    Gorjanc Comfort Services
Gorjanc was able to come out the next day and based on my description of the problem quickly identified that the expansion tank had failed. Although the technician did not have a replacement tank on his truck, Gorjanc was able to deliver a replacement within 30 minutes. The technician replaced the expansion tank and my heating systems was back in service.

TWO SEASONS HEATING & COOLING Inc.
I had one supply vent and no return vents in my upstairs room. The installation went perfectly. Lou and his team were professional, reliable, and knew what they were doing. The upstairs room feels comfortable now.

At first it was going to be a simple clean out of the flue but Mike C. discovered it was pretty packed beyond the reach of his shop vac. So he and another guy took out the entire flue and replaced it with a new flue and a new secure cap to go on top.

TWO SEASONS HEATING & COOLING Inc.
Lou & his team at Two Seasons have serviced 3 generations of my familys HVAC needs over the past 20+ years. It was without hesitation that I contacted him when my furnace started failing. Lou was patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable about which heating and cooling system would be the right fit for my home. His techs, Chad & Zach, were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable as well. If you are looking for a reasonably priced HVAC company that has great customer service, I recommend Two Seasons Heating & Cooling. ...and they even clean up when theyre done!

Westfield Heating & Air Conditioning Inc
My air conditioner was not working properly and I called Westfield to come take a look. I had used them in the past without issue and they charged the normal service call charge around $100. When I called, the woman on the phone told me that I should call the technician directly. I called him on a Friday around noon and left a message. Monday morning I received a return call/message from him. On Tuesday morning we finally spoke and Joe told me he could not make it out that day and asked if tomorrow worked for me. I said, no and that I would try to get someone else out that day. He told me to go out to the unit and try something. After I did, he told me that he would either be over that afternoon or 6-7 am the next day. He said that he wouldnt wake me up and would just check it out and if it was an easy fix, he would just do it and leave a bill. I said ok. The next morning, my phone starts ringing at 6 am and Joe says he is outside. When I get outside there are 2 trucks and 2 men. Joe asked me if we had a 6am appt. He apparently forgot that he said he would just do it without waking me or my daughter. He goes out back and no more than 5 minutes later he knocks on my door to tell me that it is fixed, and he replaced my capacitor. He tells me I owe $295 and asks how Ill pay. When I say credit card he tells me its too early for that and asks if I can write him a check. He then tells me to make it out to him directly. I asked him why it was so expensive. He then told me how expensive the part is and how prices have gone up. And that Im lucky I have a generic AC unit, bc it could have been more. The whole thing didnt feel right. After Joe left, I looked online and saw that the part ranges from $15-$40 online. I then called 3 other companies and asked what the cost for them to come out and replace a capacitor would be. The prices I got were $165, $166, $125-$185. Then I reached out to my dad who has used Westfield and he told me his girlfriend had the same job done by Westfield last summer for $165. He then said hed call and talk to Westfield. The woman on the phone relayed a message from the owner saying that his girlfriend was undercharged the previous year. And that they would offer me a $40 refund. When he asked to talk to the owner, they said he would call him back. 5 days later and no call. I was charged $295 for 5 minute repair and a $30 part. Multiple other companies charge roughly $165 for this same repair. They have lost all of my future business. Hopefully I can save some people some money by going with more affordable options.

    Penguin Mechanical Inc
Annual furnace-A/C inspection revealed the furnace had CO leak in heat exchanger. Furnace was 26 years old. Instead of repairing, decided to replace with more efficient furnace. Even though the A/C was still functional, we decided to replace it with a new one to avoid potential problems at some later time. Installation was scheduled for 3 weeks from contract signing. Installers arrived on schedule and completed work in less than two days. They did a good job fitting the new furnace/A/C to the existing duct work. Installation also included a state-of-the-art, programmable thermostat and a more efficient air filter. The installation passed the inspection of the local building inspector. I would use this contractor again and I plan to use them for annual check-up/maintenance of the unit.

    Gorjanc Comfort Services
On 3/8/2018 I purchased and had installed an American Standard HVAC system (cost $7200). I noticed the heat was not warm and purchased a thermometer to verify. It was within range so I assumed it was just me and the unit was working fine. Also my 1st electric bill with the new system was high $199 (my average highest bill with my old 12+ year unit was $150 during peak times). I turned on the cooling system for the 1st time on 5/3 (79 degrees, 50% humidity) before going to sleep. I woke up to 86 degrees (see photo). Gorjanc sent a tech same day although I had to take time off. The tech was methodical and able to troubleshoot the issue. My new system was reversing the heating & cooling functions. In addition the heat strip was running which might explain the higher electric bill. My system is currently off (I refuse to run it on emergency). The parts are on order. Needless to say Im very disappointed in this system and with the install of it. This was costly (time off work, higher electric bill and expensive for a subpar product) and uncomfortable temperature wise.

    Gorjanc Comfort Services
Installers were prompt and courteous. Inside they covered my floor and cleaned up well. Im satisfied with the service however not so sure on the system I purchased. I should have researched a replacement system better. My old system kept my home warmer.

    Sal's Heating & Cooling
Billy and Ryan were punctual and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. They shut off the gas meter, cut, ran and capped the pipe so we may now get a gas range. The quote they gave us was the price we were charged. I will definitely continue to use Sal's. This is the 3rd job they have done for us and we are totally satisfied with their work.
