We requested Richard to do ours so had to wait a bit longer till he was available. He was as detail oriented as we expected. I am well pleased with the work that Richard performed. AMcLean PlumbingGreg called this morning to see if I still needed the work done and I was so glad he called because I turned away the first company that showed up after telling me their pricing was more than I was quoted. Greg got in touch with Jeremy to see if he could come out today to the work. Greg called me back within 10 minutes to let me know Jeremy was on his way. Jeremy got here, took a look at everything and got right to work. He was done with everything in no time and the price was exactly what I was quoted from Greg. Jeremy was professional and the work looks great! Greg was awesome to speak with on the phone and explained everything and the things that may make the cost go up. ADayton Home RemodelingWe contracted with Dayton Home Remolding to do our master bathroom project. Richard Peyton from DHR was assigned to our project and from the first day we were confident that he knew what needed to be done. This was a large project in that during the demo several issues were uncovered and Richard was able to find and implement reasonable solutions to which we both agreed. He is a skilled professional craftsman and easy to work with. He also has an eye for design and offered several much-appreciated suggestions to make our new bathroom even more outstanding. The project called for many different skills; demolition, structural changes, plastering, plumbing, electrical, tiling, flooring, and finish carpentry work. All were done by Richard with expert skill and care. We are thrilled with our new beautiful master bathroom. The best part is the beautiful new tiled shower he built which includes a seamless glass shower door. It is gorgeous! DHR and Richard Peyton were easy to work with and delivered above and beyond what was promised. We will certainly use DHR for our next project and highly recommend Richard for your bathroom remodel.- Mary L.

AExcellent work! I had a utility room that was really outdated and was a remnant of the house's kitchen from a bygone era. I got four quotes, but chose Joe because of his reviews here on Angie's List and his personality and professionalism. Joe installed a wall, creating a pantry which was desperately needed. He and Stacy also installed a new floor, painted and installed trim, shelving, transitions, wiring/switches/outlets, everything that was needed to totally remodel the utility room and create an awesome walk-in pantry. I highly recommend Joe. Note his rates are labor only, so be sure to estimate cost of materials as well. His rates were higher than other contractors, but when comparing apples to apples, and knowing sometimes you get what you pay for, I chose to spend the extra $ with Joe, and don't regret it a bit.

BOverall all very good experience. Jesser and his crew finished the remodel of our bathroom after our previous contractor turned out to be a nightmare. The bathroom looks really good. The only negative feedback that I could give would be for better communication. Was not that great responding to messages and sometimes grew frustrating when trying to communicate when he and/or his crew was coming to our house. And I am always big on communication and customer service. It's the main thing I value most out of everything. But overall, they did a great job. Great floor and tile work. The painting was pretty decent. It could have been a little better. However, he worked well with our budget and the bathroom turned out really good overall!
