FThe actual installation was okay; unfortunately they hadn?t asked what kind of water I had before installing it?because I have well water I would have needed a rod installed and it is now more difficult to get it in. We set it up ahead of time for them to come out and install the rod, and they were going to just increase the labor charge and come out and do it while I was at work yesterday, and so I left my garage door open. I called them yesterday to see how the work was going because I hadn?t heard from them yet, and just received a call back today. I found out that the dispatcher called the gentleman who was supposed to come out and told him to not come out and to just go home since I wouldn?t be there while they did the work. When I spoke with them today to find out why they didn?t let me know they weren?t coming out and doing the work as they said they would, Skip, the laborer, told me that they wouldn?t do the work if I wasn?t there to immediately pay the bill; I would have gladly paid for the cost of the rod if they had asked me originally if I had well water (which they didn?t) and so now they?ve blamed me for this additional work. He has the customer service of a porcupine. I will have another local, dependable contractor do the work and then sue them for the difference in cost.- James W.
