  Made call and Anthony was scheduled to come out in 24 hrs. We received a call he was on his way about 15 min ahead of time. Anthony fixed the bracket oiled all of the rollers and gave us some maintenance instructions. All in and out in under 30 minutes. Very happy. We would definitely recommend Columbus Ohio Garage Doors and Anthony in particular! Thanks again!

  They sent a tech out the same day I called, on a Saturday. After initially telling me he would arrive after 8PM, he called and arrived at about 4PM. He diagnosed the problem as a broken spring, a proprietary design, and replaced the entire spring and roller mechanism. The technician was quite good. Very happy with their prompt service.

  Paving solutions

  I think he���s a very slick salesman. They came when they were supposed to and it took all day to put in a long driveway and it looked good. But soon after it rained and there were pools all over and we were concerned that it was going towards the garage and heavy rain would go into the garage. My husband told Jonathan to walk over and see it after his job down the street but he never did. We called his cell number and his office daily and sent emails and they never responded. My husband figured out that just a little bit of driveway probably needs to be removed and it may work. But they never came. A good contractor would service, respond and fix A problem. So if you use them, I would hold half the payment until you see reign on your driveway. Then maybe they will come over and fix any problems. I am very dissatisfied.

  The service provided was excellent. We claimed a deal for a garage door opener tune-up and the service provider assessed why our opener wasn't working. He provided us an overnight solution and returned promptly the next day to repair and replace parts as needed. He allowed us to keep what worked, thus saving us money, and was friendly and efficient.   David actually came and measure the job to be done instead of giving me an estimate based on a satellite image of the driveway as several other vendors had done. He and his crew showed up on time on the day of the installation and were very professional in the removal of the old driveway and the installation of the new one. They took great care in making sure our invisible dog fence remained operational & intact. We were impressed with the clean-up they did at the end of the job. My wife & I are very please with the results of this company's work. We would highly recommend them for any driveway work.

  This was a horrendous company! WE contacted him of August 2018 to remove and replace a long driveway. He took our job and told us that he would schedule us but never did. In October he told us that we would have to wait until Spring. Now we see that he overbooked and made us wait so long. THen in the Spring he came and took off the top layer of asphalt. Then he emailed that we needed a drain that would drain into our neighbor's yard instead of the street. My husband said we can't do that. Then Dave, the owner, spoke with my husband in person to convince him that we needed a drain and again we said NO. Then Dave sent me an email explaining why we needed a $1500 drain. My husband sent him a curt email saying that we can only drain into the street. So Dave quit!!! He said that we seem to know more than he does about this business and he doesn't let the customer dictate the job and that he has to protect his reputation!!! He kept $3000 of the deposit!! We didn't have any say about that amount! He left us high and dry to find another company in the midst of their season. This was so stressful. Finally I found a better company and they told me that I don't need a drain and that drains only cost $100 so he probably underbid and was trying to make up for it but when we didn't agree to pay extra, he just quit! OMG! So unprofessional! What bothers me is that he had a high rating on Angie's List and so we used him.

  They did a great job. The quality of work was outstanding. The construction was done well, on time and professional. They matched the exterior to our existing home. Thwy also poured a new garage concrete floor which was done very well. My only complaint was interior trim around a new window and door into our house that was installed was not part of the agreement, unknown to us at the time.

  Mark Rodgers Construction was excellent to work with, and exceeded all my expectations. They were prompt with getting me a written estimate, and were able to work my project into their schedule quickly. The workmen that came to remove my old stoop were so polite, and removed every last bit of broken concrete. The whole project was done cleanly and efficiently, and my new front stoop looks AMAZING. Mark clearly has an eye for detail, and it shows in his work. The whole front of my house looks better!
