    I called Jerry in the morning and explained the problem. He said said he was just finishing a job and would be right over. When he showed up he made a few tests and identified the problem. He had the parts in his van and everything was fixed and put back together before lunch.

    Sears Appliance Repair
    Took 1 week to get appointment. On day of appointment nobody showed. Called 800 number and was told tech was still coming. Still no show. Called two more times and was still told they were coming. Last call I was told job was cancelled by tech. I received no notification of this. Being justly upset I called again and was told sorry for inconvenience and they would send a $50 gift card for my troubles. Also told dispatcher would call next day to reschedule appointment. Of course nobody called the next day.. Called to talk to supervisor and was told they don't give gift cards. Told me the next day available to schedule would be 2 more weeks away. Total incompetence!!

    I can't recommend Don highly enough. I called him with a cooling problem on my Samsung refrigerator. He could not get to me immediately but spent a long time on the phone with me diagnosing the problem and giving me suggestions -- not once but twice! Long story short, acting on his advice I tackled the problem myself, taking apart the inside panels to get down to the evaporator and fan assembly and there was the problem just as he had guessed, an iced up evaporator. All this out of the goodness of his heart. Don will definitely be my first call if I ever need help with my appliances again.

    Sears Appliance Repair
    I called for service, and it takes forever to get through to a representative. Scheduled 48 hours after calling. Then they canceled the appointment because the technician called in sick. Said they could reschedule for 5 days later. I did that was unacceptable, and they found me an appointment the next day after a lot of negotiation and pleading. The technician came and said nothing was wrong with the refrigerator - the light was stuck on and called the sensor to increase the temperature. I said that's not right for the sensor to do that, as it never did that before. No resolution was given.

    Technician misdiagnosed the problem. Several wrong parts were ordered and installed including the tub. It took 8 weeks to repair what turned out to be a broken hose which my husband finally found to be the problem. My husband finally called Samsung and after much discussion they paid for the repairs .

    It took 8 weeks to fix a leak that should have taken 5 minutes. Wrong diagnosis, wrong parts ordered, etc. Very disgusted with Aadams. Owner or manager would not come to the phone to discuss the bill. We finally complained enough to Samsung that they covered the repair.

    Splendid! Greg responded to my telephone message in a timely fashion, he contacted me when he said he would, arrived at the prescribed time, and did the work. Dryer fixed. Me happy. (^_^) I will gladly recommend Greg's Appliance Service to any and all my friends.

    Don was wonderful! When he discovered that our compressor was the problem, the repair would initially have been $1000. Had that been our only option he encouraged us to just purchase a new fridge. Not satisfied with that outcome, he went home and researched our fridge and found this as an option. At no gamble to us, he offered to try this much less expensive repair, and if it didn't work, he wouldn't charge us. Luckily, it did work, and thanks to Don going above and beyond, we weren't out of a refrigerator the week of Christmas and spending an extra pile ofoney to replace it!

    I called them in the morning, and made an appointment for that very afternoon.  They came out and found out the problem with my dryer.  They had the parts needed on their truck, so did not have to wait for parts.  I am very happy with their service and would use them in the future for appliance repair.

    I called the provider to schedule a service on my new gas range that is still under warranty as the appliance manufacturer told me they were an authorized provider. I called them on Monday morning, and I was told that I would receive a phone call within 48 hours to schedule. I asked if the service call could be scheduled for Friday, well over the 48 hours. The woman on the phone said it doesn't work that way. I have never had an appliance repair place refuse to schedule an appointment on the phone at the time of initial call. It is over 48 hours and Aadam's has not returned my call to schedule. I called another provider this morning, and they are coming tomorrow - hey Aadam's - that is how it works when a customer calls, you schedule the service right then and there. I realize it cannot always be timely, but you schedule the first available slot you have. I sensed that this was an absurd way to run an appliance repair business, but I am glad they never called me back because I don't have any confidence in their abiility to fix my stove. I will never call them for service again. Aadam's has a horrible scheduling policy.
