They called back right away when we requested an estimate. Cory, the owner, came out and gave us an estimate for the chimney work. He was extremely thorough in explaining what needed done and what everything would cost. The crew came out and did excellent work on our chimney repair.

Mike and Shawn were hard working and professional. They carried out an old 1930's washing machine, an old oven from the 40's and an old freezer. They also cleaned out our shed removing several old items we no longer use. They were prompt, fast and friendly. I would highly recommend!

Excellent. I couldn't have asked for better professionals than this. It was worthy every penny, dime and dollar I paid. This is a great team of hardworking young men. You would be a fool **not** to hire them.

If you have a large number of projects, be aware this company has a very convoluted and clunky bid process. They kept me in limbo for two weeks, and communication was virtually non-existent through out. The material on one of the larger projects was changed without discussion. Our initial meeting with them for a long list of smaller items as well as a as a couple of much larger, more expensive items took place on a Monday. The meeting went well, and I looked forward to working with them on this project, as well as a bath and kitchen remodel in the future. The estimator was very congenial, had good ideas and the back and forth was encouraging. The proposal was to be sent to me that Friday. When I didn't receive it over the weekend, I called on Monday, spoke to the estimator, and was told it would be emailed to me by the end of the day, which did not happen. On Tuesday afternoon, I left word about a possible change, but never heard back. On Thursday, nearly a week after the promised deadline, I received the proposal. This list included 2 big ticket items (a patio cover and concrete paver patio) as well as removing outside awnings from the windows. We asked for a separate line item for each of those three during our initial meeting. The estimator was provided a list of the projects at that time. Instead, everything was lumped together for a 13K bid, with the patio material changed from what we'd requested and discussed at length with the estimator. When I called that same day to ask for the individual pricing, I was told the estimator was out of the office until the following Monday. There was no one who could answer my question. That's when the proposal process was described to me. (It actually makes sense, and if communication is good, it wouldn't be an issue.) Long story short, I got bids for the job from other companies during the time I was waiting for the initial proposal, and decided after time dragged on to go elsewhere. (Having seen some of the responses this company gives to negative reviews, I'm certain this post will receive one with a full measure of snark.)

    Fiorenzo Hauling, Inc.
I am a little late writing this review, but wanted to get it down becuase these guys really deserve praise for a job well done. This is the second time we called them; they are professional, timely, and tenacious . Getting that basketball pole in that ball of cement out of the ground took them all day. They never quit. Even when it looked like it wasnt possible,...they stuck with it till the job got done. Please note, the estimated cost I gave above is just that....it was long enough ago that I dont remember the exact cost...couldve been more or less...I just remember it was more than fair for the work they did.

Called at noon today. The owner showed up (with a helper and a truck, after calling) to look over the job and provide an estimate.
He gave me an estimate, and asked if I'd like to have the work done immediately. I said "sure," and they got to work. Two hours later, the job is complete (at the exact amount quoted) and the site is cleaner than it was when they arrived.
The owner, Matthew, is a gentleman and a true professional. I recommend his company without hesitation.

    Express Junk Removal
I hired Express Junk Removal to clear out a 3 BR house with full attic and basement. The house had a lot of discarded furniture, garbage, and assorted junk. They gave me an estimate (reasonable) and time-line (fast). They did exactly what I asked them to do, on the date & time they said they would do it. They cleared everything out AND hauled everything away. I'm glad I hired them.

Whenever you are working on old properties unknown things come up.  Surprises were dealt with promptly and professionally.  The work was done well and for a fair price.  One of the hardest things about dealing with some issues was knowing who to call.  John at House Medic should be the first call anyone makes.

    Fiorenzo Hauling, Inc.
We tore down a brick patio from our back yard, and we hired Fiorenzo's to haul away the bricks, railroad ties, and gravel/ concrete. The 4-6 yards (est) of concrete and gravel had to be moved from the far corner ot the back yard to the truck in the street, one wheelbarrow full at a time. These two men were timely, professional, and did a very difficult , labor intensive job for a more than fair price.
