  Mike's team did a great job getting the sidewalk shaped the way I wanted it and ended up getting the job done in one day. The team had a great attitude and put a nice finish on the side walk. I've received a number of compliments already and it's only been two weeks. I would totally use them again.

  Wheeler & Son Cement Contractors

  Mark Wheeler was the first of four companies to respond to our quote request and also provided the best pricing. While the others gave us start dates of a month to two months out, Wheeler and Son offered a start-time within a week or two. The crew arrived promptly on each day of the 3 day installation; as well as the fourth day for cleanup. The first day involved marking out the pattern for the driveway and, after getting the approval from us, excavating the old asphalt and additional area. On the second and third day the forms were set up, the base material was laid, and the concrete poured and finished. The fourth day is when the forms were removed and topsoil was replaced along the edges. We were impressed with the crew's efficiency, quality, and professionalism. Everyone knew what they were to do and the tasks for each stage proceeded like clockwork. We were more than satisfied with the results and would recommend Mark and the crew highly.

  I had hoped for a "facelift" for the house but the resulting look was as if a new house had been built on the lot. I received so many complements from the neighbors. The weather turned cold and rainy shortly after the project began but the various crews were punctual, professional, and tenacious. The work was completed responsibly and with high quality. Each crew finished their work completely and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend KCG and will use them for the next inside project.

  On September 18, 2018, I emailed this contractor, requesting a visit and estimate. On September 20, 2018, I received an reply stating that they would be happy to do an estimate. On the same day, I replied "please call me to set up a time and day". No call came. On September 26th, I followed up again. Again, no reply. My view is if a contractor ignores you during the phase of the relationship where they are trying to "sell" you, this is a bad sign about work quality, follow up, and responsiveness, once they have been paid. So, I will not deal with this business.

  Poorly. On September 18, 2018, I sent an email to this contractor, requesting an estimate for the job. No reply was received. On September 21st, I sent another email requesting an estimate. No reply, On September 26th, I sent a third request. As of today, October 1st, no reply. I will not deal with this contractor. If it is unable or unwilling to reply in the phase of the relationship where they are trying to "sell" their services, my view is that they will not be worthwhile trusting them for service or warranty after they have been paid.

  I called Rob around 8:45am and he was able to give me same day appointment at 4:00pm. He was professional and replaced both springs, drums, and cables. I was able to send him pictures of the sticker specs and he was able to get the correct supplies and finish it that day instead of coming back the next day. He also lubed up the chains and roller pins. I will definitively hire him again and pass his company along to friends and family.

  R Greene Concrete Leveling Co Inc

  It was three weeks before R Greene Concrete Leveling was available to inspect my driveway. I need to have a tree removed from my property that will require the use of a crane/bucket truck parked on my concrete driveway. I was told that my driveway could handle the weight of such equipment, the sections were fairly level, and the hollow sound didn't signify any problems (I'll find out if that's true when the heavy equipment arrives.) I declined to have the other minor repairs (raising the walkway to the doors) done at this time as the most important job is removal of the tree before it falls on my or my neighbor's house.

  AMERICAN ASPHALT SEALCOATING CO

  Tod was very responsive when giving quote, but no so much when answering my calls for addressing quality concerns. He finally siad he would fix it and never did. Then they have the nerve to keep calling me following up to a quote for sealing. My newly surfaced driveway started cracking in less than a year. Tood said that is because it needs seal-coated which is a totla lie. Furthermore, they did not taper the surface away from garage and now water runs into my garage. Todd was not present for the install. I am pretty sure that this is on purpose. The guys slapped it down in a hurry. Reminded me of the movie Cars. RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS!

  James and Rich from JNR Home Maintenance were awesome. They were on time, reliable and couteous. They did a fantastic job of building a bedroom with a closet in our basement for our teenage son. It came out great and we can't wait to use it. They were very professional and organized. I would highly recommend them for any construction project you need done.
