Ryan,a gentleman and crew leader was the sole person I dealt with. He was timely, professional, and honest. Most of the work was done on his suggestion, and turned out the way I wanted.the yard was all cleaned up before they left. he has done work for me three times, and I would strongly recommend them to any body that needs this type work done.

    Arbor Experts
Arbor Experts did a wonderful job. The Arbor Experts personnel showed up as scheduled and quickly and efficiently removed the trees while doing no damage to the property surrounding them. Arbor Experts did a great job cleaning up the yard.

The job was done quickly, on time and in a professional manner. We even had them come back a week later and take down a very tall pine tree that was encroaching the house. The crew had the tree down and cleaned up in an hour and 1/2.

    3n1 Tree Service
Office staff very nice ad responsive. Crew communicated well and punctual. The weather was bad that day but they worked through an all day job. Kudos to them. The ash was going to be taken down in sections to protect the surrounding trees, but it was brittle and had to felled for safety. They damaged a neighboring tree so removed it at no charge. Dinged up a couple of smaller trees, nothing too bad. It's a dense lot. The did crack the lip of the ashphalt driveway as they had to drive the bucket truck partially off the drive to get to one of the trees. Their insurance will pay for the repair. The ground was real muddy as it was raining and so I'm waiting on them to return to repair/clean up the ground that was messed up. Can't say it was damaged as it's forest floor not a lawn. My bet they would be more careful with a lawn. They were a good crew in tough weather and surroundings. I'd give them an overall A if it weren't for the modest remaining repairs/clean up in waiting.

    3n1 Tree Service
They communicate with me from the time the work was scheduled. Gave me a window of time when they would arrive to do the work and they were on time. My yard was difficult to access the trees to be removed and they did an expert job at maneuvering around to minimize damage to surrounding trees. The crew worked hard and steady in high heat and humidity being wise to take beaks and hydrate so as to be safe and efficient. Everything was cleaned up with nothing but a little bit of saw dust. The crew was personable and answered my questions. A truly professionally performed job. I will surely call on 3n1 Tree Service again. David B. (Sugarcreek Twp)

    3n1 Tree Service

First of all, the owners are a husband and wife team (husband in the field, and the wife is in the office), and they are wonderful people. The young man was thoughtful, courteous, and very professional; the wife was kind and accommodating in every way, and even moved the scheduled "felling" date ahead by a couple days with plenty of notice for my preparedness.

The crew that came out consisted of three men, and they did such a professional job, I still reflect upon it today. Each tree fell right where they wanted it to fall, the stumps were ground deep, and the clean-up was thorough. I watched them work for quite a while, and they are truly the finest of urban lumberjacks. Very impressive to watch due to the quickness in which they worked, and the team work they displayed.

    Yanton's Outdoor Living
He first prepared the yard by removing part of an old wall made of railroad ties, and dirt so the wall could be built on the property line. The wall died into a hill at the beginning, and at the end. The finished product of the wall itself is beautiful, far more than a man has a right to deserve. He then correctly filled in enough gravel to facilitate drainage, and employed other methods so that there would be no pressure or unneeded demand on the wall in the future. The final work consisted of filling in the yard with dirt, and leveling it at a slight decline for added drainage. Everything was extremely professional, and left no doubt as to his skill and experience. I know of no other man I would trust more in the accomplishment of any work that he does in his business; even his employees harbor the same professional character in behavior and performance. I am more than pleased at the overall result.

    Arbor Experts
I used Arbor Experts for tree services. I found them on Angie's List. I like these people. They were very good. They left the area very good and clean. They were very prompt. They did what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. I would recommend them to anybody. I would say that they are very nice people. The young men that worked, that took down the limbs, even did extra when they were here because I had missed a couple of trees that I wanted to have worked on. They were very good and very sweet. I would grade them 'A' for everything. I will use them again in the future and as a matter of fact I am going to call them.

    AJ's Tree Service
This was the most responsive company I have dealt with in a long time.  I emailed AJ to arrange an estimate and he immediately responded.  He promptly made the estimate and we settled on a reasonable amount.  A date and time was set for the tree to come down and his crew arrived promptly.  It was fun watching the process, as they had to remove the tree without damaging a shed right next to it, nor lines stretched near it.  They were very skilled in the whole process and cleaned up all limbs and chips left.  You actually wouldn't have known they had been there except that the tree was gone.  We had a different company remove some other trees a couple of years ago and this company was by far the better one.  They will always get our business from now on.

    Haleys Tree Services
Representative (Shawn) was soliciting on the street for tree trimming services. Offered to provide estimate for trees that could use trimming. Provided estimate for two maple trees in front, and one ash in backyard. Promised to and quot;Clean the ash tree up to make it look good.and quot; I asked about the presence of Emerald Ash Borer in the tree. Representative looked around the tree and said he didn't see any indication of it.
Trimming crew arrived to do work (representative was not present for job). They finished and we went to look at the job. Maples were OK, but the ash tree had been barely touched. When presented with the representative's promise, the worker stated and quot;this tree will probably be dead this time next year, it's got the ash borer in it.and quot; I asked why they would offer to trim a tree that would be dead in a year, and why I was told that the tree didn't have the ash borer in it when it did. The worker started in on a song-and-dance routine about this is the reason why he doesn't like doing jobs without the representative around, etc., and refused to answer my question or adjust the payment amount for the lack of work on the ash tree.
He called the representative and I talked to him. The representative promised that he would be back out tomorrow by 4:30 pm to look at the tree and talk to me. He promised he would and quot;Make everything right.and quot; I have yet to hear from him, and I doubt I ever will. He got his money and is long gone. A call to the number on the business card was not returned.
I will never do business with this company again.
