I cannot say enough good comments about Randy and Tommy......absolutely without a doubt the best !!!!! From getting the estimate to the last bit of cleanup this morning, Randy stayed in touch from ordering the materials, dropping the materials off, starting work, getting it done in 2 days despite the high heat and humidity working extremely long days, taking no breaks, touching base about each and every decision. If you call Randy, you will get a callback each and every time......and quickly too. With just a crew of 3,they delivered superb performance and it looks wonderful. They cleaned up each big mess left for us!!!! His partner Tommy is just the greatest guy to chat very personable. From start to finish, it was a delight and certainly our pleasure to work with this company. I so highly recommend them for any project. You won't be disappointed!!!!

Randy and his crew did a excellent job, Very professional and a expert in his field. It was amazing how hard they worked and worked until the job was complete. If you want perfection this is the man to hire, he is not pushy when it comes to estimates and tells you everything you want to know, special problems? he can solve them. We had a tree that had to be worked around and he did a perfect job. His price was the lowest also, he goes above and beyond any other company you would ask for estimates. Tells you exactly how he would go about fixing the existing fence, straightened out the posts, which no one else would do.. Hire him and you will be as pleased as we were, yes would hire again for any other building project we might want in the future.

I don't recommend using this company for your fence install. After the installers set our fence posts we found 4 of them that pulled right out of the ground. we made them reset all the poles after they blamed us. Part of the fence install was Black chain link. its was severely scratched up and marked from handling and install. They refused to touch up after we were told they do it in the end. last but not least the refused to clean up any of the mess and dirt piles left over by the holes they made for the posts. They said it's not their job to touch up the scratches and such they caused or to clean up anything they did.

We had paid our deposit of $3,000 7 months ago and due to our extremely cold winter and some flooding issues, the fence was not able to be installed until June. Our total cost was over $6700 due to some changes in height that we wanted. It took them about 8 hours to complete the job, however, it was not pointed out to us that we would have to do any work ourselves UNTIL the job was finished and the owner said that in 4 days, I could fill in the holes and haul the dirt away. I mentioned this to my husband that evening and we got out our contract which on the back there was an option that was not checked that they would clean up or fill the holes. We feel that this was not properly explained to us and that they sneakily passed it by us, due to the fact that he never mentioned ANYTHING about this prior to the job being completed and we had been in contact with him on many occasions prior to the work being done. All of the information regarding the fence, size, cost, posts, sections, gates, etc...and where we signed off on the contract was all on the front page.

My husband did reach out to him and tell him we were not happy about this and that one of the sections seems lower than the others and he said that he was 12 weeks behind on his jobs and that if we had wanted them to fill the holes and pick up the dirt it would have cost another day of labor. He said he would try to send someone out. No one has come out yet. Since he never mentioned that we would have to finish their job when we signed the contract, we did not know or otherwise we may have paid extra for it. Now it's been 8 days and they haven't sent anyone out yet and I took off work yesterday to try and fill as many holes as I could but we had rain last week so now all of the dirt is muddy and killing the grass. We are trying to finish and quot;their workand quot; as quickly as possible so our grass doesn't die. For the amount of money we paid it is ridiculous that we would have to finish the job. Not Happy!!!!

The gentleman that came out so that he could measure was very nice, very professional. He measured with an apparatus that had a wheel and would tell you how many yards of feet it is. Before he did all that he explained everything that was going to happen and he told me that I had 30 days in order to make my mind before the price would change. He tried to get me an idea of how soon they could do it for me because they were backlogged. Then whenever they had a chance to slip me in because somebody else had ordered something that had to be fitted in, it was a special order and it did not come in on time, so they got me in. As soon as they did that they came back out so that I could sign the contract and pay them. When they came in they measured again and they must have called either the water company or the electric company and may be both so that they would know where the lines are because they had little sticks on my ground which showed where some of my power and water lines are. Then they came out the first day and put in just the posts and had those cemented in, then they came out the next day and did the wire fencing and finished off the top of it. They did not leave one solitary thing, not one little thing as a mess. They were just professionals from the beginning to the end. When he gave me an approximate date when they could come in, my mum in the meantime had fallen and broken her arm. One of things that we were trying to do was to get the backyard enclosed because my fell because of her dog. His leash kind of knocked her over. So when all this happened I called them and explained the situation and asked them if there was anywhere possible that they could do it as soon as possible. That is why it got done three weeks ahead of time. All they needed was a day and half to do it. They worked with me.

I was handling the project remotely from New York and there were some issuing in charging my credit card but after speaking with my credit card companies, they said not attempt was ever made. Once they did the job, it was ok. There was a post that was crooked and some loose boards. After a delayed period of time, they eventually fixed these items. I was not thrilled with their punctuality but they did end up completing the job.

The work was good and the crew did a great job. It was touch and go there for a while though because scheduling was pretty difficult and I didn't really get along with the owner. They came out when they wanted to basically but that seems to be the case with many contractors. I haven't had to replace a board even once since the installation in 14 years ago though. The wood they used and the construction was fantastic. Their workmanship was terrific - Their attitudes could've been better though.

I would consider using them again, but would look around first and if I did use them I would get something in writing clarifying how the job would be completed.
