    Keselman Construction Group, Inc
I had hoped for a "facelift" for the house but the resulting look was as if a new house had been built on the lot. I received so many complements from the neighbors. The weather turned cold and rainy shortly after the project began but the various crews were punctual, professional, and tenacious. The work was completed responsibly and with high quality. Each crew finished their work completely and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend KCG and will use them for the next inside project.

    Right-On Roofing Inc
The additional carpentry work did not get done and I have contacted several roofers as well as Right-on-Roofing but they don't seem to be interested in doing the hole repairs to the soffit or flashing. If I knew RoR would have performed so poorly, I would have had the work done by some other company.

On time, professional, easy to work with. His crew was friendly and respectful. Job site was cleaned up every day. From start to finish, the project went smoothly and the house looks great. I would highly recommend Duane Cole, Die Hard Exteriors.

    Die Hard Exteriors
The job was great and the buildings look fantastic! We received many compliments about the buildings and the craftsmanship. The work schedule that was communicated to me was followed and the job was completed on time, even when I changed the plan due to an issue that came up. Duane, the owner, was easy to work with and offered suggestions when I was stuck with a decision. He is the professional and deals with this everyday, I liked that he was able to give me options.

Awesome work. New Duchlap siding and double pane windows. They went above and beyond my expectations and never left a mess. I was always updated on progress. A+. Would definitely recommend Die Hard Exteriors to all my friends and family!

Cost was no where near their sales dollar per lineal foot advertisement. Work was generally good except for two downspout errors that dropped them to a C rating. The installer used poor judgement on the visual appearance and had to redo the downspouts. They worked in my stone driveway and left a small amount of screws on the ground, I had to clean them up to avoid a tire puncture. They did do a general cleanup of the debris but just not enough. I think other products on the market would be equal at less cost.

    Zemco Roofing & Repairs Inc

I called Zemco roofing on Monday afternoon and left a message.  I was called back within a couple of hours.  And Brian came here to do the work on Tuesday.  That's what I call excellent customer service!

While he did the above work,  he also provided the annual maintenance of sealing vents and chimney and checking/fixing any loose shingles.  He replaced some missing siding, which happened when the electric company "fixed" a downed power line and reattached it to the house.  Brian fixed it so water wouldn't get behind the siding to cause water damage.  When I told him I had a few holes in my siding, possibly caused from the lawn mower kicking up stones against the house, he said he would fix that for me by using siding caulk to seal the holes; then he also caulked around a dryer vent and gas line which had gaps between them and the house . And today was my recycling day.  They had already been picked up, so Brian brought the container up from the end of my driveway to my garage.  I have multiple sclerosis, so that was very helpful.  And he didn't charge me extra for any of these extra jobs he did.

Brian put on a new roof for me 14 years ago; he does the annual maintenance for me; and he takes care of any problems that need a professional's expertise to do them.  I wouldn't have him back to take care of my roofing problems if he didn't do such a good job.  No only is he good at his job--he's friendly, honest, and reliable.

When you find good people, you stick with them.  When I was widowed 19 years ago, I joined Angie's List.  I have found so many good people through the list that I keep calling them for all the things I need.

I had an awful time in the beginning dealing with the OTHER "storm chaser" restoration companies that swarmed me after the storm. I even went through a DIFFERENT contractors substandard work and fired them. Thankfully I found Skoda construction, called them, they came immediately out, assessed my disaster and were willing to work with me and the insurance company to get my home put back together. The insurance process is confusing and lengthy on a project with so many restoration needs and Chris Skoda has been excellent to work with. Chris, with the help of his  Project Manager Tony, has a team of many different speciality crews that I can not say enough good things about. Much of the work is done by Amish crews that are true craftsmen with skills and workmanship above and beyond belief. Every team he has sent here has been high quality craftsmen that are experts in their field. I am not exaggerating one bit on that one........EVERY TIME they come out and tackle the next piece of this project I am amazed at how perfectly perfect everything is. I am not a push over deceased father was a skilled union finisher carpenter that had me help him on many of his winter side jobs. I grew up knowing the difference between good work and crap.  My back room roof has the framing rebuilt better and stronger than it ever was. The garage that is almost complete is amazing..... bigger, better, stronger. The materials they used from the concrete foundation  up have been ALWAYS better than anything I have ever seen before. Unbelievable foundation and extra good slab.... 2X10X20ft. rafters and general framing to perfection, R38 insulation ceiling, R19 walls, 5/8" fire rated drywall everywhere.... then plastered !!!!! The electrician's work was perfection......Even our building inspector has commented on the unbelievable workmanship this garage has.......We aren't done yet... still have plenty more to complete, but I couldn't imagine anything but more of what I have already got...... Skoda Construction is a rare find in this day and times....Honesty, quality, and integrity with a highly skilled batch of craftsman that do beautiful work...... I know I am lucky to have them taking care of me. I'll post how it all works out when it's complete...... but OMG.... so far sooooo good :)

    RJK Roofing Solutions
The process overall went very well.  Our initial contact was with Greg Pike.  He was timely, professional and punctual.  He was also very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decisions.  Greg Tomasic was the project manager.  He was very thorough in the pre and post-inspections of the project.  He let us know exactly what was going to happen during the roof replacement.  Finally, Tom, the foreman, and his team did a great job executing the project.  Everyone was punctual, worked incredibly hard and answered all of my questions.  They also did a fantastic job of keeping the job site clean through the project.
Overall, this was a very expensive project.  But throughout the process, we felt that we got value for our money.  We are very happy with the results and are now ready for winter!

    These guys are amazing!

After a storm, one of our large trees in the backyard was leaning against the house, damaging the house as well. Liberty came out as soon as our USAA insurer contacted them. The tree was difficult to remove as our house sits on the edge of a ridge and there was no access for the tree removal crane. They expertly removed the tree, lifting pieces over the house, and chopping them up in the front yard. It took all day, but they completed the tree removal safely and fully cleaned up the yard, driveway, walkways, and roof.

Following that, they repaired damage to the gutters, downspouts, balcony railings, fascia, and deck roofing. They painted wherever it was needed, too.

Overall, they did an excellent job and we will definitely use them again.
