    I called another company. MW Carpet was the most professional and informative. Reasonably priced. No additional surprises with cost. What I was told over the phone happened in reality. It was a very good experience.

    I called Mike Mathis of Buckeye Clean to see if he could remove a stain (possibly ink) in my new carpeting. He returned my call later that day and said he could come the following morning. He arrived on time and was very professional and nice. He worked on the stain by hand and then brought in his cleaning hose to go over it again. The stain was completely gone! I was thrilled because it was a black area deep into the fibers. My carpet is beige. The cost was less than he had quoted over the phone. Mike told me he does all his work. He has been in the business for 10-15 years. (Can't remember exactly). I was happy I decided to use a local company rather than a "chain". When I need carpets cleaned, I know he will be the one doing it. I would use this company again.

    They were very punctual, and called before arriving.  I was in the middle of a move, and so it was nice that they could reschedule as needed.   (It happened a couple times before I got moved completely)
    They worked around my activities, got everything floorwise cleaner than I'd ever seen it, and got out as quickly as they arrived.  Everything was explained as to how they would work, and went smoothly.  The little gas engine outside while they clean is pretty loud, but if that's what makes the results, it's hard to complain.

    David, the carpet cleaner, was very friendly and did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet.  The carpet wasn't in terrible shape but it was 5 years old and showing some traffic pattern discoloration.  I only gave them one day's notice that I needed the carpet done and they worked me in and did a great job. The carpet looks like new and I felt the price was very reasonable.

    I've been with Wonder Maids for almost exactly a year.  There were bi-weekly scheduling problems right off the bat - scheduling cleanings on days I had not approved or forgetting to schedule anyone to come to our home.  The owner would call at 10:00 at night or 7:00 in the morning to return calls. 
    The schedule seemed to be resolved when we chose to have weekly cleaning - it would cost us more, but we figured that at least they'd remember to schedule us.
    A few weeks ago, the cleaning woman broke a ceiling fixture.  I called Wonder Maids to get it fixed.  The owner (Sue Grimwood) agreed to pay for the replacement.  We went to the store, bought an exact replacement, and even used a coupon to keep the cost down.  We talked about hiring someone to put the fixture up, but thought that was an awful lot of money.
    When I sent Wonder Maids the receipt for the fixture, I included a note that said I expected a free cleaning (2 hours) to compensate us for the 2 hours we spent taking down the broken fixture and putting up the replacement.
    Ms. Grimwood sent me a check for the reimbursement and agreed to a free cleaning.  She also DROPPED US AS CLIENTS because "this was just getting too expensive."  So, now I am paying for her employee's mistake.  I kept the reimbursement cost as low as I could, and I have spent over $1200 on this service in the past year.  Further, her insurance should pay for these costs.
    I would NOT recommend Wonder Maids (or Ms. Grimwood's other business, Trinity Home Health Care) to anyone.  She is very hard to contact, is very abrasive, and I don't appreciate being dropped as a client due to her empoyee's mistake.

    I had a very good epxerience with Emily (the owner). My house is an average-sized 3 bedroom. After calling around and seeing what other company's prices were, this was a great deal. I had one company quote me over $300 for a first time clean, which I think is a little excessive. Since this was a first time clean, I will be gettin a discount on the next clean (per Emily) since I am a return customer. At that time, her services will be $90.00 to do a general clean following the deep clean. I was very happy with the overall service and end result from Cooper's cleaning. They are one of the only companies in the area that perform cleaning servies.

    Kathy came to my house twice to help me with cleaning. She is extremely very polite punctual and cleaned my house very nicely. She did an exceptional job and cleaned everything very well without me even telling her. She did an excellent job with cleaning the bathroom and cleaned the floors very well. She even cleaned the blinds and removed cobwebs from the corners of the house. She is also very polite and very flexible as well. She modified the cleaning as i requested..She brought her own cleaning supplies. I would recommend her without any hesitation.

    The cleaning person called about 1 hour before he was supposed to show up, and stated that his first job was taking longer, and he would be delayed coming to our home. Once he arrived he assessed our rooms and got started quickly. He did a good job at cleaning our carpets and made sure to be through on his work. He also gave us a discount for paying in cash.
