    Cincinnati Concrete Solutions
Scott and his crew were very professional. Scott answered all my questions and gave us peace of mind during our process. We spoke with multiple companies and have full confidence in his crew to recommend to others! So pleased with our results and the experience. Next is the backyard in due time!!

    Cincinnati Concrete Solutions
They did an excellent job. I wound up having them dig up an additional sidewalk slab and pour the concrete where 3 slabs were. Looks very nice. Very professional job. Scott, the owner, was great. We emailed many times. I had question after question and was unable to call during this time and he replied immediately. He told me the date that he would be out and was there! To me, that is worth the entire price. I would definitely use them again.

    Cincinnati Concrete Solutions
Scott came out punctually to review potential repairs in the 2-car garage floor; part of a possible house offer sale condition. He provided great advice and solutions to address issues. Scott was extremely professional and willing to make any necessary repairs that I felt were necessary. In short, no pressure. The pricing was very reasonable. At this time, the offer change, thereby, work would be performed by the prospective buyer. As such, Scott would not be providing the discussed work. Regardless, Scott was punctual, helpful, effective, professional, and I would highly recommend his company, for consideration, in your future projects.

    CTL Concrete Contractors
Never finished the job. Terrible work quality. Would say theyd be there Saturday to complete the work and never show up. Not that complicated of a job; they were looking on Goggle as to how to do it. A group of 7 th grade kids could have done a better job. Had to hire someone else to complete the job they refused to do. Never, never hire this company to do any work for you.

    Stephen Fugate Concrete
Stephen arrived on time and worked through out the day tearing out the old concrete and setting the forms. He returned a few days later due to a rainy Friday and the weekend and poured the new concrete. I am very happy with his work and professionalism. He is very pleasant and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. I would definitely hire him again.

    Glenn Mills Outdoor Solutions
Glenn is a super guy to work with. He went beyond what was asked of him and repaired damage I hadn't even noticed. He is very thorough with his work. He pointed out other problem areas of my house that should be addressed. I will definitely call him back to fix these issues at a later date. He did a lot of extra work but didn't charge any more than originally agreed on.

    All In One Concrete
Contractor walked off at the beginning of the job after receiving almost $4,000.00 (see photos) and doing significant damage to our garage door. We had to hire two additional contractors to do the work at a cost of $7,500.00. Then contractor filed a mechanic's lien on our property. We filed complaint with the BBB and Ohio Attorney General, where two other complaints similar to ours were filed as well within the last year. This man and his wife are criminals and need to be held accountable for all of the times they have ripped off consumers. They run an ad in the Cincinnati Enquirer.

    Cincinnati Concrete Solutions
Scott, the owner, came out to my house when he said that he would and provided me a written estimate. Someone else off this list provided me an estimate, sight unseen, and it was much higher than this one. The repair was done last week (as promised) and over the course of two days. The gentleman that actually did the work was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and when he did the repair, he corrected the slope and the thickness which were not correct in the original. This was probably a small job for Cincinnati Concrete as compared with what is normal, but it certainly convinced me that I would use them for a larger project.

Scott came out, asked what I wanted, immediately emailed me a quote, and I scheduled for him to start.  It was that easy!  The start date was approximately 4 weeks from when I signed the contract, and even that far in advance, he was off by only 2 days, which is pretty amazing considering that they work outdoors, and weather can ruin entire days for them!  Joe and Bill did most of the work, and they arrived early, worked hard, and did a beautiful job.  Evidently, there was an obnoxious amount of rebar in the old patio, and they worked in extreme heat to do a great job breaking it up.  Scott is easy to communicate with, and made great suggestions for the design of the new patio.  He always promptly responded to my emails.  The only problem that I have is that our new patio looks so great that it puts the rest of our house to shame!  I am hoping to have Scott and his crew give us a new set of steps next year.

    Tom Shields Masonry
I needed a person to repair a swimming pool in mid-August. Tom Shields
came out, explained what needed to be done, seemed to understand what he
was doing and I agreed to hire him. He promised me the job would be
completed - no problem before labor day you will be putting water in
    your pool.
He showed up and worked Thursday / Friday. I paid him 700 dollars.
He showed up the next week and worked. I paid him 1000 dollars.
He worked Monday and Tuesday the next day, and on Tuesday he asked me
for 400 dollars so he could pay his helpers. I paid him that money. That
was my mistake. On a job that was supposed to be done for 2800 dollars
he had now gotten 2100. He took the next day off because of a dentist
appointment. Then came the labor day weekend. He showed up that Tuesday
alone, did some cleanup for a few hours and left.
He never worked again on my property.
The next week I contacted him and he told me he would be there on
Friday, finish installing my pool coping and would do the tile on Monday
and Tuesday. He never showed up.
10 Days later he promised to be there the next day. He never showed up.
Then it was the next week. He promised to be there on Wednesday and never showed up.
four weeks and I had had enough. I texted him over the weekend and
pleaded with him, "If you're not going to finish the job, let me know
because it's October and I need to get a cover on my pool, I'll hire
someone else if you don't plan on doing it." He promised to be there on
    Monday but it rained.
Today he messaged me and said he had some stops to make but he was
bringing a crew and would be here all day. but he never showed
At this point he managed to cheat me out of money for work that wasn't done.
He's failed to show up and complete the job for four weeks.
