AHome Exteriors Roofing, Siding and WindowsWe hired Gary and his team to reside our house, side our new addition, install new gutters and stone work. Gary was very helpful and met with us several times to discuss the work to be completed. We received several different quotes and Gary was willing to work with us on pricing. Mike installed the stone on our house and was very professional. He worked on weekends and in the cold and rain to complete the job so the siding crew could begin their work. Tony and his crew installed the siding. They also worked in the rain, snow and cold to keep the project moving and complete in a timely manner. Tony worked on weekends and was very professional. The cleanup crew did a great job. Gary gave us his cell phone number and responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. He made this project run smoothly and we are very happy with the finished result.- Gina K.

ARay Arnold MasonryThe team at Ray Arnold Masonry was great to work with. They were able to give me a quick free estimate and then accurately gave me a time when they could start. Work was priced fairly. Team showed up on time and completed a quality job. The bricks around my front steps under a concrete slab were crumbling. They removed, brought bricks that best matched my 25 yr old house, sealed and even replaced the landscaping mulch that had to be disturbed for the job. B***Update: They finally showed up the crew seemed quite knowledgeable, completed the work promptly, and did it within budget.*** The initial estimate was prompt, professional, and seemed reasonable. However, they did not schedule the work when they said they would, or the month after that, or the month after that. At this point I hear nothing form them unless I contact them to find out when the work will be done. When I do contact them, they give me a time when they say they'll contact me to schedule the work and then they do not follow through on that. If you use this company, be prepared to nag them mercilessly in order to get the work done.

The scope included a full kitchen renovation (including moving walls), installing new hardwood floors, new lighting, adding new entryways with pocket doors, window and base trim, and of course painting throughout. The results are nothing short of mind-blowing! Mike, the owner, was phenomenal to work with from day 1, helping us design and visualize exactly what we wanted, and needed, to turn our “house” into our “forever home”. He leads by example, with an honest and true desire to improve the lives of his customers, and treated us more like friends than clients. Once construction began, the amazing crew, led by our project manager, Shawn, showed up for work every day of the 3 month project on time and ready to go. They met with us daily to discuss progress and resolve any questions or concerns that came up throughout the course of the project. We were very impressed with the level of detail and thought that went into every decision made. They are true professionals and their craftsmanship is unmatched. DI’ve been a customer with parks trees for years and have always had a good experience from them, this year one of their snow plow drivers slid off the driveway and hit our garbage can and a bush in our front yard, not a ton of damage but I wanted to reach out and let them know about it. Their office rep emailed me and said the driver did acknowledge that he hit the garbage can but not the bush so I sent pictures showing the one set of tracks in the yard and the minor damage to the bush. I was expecting them to just apologize and figure out how we would handle the damages once the snow melted. Instead I got an angry call from the owner of the company saying that we had left a nasty review on Facebook and called their driver a liar. Neither were true, but when I tried to ask him about what he was talking about he abruptly told me they were reimbursing me for the contract and cancelling our contract. I am extremely disappointed in the level of professionalism and customer service from the OWNER OF THE COMPANY! He should really leave all customer contact to his office manager as he was extremely disrespectful and irrational. I will be contacting all of the people that I have referred to let them know about this issue so they know not to even bother calling them.
