    MEYER BROTHERS & SONS INC
Meyers Brother and Sons. They just completed a remodel in our condo and the results are beautiful! Craftsmanship, outstanding. They have a full time architect who worked with us step by step to get exactly what we wanted. We were provided a calendar of events at the start and they stuck by the plan every day and we were done in just 4 weeks. The business model at Meyers Brothers should be copied by any company that wants to be successful; integrity, honesty, skilled workers with great attitudes. How Joe and his brother treat their employees is unheard of in todays business world. Thank you Joe and the workers at Meyers Brothers for an outstanding job and I will recommend you guys to everyone I know. Thank you for showing us that good companies still exist!

My experience with GNS was terrible - from the beginning when they refused to give me a receipt, to the granite installation where they badly damaged my home, to the email from Panna Chorida that threatened to file a lawsuit if I publicly posted about his terrible business practices. I recently purchased granite for my bathroom vanity from GNS and when they came to do the installation, they scraped paint from two walls and punctured another. I immediately complained to the crew, and the only English speaking member from the team of three didn't take responsibility for the damage or even care. He told me that he is just a contractor and I had to contact Panna Chordia from GNS directly to resolve the issue. Mr. Chordia told me that I signed a contract which stated that they weren't responsible for damage during installation, but when I asked for a copy of the contract I signed, he refused to provide it. After the call, he emailed me with an explicit threat: that if I contact Better Business Bureau like I had promised to do, he will sue me. To that, I say I don't care. No business should be able to damage your home, not fix it, and then make explicit threats against a customer looking for a fair resolution. You should not do business with a company like this one or you'll face the same kind of issues. Lastly, I was forced to pay for the full job upfront, which I have never heard of throughout several home remodels. While the business claims to accept cash, check, or credit card, they charge a service fee for credit card payments. Nevertheless, if you do go ahead and do business with GNS, I advise you to bite the bullet and pay the credit card processing fee so that when they inevitably damage your home, you can file a payment dispute.

The project was completed on time and on budget. They cleaned up at the end of each day and left everything in great shape. They listened to our questions during the project and were willing to make accommodations as we requested. We were impressed with the attention to detail for the tile and grout lines. They also took the time to get to know our dogs.

    Mike's Handyman Service
Both projects went very well and the results exceed our expectations. Mike has an excellent design eye. He came up with both design solutions to enhance the look and technical solutions that allowed us to lower costs in some areas. His capability scope is broad and includes plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile work, carpentry, painting and more. We would highly recommend Mike.

    Annie Miller Designs
Annie Miller was completely amazing throughout our remodel project! From the beginning she was very prompt and professional. She was quick to get back to us and manage any correspondence. We let her know our budget and she made sure and found awesome selections that fit and maximized our money. It made it so much easier for her to narrow down our options of cabinets and countertops to a few very good choices. Annie would express her ideas but left the final selections up to us. We are so happy with the final outcome and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to remodel a kitchen!

Could not have gone better. Jim is the owner, Tom did our work. Both men have a perfectionsist eye for detail. Jim stopped out weeks after the work was done to see how we liked it, and he spotted a few things we never would have seen or called about but he wanted it perfect, and is going to repair those small things. Tom is a true craftsman,

    Mr Todd Renovations
Mr. Todd upgraded piping and repaired leaks in two of my bathrooms. He gutted both bathrooms, except for the tubs.

He accompanied me to the stores to pick out the new fixtures, toilets and tile. He was instrumental in helping me locate the color and size of the tile I desired for the bath room floors. Mr. Todd has an excellent eye and was a valuable asset in helping me assure styles and colors complimented each other.

He gave me daily updates of what was accomplished, and time frames of future activities. The work was accomplished within the given time frame.

I'm very happy with the work, and will definitely use Mr.
    Todd Renovations again.

Mr. Hogeland was on time, dependable, trustworthy, efficient, detail oriented, aesthetically aware and quality oriented. He made good use of his time and did excellent work! I can't say enough about his work ethic and eye for detail. He's also a good problem solver. Lastly, he cleans up the work space well and protects work surfaces. I highly recommend him! I have more work to do on the house and will definitely hire him again.
