    Called on Monday. Had service rep call me Tuesday morning to schedule 10am to Noon window. Office called around 10:30am to say he was 10 minutes away. Appeared 10 minutes later to fix whirlpool dryer that is not heating. He changed out heating element, still didn't work. After analyzing and eliminating possible issues, he dedided it was the timer, but needed to go back to the office to pick it up. Before leaving he said the total charge would be around $310. Since a new dryer is $500 I had a decision to make. He said the dryer is in good shape, Whirlpool is a simple design and he would personally replace the timer. So I did. He was back in 30 minutes and had me fixed up. He said it was $310. I asked how I had to pay? He said however you want, they can send an email invoice if I wanted to pay later. I agreed. After all is said and done, I believe you "GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". In this case, the price was a little on the high side, but I got a very honest and professional service rep who was extremely sincere and friendly. Very much worth every penny, Thanks Colin! (I think that was his name?)

    They did not fix the problem. They needed to replace the valve, which they did and it is still leaking. They said it was not the valve and that it is the computer board on the washing machine. They let me know that it would just be easier to purchase a new one.

    Phone representative was great , she did an awesome job.  We had to reschedule due to our driveway resurfacing had to get done when it was good weather, and it was no problem, they rescheduled it for the following day.

    He got their on time and found the problem with the refrigerator within a few minutes.   Minor adjusting of a small reservoir and cleaning out of the tubing due to it having some junk in it.

    The dryer was also a quick fix, with a replacement of a solenoid. I was worried that we would need two new appliance (they are both quite old). But now they are both back to working order.  The disposal was a bust, but I knew that anyway and don't use it.

    Scott gave a 3 hour window, and called 15 minutes before he would arrive.  He was able to diagnose the problem, had all the tools necessary, had a replacement part on the truck, and had the refrigerator running quickly.  He stayed long enough to be sure it was cooling and freezing properly.  He was very pleasant and professional.  I highly recommend Scott and The Best Appliance Repair.

    I was called to confirm the appointment about a half hour before the tech arrived. Once the cause of the problem was diagnosed, it was explained to me.  A number of techniques were used before the problems were corrected and the dishwasher was working properly. 



    I contacted this company because I had a good experience with them a few years ago.  The company has changed hands since then and no longer accepts credit cards.  The service was still quite good.   I was unaware of the change, and had some question as to the answering machine message I heard.  The return call was made in a timely fashion.
