    Plumb Tite Plumbing
Started out as a less than $100 job to reattach the utility faucet which had to be disconnected for a basement water proofing job that was recently completed. Upon reattaching the faucet leaked. While this did not leak prior to removal, as it was over 20 years old I agreed to them providing and installing a new one. During the installation of the new faucet the plumber melted a section of brand new wall board which ran in the $1000's range and the faucet leaked. He did a few adjustments and left. Within a day it continued to leak. They came back did additional adjustments which lasted maybe 36 hours before it leaked again. My subsequent calls about the issue were ignored. Had to go elsewhere to get it fixed, but still have the melted section of new wall board as a reminder of their workmanship.

    Valentino HVAC and Electrical Contracting
Thermocouple was replaced in December 2018 - I appreciated them willing to do a $300 repair and not upselling me on a whole new hot water heater. This week, the pilot light went out and I couldn't get it lit again. The same technician (Lee) came out and got it relit in less than 5 minutes and didn't charge me anything! I appreciate the service call so much, I'll use them for all my HVAC needs and my compressor is 26 years old, so that will not be too much longer.

I was well pleased with the service and quality of repair. The technician did an excellent job of repairing the under ground gutter pipe and replacing the existing sod. I would highly recommend their service.

    Steve Jones Plumbing LLC
Installation was very professional and made me realize how poorly the previous installation had been executed. I have never had a regular plumbing contractor but I will work with this company in the future with no hesitation. I had full confidence that they were doing everything the right way and they were very clear about potential issues and involved me when needed to make sure they were meeting my needs with no surprises. Top notch.

    Plumb Tite Plumbing
When I originally contacted Plumb Tite it was about a slow drain in my hall bathroom. The company promptly sent a tech out who snaked the line. Service was good and the bathroom was left neat and clean. A few days later the line was slow again and a second attempt to snake it resulted in copper pipes in the wall starting to leak. Again the room was left clean and neat. Plumb Tite then sent out a plumber to do an estimate on fixing the pipes. That work was done the next day. After cutting through the bath wall the old pipes were replaced. A small repair was also made on my stack. However the line was still slow. This is where things went amiss. When I returned home from a meeting I found that the plumber had snaked both the master and hall baths. Great, but he left plumbing sludge residue inside the bathroom vanity, on the floors, walls and baseboards in both bathrooms. He said he tried to plunge the line first and said he found a plunger to use in my kitchen pantry! A wet towel of mine was left in one bathtub. Not knowing what it had been used for I discarded it. It took me two days of cleaning those bathrooms with Lysol to remove the sludge.

    Jolly Plumbing
It didn't, and that was the problem. We had an appointment scheduled for Friday with a 2 hour window. Jolly did not show within the window, so WE called THEM to check in. Were told that a job ran long, and they would be there within the next 2 hours. Nope. We called them again. They'll be there in the next 2 hour window. No-show again... We had prior commitments that we had to get to, so rescheduled for Monday. Were given another 2 hour window, 10-2. No show again, WE called THEM- AGAIN - and just canceled the whole thing. My husband stayed home from work on 2 days to meet them, and they did not have the professional courtesy to keep us informed at any point. I gave an overall "C" rating because we have had reliable service in the past from Jolly. What happened??

    Atlas Drainage Systems
Water buildup in our side yard after heavy rain has been bothering my wife and I for years, sometimes leaking into the (thankfully) unfinished part of our basement. We should have called Atlas sooner. I did so because is rating here on Angie's. Ed came out, measured our very slight slope (1 inch! which is why there was buildup in the first place) and gave an estimate that seemed reasonable to me. When weather and work schedule were right (about 3 or so weeks after the bid), came out and did the job. He and his coworker were friendly and professional. He explained the various issues and how he resolved them (3 catchment basins draining to street). Work area was neat throughout the two days he was here; he avoided my wife's flowers (thank you!!) at the end he finished out everything, planted grass seed and covered it all with straw. I waited for a big rain before I wrote this review. There was no water buildup at all. It rained heavily again, and the same. I am 100% satisfied. Fair price, good work, the result we sought. (In the photo you'll see our watering hose--not part of the job.)

    The Gutter Magician Inc
My old gutters weren't doing the job. The front and back was getting wet because of gutter overflow. In early February I had the Gutter Magician product installed. A few weeks latter we had a very wet several days. I was pleased to see the brick on my house was dry. The crew doing the installation was friendly, competent and cleaned up my yard very well.

    Plumb Tite Plumbing
When cleaning out the kitchen drain, our basement floor drain failed and broke. It was original cast-iron. Plumb Tite repaired the floor drain after cleaning out the kitchen drain, and dealt with our insurance company. We're very happy with the finished product.

    Plumb Tite Plumbing
Took about 45 minutes to unclog the kitchen sink drain. .As a first time customer, I was ecstatic over the excellent service I received. The technician (Jake) was on time, very courteous and professional. The service cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Plumb Tite to a friend or colleague.
