  • George spent 3 days working on our 100 year old Cable piano fixing the many, many problems with the instrument. The piano now sounds and plays a million times better and is finally fun to play again. George is extremely knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. Way better that any other piano technician that I have dealt with in the past.

  • My boyfriend and I wanted to take dance class before attending a wedding. It went really well and we had fun. They try to pack a lot into the first dance lesson, so we didn't retain a lot of the information, but if we had gone back for more lessons I've sure we would have. Our schedules made it too difficult to continue, but we'd love to pick it up again and we would absolutely go back to Five Star Dance Studios.

  • I I went to Red's Bicycle Sales and Repairs just to get my bicycle repaired.  After seeing all of the bicycle items available in his store, I purchased several things to improve my bike. Red's shop is one of a kind! He cares that his customers have a bike they are truly comfortable with. He answered so many questions, and it was so clear that he was there to serve my needs. With every problem that I presented to Red, he had a solution. He raised the handlebars so that I'm not hurting my wrists by bending over so far. I now have a pouch to hold my cell phone and keys, handgrips that are more comfortable, a new cushioned seat, a bicycle pump, and a place where I can go to have my bike serviced and feel welcomed. I will be sure to return next spring to get my bike ready for another season of riding. When you enter his store, be ready to feel welcomed!

  • The provider did an excellent job, and finished it in a short amount of time.  He was friendly and responsive, and he explained the reasons for the various repairs that were done.  The bicycle works perfectly now and we gave it to our grandson as a birthday present.

  • After they told me six times that there is a $50 charge, he said he would call Saturday to set an appointment.  However on Friday he called and was dragging out the entire process and very rude.  After speaking with him and inquiring about what the baseboard/sensor was, he then got upset and eventually ended the call saying I should just go get a new TV myself and hung up.

  • Had two crews, the first came in to remove the old unit at the promised time. (This was at my request as I wanted to remove the subfloor and replace it.) The next day, the second crew showed up early. Both crews were very professional, covered the floor with tarps and wore shoe coverings. The installation was as I expected, very neat and clean; it just looked good. The new unit is very quiet as promised by Lenox. The excessive air flow noise that I previously had,was corrected
    If I have any complaint, it would be that I got very little feed back on how the installation was going. For example I overheard Chris ask one the crews to add a couple of screws to a leaking connection. The second was my request to check for an another possible leak farther down the run. I know the first crew checked it but I never heard back if either was repaired.

  • The screen went black on my new Samsung HD TV around the beginning of October. If it wasn't for the guys at MVP it would still be black.
    The people on the Samsung hotline were polite but definitely clueless. Only after complaining was I able to connect with MVP. Phillip at MVP diagnosed the problem over the phone, corrected the Samsung service dispatch people, ordered the part and scheduled the call at my home to replace it.
    I would definitely recommed them and use them again.

  • He was very nice to deal with and showed up on schedule. His prices were reasonable. He fixed our converter box and our tv. He still put our antenna up. He is very polite and easy to work with. I would recommend him to others.

  • When I called him he told me to fiddle with the channel button and try to get it to channel 3 or 4 to see if it would get the signal. That turned out to be the problem. He was extremely polite and instead of telling me that he would come out and charge me, he helped me over the phone for free. He was a joy to talk too. I would recommend him to anyone.
