  Jones Moving & Delivery

  I selected Jones Moving and Delivery to move my piano after the conservatory of the College of Wooster recommended them. They dropped my piano from the back of the truck. They took the pieces of the piano with them. For over 4 months they have ignored calls from me and my insurance agent, and they have ignored calls and letters from my attorney. I purchased the additional insurance to cover the cost of the piano. When the piano was damaged, the owner stated that they would make it right. If you use Jones and they drop/destroy your piano, you will have to sue them to recover damages.

  I would maybe use this provider again. Cost was mileage plus. It was OK to use them. I ended up with a truck that was longer than I wanted. I had ordered a certain truck length, and they gave me a longer truck. Some people coiuld look at that as an upgrade, it depends on what your needs are. I didn't want a longer truck.

  They sent out a fantastic crew of Matt, Brett and James.  These 3 were very courteous, careful with our belongings and worked continuously.  I would recommend them for anyone moving.  Being elderly, it was very important to us that our belongings be cared for properly and we were very impressed and happy with their work.  These 3 would be an excellent example to any young people on how to work hard and do a good job.   Everything went well, drivers stayed in phone contact before and during the job keeping me up to date when they were leaving to pick the items up, letting me know they had loaded the items and were in route to my home and called again right before arriving.  Everything was unloaded quickly and in perfect condition and placed where requested.  Both Dave Y. and E. J. were polite professional and neat in attire wearing company logo shirts.

  Brett and David s. were so amazing! They were very nice, professional and understanding. They were so sweet to our whole family, but especially to our son! They were very careful, but also very fast. They were running every time they didn't have furniture in their arms. I never ever felt like they were trying to drag it out or take longer to charge us more. They were also very conscientious about keeping both homes clean. We will recommend anyone and everyone to Krupp!

  They showed up on time, and even though they were short handed, the owner was there picking up boxes and furniture. They hustled the entire time and got the job done quickly and right. Helped disassemble and reassemble a bunkbed, and in general did a great job for my family. Would definitely use again.

  Jared and Jason moved ur furniture and other large items from one home to another. They were very professional and careful with the furniture, as well as courteous and friendly.  They showed up on time, worked hard and steadily, and we certainly got our money's worth.   Only 2 guys moving them... 1 very nice and could do job ok. Rest were pretty rude. When only the two of them felt my husband needed to help so they could move things without hurting themselves or furniture. Low regard to furniture and walls. Good thing is they do carry insurance and owners responded to complaints.

  The two gentlemen who actually did the moving were friendly and quick. Over the phone, I was told they would arrive between 8:00 and 8:30am, and they arrived promptly at 8:15. I had scheduled them for 3 hours, and they seemed to be concerned about staying within that limit so as not to charge me more. 
  
  That being said, I think the one obstacle with using this service is professionalism. The company seems to be run by a total of 3 people, but it still seemed awkward that the phone number for the company is a personal number (which causes confusion when first calling). The two guys doing the work were friendly, but casual, and one of them slipped me a pamphlet for his church at the end of the service (which I found uncomfortable and unprofessional).
  
  All in all, I would use this service again because of their fair pricing and general efficiency in getting the work done.
