    Liberty Tree And Mulch
Failure to uphold the contract. After signing a contract on the 3/26, Liberty tree and mulch failed to show up on the day they were scheduled to perform the work multiple times (4). On the day the crew finally arrived (4/8) they decided that the contracted rate was not enough money and left.

The Davey Tree Expert Company- Cincinnati & N Cincinnati
I am very pleased with the Davey crew and have already recommended them to others. Dave was very responsive to my concerns and established my trust with his knowledge of trees. He is an arborist and clearly loves trees. His crew was very professional and efficient in trimming five trees, and cutting down a spruce tree that Dave determined to be diseased and possibly harmful to another. Dave also identified two smaller maple trees and an ash that needed to be treated. All of this for a reasonable price. It made such a difference to have an arborist with Dave's knowledge base able to evaluate the trees. I had two other estimates by persons who suggested cutting down three of my trees. I had enough information myself to question their recommendations. I will continue to work with Davey Tree Experts when I need help in the future.

    AJ's Tree Service
As always with AJ's Tree Service the job went great! AJ and his crew are highly professional experts in tree services, employing the right equipment to do the job fast, safely, and spotless when the work is complete. Could not be better, especially when very large trees need removal. Because AJ's Tree Service stays in high demand, some patience in job scheduling is needed.

The workers were great and happily tackled three additional bushes that I asked for when they arrived. They not only cleared two trees and some 10 bushes for us in total, but they removed two trees from my neighbor's yard at the same time. Those two were against a garage and wreaking havoc on the foundation. The neighbor's happy with the work as well.

    George's Tree & Landscaping Services
George took my call, arrived the next day to look at the project, and performed the work that same day. He was a pleasure to deal with. Not only was the work done well and quickly, they cleaned up thoroughly. I would certainly hire again.

    Shaw Tree Surgeons
Very well. Very professional, forthright, and personable. He did a little more work than anticipated, but did not increase estimate. Also, cleaned up the areas after the work and made sure I was satisfied.

Eagle Creek Landscape & Design, Inc.
One word - AMAZING!! Believe me, this was a HUGE job. It took days and days of clearing, grading, stump grinding, spraying weeds, etc., etc. Had gone to the 2017 Cincinnati home and garden show and spoken to a number of the companies there, but Davey from Eagle Creek Landscape and Design seemed to "get" what I wanted more than others. We asked him to come for a look. We loved his initial ideas and decided, against our usual approach, that we would go with him and not even get other estimates. I have had estimates previously which were 2/3rds what he quoted but with much less than half the bang for the buck. On top of that Davey is a kind and caring person, as is his father Dave who works with him, and his mom who does some of the design work. There were so many thoughtful little above and beyond things that they did I don't think I can even remember all of them. They fixed the stones on our path going downstairs to the yard, they swept the debris off our flat roof, they fixed the step going into our back door. All in all it was weeks worth of work and I believe well worth the expense based on the results. I've come to really trust and count on Davey and Eagle Creek. I can't wait to go out every morning with my coffee and just sit and enjoy watching the birds and looking at the view. But, pictures are better than words so I am uploading some so you can see for yourselves. Believe it or not, we didn't even get pictures of the yard at its worst so the pictures you see that are "pre-landscaping" are actually part way into being cleared. The post pictures are the beginning, including the top dressing of pine straw, and of what will be much more lush as time goes on as we plant more. We have lots of deer, birds and squirrels so we have to see what works well which Davey paid special attention to. Still we know that nothing is "deer proof". The pictures really don't quite do the beauty of the yard justice. Next year or so, when we've saved up some, we plan to have him do the front yard. Eagle Creek also has a maintenance option where they come 4 times a year to keep things up. I can't review that yet but if it's like the original job I know we will be happy.

    Fowler Forestry Tree Service
In addition to removing both of the maple trees and all of the debris, they also ground out both of the stumps. This was one of the most professional jobs that I have ever seen completed. They cleaned everything up and finished the entire job in less than one working day. Fowler Forestry is absolutely a great company to work with. Their price was very reasonable and Tom Fowler was professional, responsive and reliable. His communication with us was excellent. The work that he and his crew did was truly exceptional. I would give Fowler Forestry my highest recommendation and would encourage everyone who is looking for this type of service to hire this company for any project.

    BLAKE'S TREE SERVICE
When he contacted me he was able to come right over and gave me a price. After agreeing on price he was able to have his crew come right over due to a rescheduling on another job. Did a great job including clean up.

    Triple R Tree Service
Triple R was responsive and prompt. When they came out on Saturday morning to assess the situation, they realized this job was dangerous and needed to be done. One of the workers was supposed to go on vacation and had his wife go without him so he could tend to our job. The price was fair given the emergency nature of the call and the magnitude of the job, which required the use of a crane. They even had an arborist with them. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
