    Tim was very nice, punctual and explained everything going on with our boiler. He was up front about repair costs and worked quickly and efficiently. Everyone in the office was friendly and very responsive. When parts came in, they immediately scheduled Tim to come make the repairs. If we need any additional services, Price will be our 1st choice.     I have RAM out to inspect my furnace and A/C unit once per year and in March they found that there were cracks, leaking water, etc. in my furnace, so I purchased a new one from them. They brought it out and installed it the same day, with minimal mess. The furnace worked well the rest of the winter. Good job!

    The overall service was great. The technician was on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The work space was kept clean and when he enter the house he put booties over his shoes. Both the initial technician and installer were straight forward with what was needed and the cost.

    I had a problem with a part. I had purchased a brand new furnace. They had to come back and fix it. Put a new part in it. It was under warranty so there was no cost to me. They took care of the problem. But the problem was the part had to come from Grove City. It took quite a while to order it. It was a hard situation because they got the part but it took quite a long time. They stood by their product  but it was not handled, because the part had to come from so far away. It was a certain brand of  furnace and they are the only ones that handle it and the only ones that have the part. They took care of it but it was just not in a timely manner. It took a long time. That was the only problem. There must be a way to get these parts without waiting 15 days. Even after the warranty was over, they were willing to stand by the product and take care of it. I think they are comparable to anybody else but I do not know what others charge.

    The owner took my call and explained he would be at my house as soon as possible. (HEAT WAVE AT THE TIME) I explained there were health issues and repair soon was vital. A couple hours later he came and made a temporary fix. (Part had to be ordered) A couple days later he called when he received the part and made the permanent fix.

    They found that the exhaust motor was not coming on and was overheating. They cleaned the exhaust duct( which was plugged) and tested the unit. They suggested further work on the unit, but they did not charge for the time involved with the discussion and were not pushy about fixing other issues.
