    Carney-McNicholas Inc
The guys that moved us (both times) were so nice and very good at their job. I couldn't have done this without them. I initially arranged for 1 container but had to get a second one on move day. This was flawless. They loaded the go mini storage containers and stored them on their property until my house was ready. As they were unloading into out new house they made sure to ask where every item was supposed to go. They even made sure we were happy with furniture placement and offered to move items around if needed. These guys are the best and the price was better than any other estimates I received.

This portion does not apply. I just want everyone to know about how the company treats people who are not customers at the time. I could of been a customer in the future but after a holiday weekend with the inconvenience I had to incur. I will never call them.

    ARMSTRONG CABLE SERVICES
Horrible. I had a new cable box put in by a technician and it doesn't work. I was told it would take a period of time to boot up so the technician left and I went back to work. When I came home the box is still not work and when I call they said they can't send someone out to check it for two more days. The cable has been down already for two days and now I have to wait another two day!

    Notary One Mobile Signature Services
My husband was working in Columbus when we received loan approval and was sent the loan doc packet. As we live in the Youngstown area this presented a time issue. Wait and redraw docs or drive down after work. Was given Roger Rills number by another company that would not be open for notary by the time I could get there. Called Roger hoping he could help. He was a life (loan) saver. Agreed to meet us near where my husband was working, checked everything over and got us on our way quickly. VERY professional and friendly. We HIGHLY recomend Notart One Mobile Signature Services and Mr.Rill.

If you have a large number of projects, be aware this company has a very convoluted and clunky bid process. They kept me in limbo for two weeks, and communication was virtually non-existent through out. The material on one of the larger projects was changed without discussion. Our initial meeting with them for a long list of smaller items as well as a as a couple of much larger, more expensive items took place on a Monday. The meeting went well, and I looked forward to working with them on this project, as well as a bath and kitchen remodel in the future. The estimator was very congenial, had good ideas and the back and forth was encouraging. The proposal was to be sent to me that Friday. When I didn't receive it over the weekend, I called on Monday, spoke to the estimator, and was told it would be emailed to me by the end of the day, which did not happen. On Tuesday afternoon, I left word about a possible change, but never heard back. On Thursday, nearly a week after the promised deadline, I received the proposal. This list included 2 big ticket items (a patio cover and concrete paver patio) as well as removing outside awnings from the windows. We asked for a separate line item for each of those three during our initial meeting. The estimator was provided a list of the projects at that time. Instead, everything was lumped together for a 13K bid, with the patio material changed from what we'd requested and discussed at length with the estimator. When I called that same day to ask for the individual pricing, I was told the estimator was out of the office until the following Monday. There was no one who could answer my question. That's when the proposal process was described to me. (It actually makes sense, and if communication is good, it wouldn't be an issue.) Long story short, I got bids for the job from other companies during the time I was waiting for the initial proposal, and decided after time dragged on to go elsewhere. (Having seen some of the responses this company gives to negative reviews, I'm certain this post will receive one with a full measure of snark.)

    ARMSTRONG CABLE SERVICES
Technician called prior to coming out and then showed up exactly at the time he stated he would. Ascertained what rooms the devices would go in and then proceeded to go to his truck and get the necessary boxes. Proceeded to install all the boxes and set up the televisions to each box and then tested it. Worked perfectly. Then he installed the additional analog box to guest bedroom and tested it.

    TIFFANY MEDICAL CTR
The center itself is very good and i go to my ob/gyn which is on the 2nd floor.  She's very nice .   ---  I went to the mammogram center for my test there and that's where i felt very uncomfortable,.   The lady  in the office was very nice and polite,   the technician , however , was a different story.    I was insulted by her , treated like a child, scolded when i didn't position my hands quite right on the machine . . " NO , NO, No "  was the statement she started with - loudly  -- and then telling me i'm doing it' wrong' and to place my hand here . . then she took my hand  and put  it where she wanted it.     (  I'm an adult,  , please don't pick up my hand and put it where you want it  like i'm 4 yrs of age!  ) - i've been having mammograms for years and  i know  where to place my hands and no other technician  at any other center ever complained or scolded me.   In fact , that was  always the correct position i was to place my hand.   until this visit with THIS technician.  .. So , after insulting me a few times ,  i truly  felt like walking out , i didn't care if the exam was over or not .    i was extremely upset . . but like a dummy, i said nothing.    I could not WAIT TO GET OUT OF THERE!!!! . . . . this  was a older lady, i don't know if she was having a bad day, or that's just her personality but i was not treated with respect at all by her .   I felt humilated .
I had gone to this mammogram center before ,  had a younger lady who was very patient,  very  kind and totally professional  .     .I've decided   if i ever go back there, i will call ahead and see who the technician is that day  or to make it simpler, i'll just go to the other center i've gone to several times and liked very much because ALL their ladies are nice !!!!!
     - i gave  Tiffany Medical Center a C overall ,,,only because they did their job .   If it wasn't for this Breast Care Center , and just the ob/gyn ,  it would have been an A .

    St Elizabeth Health Center
AFTER INTAKE VITALS, NO FURTHER EXAMINATIONS OTHER THAN OBSERVATION WERE PERDORMED. THE STAFF DID NOT EVEN TOUCH THE PPATIENT UNTIL THEY HAD CONTACTED THE PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN AND DECIDED TO DISCHARGE AND SEND THE PATIENT HOME. A NURSE THEN LISTENED FOR LUNG SOUNDS, BUT DID THAT TASK QUICKLY AND INCOMPLETELY.
WE LATER LEARNED THAT THE ER STAFF HAD TOLD OUR PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN THAT THEY COULD FIND NOTHING WRONG WITH THE PATIENT, WHICH WAS NOT A LIE, SINCE THEY HAD DONE NO EXAMINATION!
WE ARE NOW ON THE HOOK FOR THE ER CO-PAY WITH OUR INSURANCE, BECUSE THE PATIENT WAS NOT ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL - A DIFFERENT HOSPITAL, 4 DAYS LATER, NOT WITHIN THE 24 HR WINDOW FOR NO CO-PAY ELIGIBILITY.
OUR PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN WOULD HAVE ADMITTED THE PATIENT IMMEDIATELY FOR SHORTNESS OF BREATH PER PRIOR HISTORY. THE PATIENT WAS ULTIMATELY FOUND TO HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO MEDICATION CAUSING PAIN AND A LUNG INFECTION CAUSING SHORTNESS OF BREATH.

    St Elizabeth Health Center
The amount of time that I had to wait in the emergency room of St. Elizabeth Health Center was extremely long. They never gave me a call light to call if I needed help. They put an automatic blood pressure cuff on me to check my pressure but the cuff was too big and it fell off. The cuff fell on the floor and was blown up. It gave false readings because it wasn't on my arm. They gave me medications to bring my pressure down. It wasn't even being monitored because I didn't have the cuff on. I had to ask the woman from the housekeeping to find somebody for me. I thought their service was terrible and I would never come back there again. Their service was better when I told them I was a Critical Care Nurse.

    TIME WARNER CABLE
Time Warner Cable I have been using it for eight years. They charge a monthly fee. They are charging a certain amount and then extra for the movies and stuff. On average I pay about $160. That's cable and phone service together. There is not too many service that I really need. The quality is pretty good.
