    Guibord, Dr. Roberta J.
She is really nice and we prefer going there. She is socially on always. She does a nice job of making room to get us in when we need something to schedule around our needs. She is thorough. We had couple of weird billing issues there. We are going to continue to stay there.

Great doctors but the wait time in office for even a regular visit is routinely around half hour, even longer for sick visits.

    Clay-Huffard, Dr. Susan
She has 4 children about the same age as mine so she really understands what it's like to be a parent.  She's very good.  All the doctors in there are very good, you don't mind who ever you get.

Everything went great, the process was very efficient from beginning to end. They have new offices, with separate sick and well waiting rooms. The check in process was quick, with a long bank of nurses/employees waiting to help near the front door. We didn't wait very long, and lt; 5 minutes in the wating room and and lt; 5 in the office. The doctor (McBride) was nice and funny, he put my daughter at ease. Was very knowledgeable and efficient, but we didn't feel rushed. The checkout process was quick as well. Highly recommended!

    Cedergren, Dr. Amy
I am very particular about which Dr. from this practice I see. My usually doctor was no available and I was nervous about seeing Cedergen. However, I am pleased to report that she was extremely punctual and very through. She asked me lots of questions to determine the best care for my daughter. I could not have been happier!

The nurse was VERY friendly and efficient. She didn't leave any little bit of information out and even offered us information that as new parents we would not have thought to ask for. Dr. Turk was fantastic. He has a great sense of gentleness and calmness about him when he handled our new baby. After the examination, we were advised when we had to return and for what services. Checkout and scheduling of follow up appointments was pretty nice - ladies in that department were great too.

    Rader, Dr. Eric S.
Dr. Rader is wonderful.  He is great with children, and with their parents.  He explains everything, offers sensible advice, and listens well to all concerns.  We're first-time parents, and he anticipated many of our questions and put us at ease.  He is a parent himself, and he does a great job offering advice that is both medically sound and based in his own practical experience.

Our daughter was seen right away by Dr. Medaglia who had never seen her before. The Dr. took her time with us even though the office was very busy. Our daughter who is normally very healthy was really very sick. The Dr. quickly determined from her lung sounds that she had a right lower lobe pneumonia even though she had not had a typical presentation such as a cough. She gave her a breathing treatment, a snack, and promptly sent her for a chest x-ray, which confirmed her diagnosis. During this, I was really very scared for my daughter as she was actually lethargic. I felt reassured in the hands of Dr. Medaglia who was so efficient. Our daughter received an antibiotic injection, a script for 2 oral antibiotics, and a nebulizer machine with a script for albuterol. I was given exact instructions how to care for my daughter and follow up instructions which I understood. The nurses were also very kind and helpful. I wish I remembered their names. Later that evening, the Dr. called to make sure my daughter was ok. My only regret is that Dr. Medaglia is moving to Indiana. I could not be more thankful for her care!

    Maumee Pediatric Associates
We have used this office for all our pediatric needs for 9 years now.  All four pediatricians are very knowledgeable and caring. You can't go wrong with any of them.  They will really take the time needed to provide quality care. The staff is very friendly and helpful.  I would highly recommend them.   We had a time when our daughter was in intensive care for 3 weeks at age 5 and the doctors were wonderful.  They came to visit her everyday and made sure we knew what was going on and had any concerns or questions about the specialists or her care.  The specialists and Pediatric Intensive care nurses at Toledo Children's Hospital knew them and talked highly of them also. We moved many years ago to a different part of town and although it would be more convenient,  we will never switch offices.
