They are usually pretty busy. Problem isn't with just waiting. I just try to keep my dog out of the way. Keeping my dog at bay. The thing is they have different vets there. It depends who you interact with. I think they done a good job in the past. Just depends who you are with. Its the location. Not so much I love the vet, its the location. Just down my house, and I am familiar with.

Fantastic!! They truly love the animals and we have always been completely satisfied with their grooming services. Our dog is a regular for boarding, they love to see him, they can always accommodate our needs, even on short notice, and our dog LOVES going to stay there! We feel good leaving him in their care, knowing he is happy and well taken care of while he's there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

It sucked, she called me 10 minutes after dropping them off, saying, put your ear covers on, her exact words were, "Come get your f****** dog, he just bit me 6 times"!!!!
My dog is about 7lbs, how in the heck does a dog that small bite anyone 6 times. Plus, my dog never bit anyone before. I get there, she's covered in blood, she looks hungover honestly, my dog that supposedly bit her is hiding under the tub.  Then she goes on to say how she hates these m************ dogs, again, using her words, who only come and get groomed sometimes. She makes me pay $40 bucks for Peanut, she didn't even finish him, but when I get there, she's grooming Buddy, my Yorkie, getting blood all over him!!!
I just wanted to leave, Buddy is blood drenched, thank goodness for the towel in my Explorer, I definitely would take my dogs there again, nor will I recommend this horrible place!!!  She looked like she was drunk or on drugs, I'm not sure, I don't do drugs and I'm not an alcoholic...I am going to groom them myself from no on.

Everything went well. They always pull us back on time and we are seen quickly. After leaving the office they called every few days to check on our dog and see if we had gotten a culture. Unfortunately the Dye Gel has stopped up the problem that she was having and it has been difficult to get a sample. The office was friendly, polite and kind as the always are.

We got our new adopted pup all her shots and an exam. They checked her ears and her stitches from her spay. We received medication for her ears and upon check out a free large delicious smelling candle for pet odors. They were quick to get us in within 24 hours. Friendly and polite the bill was a little more than what I had anticipated but we also didn't expect a medication or 2 of the shots but she needed them all so we were happy to get them for her. They were very professional.

My husband and I both love Dr O'Hanlon and his staff. They are not only professional and caring but just great at what they do! Our elderly cocker spaniel has various issues and has received excellent care from Dr O'Hanlon and his staff. Not only did they treat our pet when we visited but they call afterwards to ensure we don't have questions or problems. Also, you can tell that Dr O'Hanlon cares deeply for animals by the way he handles them. I have never met a vet more in tune with my fur-kid.
We are moving to North Carolina and finding a new vet of this doctor's caliber will be very difficult. If you love, love, love your pet - I highly recommend All Pets!

Coming from Guam with 3 rescue cats and had front and back declaws done on two of them (the other just a back declaw since he was already front declawed when we got him) at a local guam vet called Animal Medical Clinic. I set up an appointment with them there in a border line 3rd world country, they gave me instructions on eating and drinking the night prior to bringing them in and then brought them in. We got the cats back the next day with a sheet of paper saying to wait 7 to 10 days with a litter box with paper or newspaper cut up so that their paws did not get infected from litter. There paws were not bandaged and their paws never bled. We waited an even 10 days and then they were using liter with no infections ever at all.

With Western Prairie we were quoted $141.35 per cat equalling $282.70, which was about the same we paid at Animal Medial in Guam, except that this place never gave us instructions the day prior about feeding and water. I take the cats in and the people were friendly and it wasn't a horrible experience until my wife picked them up the next day, however, as I am giving them my cats they ask me to fill out this paper that states do you want this, that, this, that, and this to which I WAS NOT EXPECTING. It threw me off guard and I ended up paying an extra $39 per cat to have this lasic treatment that this paper said would make the paws heal quicker. Naturally I though wow, 10 days being cooped up in a small stinky room with a paper litter to perhaps 5 days...sounded worth it to me so I checked that box along with the leukemia test and yes no to the others like pain pills for them which I thought was odd? Anyways I head home and the next day when my wife picks them up and takes them home she tells me it cost $550. I literally could NOT believe it and I told her about what I checked and that the piece of paper threw me off guard, but it gets worse. They bandaged their paws and told my wife that if they come off to to take them back there and they will re-bandaged them. Well we made the mistake of taking them back there the next day or two because kittens who are 3 months old WILL keep shaking their paws until these weird bandages around them come off.  My wife took them again and they had the gall to charge us $40??? Ia this point I was p***** and told me wife that if anything happens again to not take them back to that vet and to use West Side (those of us who live in Altus know it's either West Side of this place because All Pets Medical if for those who live behind Wal Mart price wise) instead. The last part that I will not fail to discuss here is the fact with that stinking laser healing treatment their paws were not fully healed until 3 weeks, so in all actuality it took much longer than the surgeries in Guam while paying almost $80 for a procedure that was supposed to heal quicker. I also mentioned that the guam surgeries never produced bloody paws, but this one did. We had to clean the linoleum floors with a rage to get little blood spots off.

I mention this because we have an adult who is behaving quite horribly towards these new kittens we have by urinating everywhere and we took him to West Side. I talked in great detail about the declaw and he mentioned he to would have bandaged the paws, but only for the first 24 hours then no more. I also asked him if any of the bandages came off would he charge me $40 to put one or two (keep in mind it was not every bandage that came off) of the bandages back on and he said NO, he would not charge me anything for that.

I have nothing to say about anything els Western Prairie does and I am sure they have some very happy loyal customers. I would also like to tell those customers that sure they may do a great job on all other things a vet does, but the declaw burned more than I have ever been burned before and because of that I will use West Side EVERY TIME even if WP may be better on certain things. This message is for me to reming EVERYONE in Altus OK to NEVER get your cats declawed at WP...NEVER. If you do decide to anyway because they are $20 cheaper that West Side per cat at least check no on everything on that paper they make you fill out unless your cats need the leukemia test. Last but not least when they shake the bandages off take them to West Side from then on out for a free bandage of just leave them off depending on how the paws look to you.

They have always been very professional and courteous on the the phone and in person. I have always been able to get an appointment within the week. They were very quick to return my call the one time used the after hours service.

We only waited two days to get them in. The vet was good. They told us everything they did to the dogs.

It was really great. They were really good. The only thing I didn't like was the price.
