    Quick and professional. Explained everything they were doing and why, sent pictures with the estimate and answered every question I had. I didn't feel pressured in to getting more work done than was necessary. The technician did a great job and when I was sent the final invoice I recieved pictures of the work during and after. Highly recommend!

    I am not happy with the price. Its kind of hard. The quality is based on the people that come out. With the providers. I am not always happy with the provider's that come out. They are the one's who we got the house, it was already apart of it. I basically contact them over the phone to request the service. Usually its automated. I have to talk to them over the phone if I am having an problem. If the service is not done correctly, or I was unhappy. If I am unhappy with the vendor, I am contacting American Home Shield.

    Any discrepancy that I found Jake was responsive to remedy the outcome and was courteous. For the most part JAM was timely in completing the projects. When it comes to cost JAM is probably not the cheapest contractor in town however, for the workmanship and result it is money well spent and you certainly get what you pay for. It was a pleasure having JAM construction do what I didn't have the time/skill to accomplish on my own. Jake handled the added difficulty well of having to consult with my wife over the phone who was 4 states away from the project at the time.

    We called Mr. Smith around 5pm on a Friday night to schedule an appointment. He was able to look at the house the very next day (in the rain) on Saturday. When we arrived at the house fifteen minutes early he was already there with his ladder up and waiting. His attitude upon introduction was very polite and professional. As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure what to expect so I followed him around as he did the inspection. He was patient and very informative as question after question left my mouth. Oklahoma state law only requires an inspector to inspect a percentage of the things looked at (windows, outlets, drains). Mr. Smith (Floyd by this time because of his friendly personality) checked everything. Every pipe, filter, switch,outlet, nook, and cranny from the top of the roof to the foundation. He explained the condition of the heater and water heater as well as the electrical box. He went up into the attic and crawled through the dirt and insulation and made sure to check every corner of it (I know as I was still following firing of questions like I had an endless supply). The inspection took a little over three hours but by the end of it I felt I knew everything I needed to know about our house going into the future. I would highly recommend Mr. Smith to anybody and I'm so glad we chose him.

    Had been calling this particular company for over a month to have some simple duct work completed in a room that we were adding on to our house and they could not or would not return phone calls and if they did they were extremely unprofessional and rude. Called another company and they not only called us back but also showed up with in 10 minutes of the phone call.

    Cordan Electric came very quickly. I called one afternoon and he showed up the next morning at a request for my wife's work schedule. The guy is really easy to talk to and knowledgeable about what was going on with the fan. He told me what was wrong in the first 30 seconds because he just looked at it and goes, "yup, the receiver is off."

    While the service and getting parts part went rather quickly, that's about where the good stuff ended. It started on a Sunday when the AC in my house went out. We waited until Monday to call since it was already late in the day. They came out that afternoon to take a look at the problem. After a few minutes we were informed that there was a "problem" that would be fixed under warranty since the unit was rather new but we would be responsible for the labor to install it...like anyone would do in 100 degree heat, I said go ahead and order the parts. The next day to my surprise when I went out to get the mail and the technician was working on my house. No knock on the door, no notification that they were even coming. About 15 minutes later, I went outside to find another technician also here. Again no knock or notification. About an hour later the work was complete and the AC was back working, Two days later, we received a bill for $600! Labor for 2 men, various charges for freon (recovery and re-charge), some tubing etc....so much for paying for labor. No effort was made to explain what work was done at the time and why it might cost that much! The kicker in this whole thing is that when I called to have the bill explained, I spoke with the owner and explained the situation and he told me "I'd rather not do anymore business with you, please pay the bill" seriously, who says stuff like that to a customer...epically since we had just paid them to do an annual check up and freon recharge three weeks earlier.

    Provider sent a technician to my home in Altus.  That was the punctuality piece.  It took almost a month for them to finally make it to Altus due to them only coming out when they have orders to fill (understandable, but inconvenient). I believe the technician's name was James and he was polite and professional.  The company worked with me, they have a polite and professional sales team.  I would recommend them to friends and family.  The garage door itself looks great!!

    The military contracted out my move to Crown Moving. The company had great communication and the driver and his crew were very polite and professional. The took care not to damage my floors by putting down their own carpet and padded doorways and corners so they did not scrape them. I would use Crown Moving again when it is time to move. Since I only had them move me in and unpack I can't review the packing and loading portion.

    A tree in my back yard was blown over on a gusty SW OK day.  I called Coronado tree service and a guy came out the same day.  He provided me a quote, and after some price negotiation, we agreed he'd come back tomorrow to remove the tree.  He was punctual the next day and followed up with a courtesy phone call.  I would use Coronado again.
