job took an hour longer than expected. I was so impressed by their thoroughness and professional attitude I asked them to add the extra hour to the quote.

    t called Travis on Monday and got his voicemail. I left him a voicemail requesting an appointment to get a quote on work to address a drainage problem in my backyard. Received a call back from another person on Wednesday. We discussed the drainage problem and made an appointment to meet at my house 10:30 to 11:00 AM on Friday. The person didn't show for the appointment. Didn't hear anything so I waited about 30 minutes and texted him that since he didn't keep the appointment, could we reschedule the appointment since I had to leave a few minutes later. He texted me back apologizing that he was held up on previous appointments, but didn't respond to my request to reschedule the appointment. I texted him back asking if he could come by the following Monday morning. He never responded to my question.. Have not received any further communication from them.

    We were given the unfortunate news today that we need a totally new water softener system.  We found the Pelican Water Softener company online and looked great...sounded great!  Almost convinced to buy, we did our due diligence and searched Angie's List.  WOW!  far too many bad reviews regarding Pelican's customer service.  So I wanted to test them out myself and call to speak with them.  This Friday morning at 11am I call to speak with ANY company representative about the product and company service.  RIGHT OFF THE BAT I am told that all personnel to whom I could speak with were ALL in a meeting and would call me back at their convenience.
    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!  Companies that put "meetings' before customers is a business SIN.  I am SO THANKFUL I personally experienced their lack of commitment to customer service BEFORE we made the purchase!!!
    Imagine how frustrated I would be if this were a call to Pelican needing help.
    Poor customer reviews + my first impression with personal contact = NO SALE!!!

    Mostly went well until the technician gave me the invoice. It was nearly $700. The technician said he wasn't able to get warranty to cover the parts. I wrote a check and he left. I called the manufacturer and they said the part was still under warranty. I put a stop payment on the check and called the company back. They passed me around to a couple people and finally sent a new invoice for $480 for 1.5 hours of labor. Now I have to deal with that ridiculous charge.

    He inspected the mold issue and quoted $3,000-$4,000 and that it may be a bit higher after he got into it. He did everything for me, except take the water heater out. He redid my bathroom, replaced structural beams, redid the bedroom carpet, bathroom flooring, and picked up my water heater and reinstalled for me all for $4,500. He did many extra things for no charges. The project took two months. I really appreciated his work and effort.

    This was over 2 weeks ago and we still do not have the estimate. We asked them to fax it to us and they wanted to meet in person we rescheduled once and they rescheduled once. We have not heard from them since and they still have not faxed, mailed, or given us an estimate. We are very dissatisfied and have already hired other contractors. We feel they should refund us our money because the ad says they are free and they never gave us an estimate.
