    Everything went extremely well. I started out looking to replace a gas insert and decided to treat myself to a new grill. I went to the shop location and worked with the friendly staff who assisted me in picking out the right grill. I was able to schedule installation for the very next day. The installer was able to start earlier than planned which was great with me. Everything went smoothly and burgers was on the menu that night.

    Stopped by this morning with a friend. We were both in the market to by a new refrigerator. There was one salesman working. There were 2 others in the office. We were waiting patiently in same room as salesman and other customer. Although he passed us several times, we were never addressed. Waited about 20 minutes. If he would have explained that it would be a few minutes or even longer we would have waited. So sorry that I drove all the way from Westerville. Ended up at another store and bought a refrigerator and stove.

    Jim Thompson came and took my washer apart. He said that it needed a part that he had to order and he would come back the next day to replace it. I paid him $135.00 and he never returned to repair my washer. He hasn't returned my voicemail messages or responded to my email requesting a response. UPDATE: Provider stole the water pump. Now, I must buy another water pump + pay for another provider to repair my washer.

    Update: As per the response below, Swiss Air performed a diagnostic on our unit free of charge, worked with the manufacturer to warrant the bad part, and Swiss Air has since performed the replacement. We are definitely pleased that we are not on the market for a new unit so soon after purchasing this one. We appreciate the time and attention Swiss Air has given to our individual situation with our unit and are hopeful that this new coil will not give us the same problem. We purchased a new TempStar air conditioner from Swiss Air in 2005. Within 2 years, a part went bad on the unit and required replacement. Luckily, it was under warranty and was replaced by Swiss Air with no problem. A couple years later, the same part went bad again and was replaced. Again, under warranty. Again, by Swiss Air. Unfortunately, for us, it's been another couple years, and it looks as though the part is again bad. We are no longer under warranty. It looks like it will be costing us approximately $600 just for Swiss Air to find out if that part is bad. Again. And, if after we spend that $600 with Swiss Air and that part is yet again found to be bad, we will then need to give Swiss Air another $1200  on top of the $600 to replace the bad part - No guarantee from Swiss Air on that new part (as there was no guarantee on the previous replacement parts. I was hoping something could be done since there appears to be a chronic problem with the unit that Swiss Air sold and installed in our home. Considering the history of our air conditioner, It is clear that we never did receive a good product from Swiss Air. After speaking with a technician, there is nothing that Swiss Air can do except come out and collect ~$600 to see if the part is bad and then collect another ~$1200 when it is found to be bad. That's all that Swiss Air can do per my conversation with one of Swiss Air's technicians, Mike. This is very unfortunate for us. We will neither be working with Swiss Air nor recommending Swiss Air to anyone. It appears that (1) Swiss Air has sold us a bad product or (2) Swiss Air has failed to install our unit and/or the part correctly. Note: The rating for price on my review is due to the fact that we never did receive a good product from Swiss Air and the only recommendation to us is/was to put more good money to the bad unit that Swiss Air supplied and installed. Even if the price was reasonable at the time, we never did receive a good product from Swiss Air. For a unit that is supposed to last at least 10 yrs, we didn't even get 2 without it going bad.

    The whole thing was great. From the gentleman who came out and gave me the quote to the individuals at the office it was a top notch situation. The guys that did the install we absolutely great. Fantastic attitudes and great work. I think it was Matt and Mike, I'm bad with names so if I'm wrong forgive me. I've got to say that the process was perhaps the best work transaction I've had in years. The company has a winning attitude and these guys are a huge part of it and I thank them.

    On a Friday a repairman from Swiss Air came to take a look at our old unit to see if it could be repaired. He did not charge us anything. He explained why our old unit could not be repaired. He saw some things that were installed wrong on our old AC unit. He was very friendly and informative and knowledgeable. He told us we would need a new AC and suggested what might be the best reliable AC for our home with the least cost. He said the installers would be here on Monday at 9:00am and they were, very prompt. They guys that came to install the new unit were very polite and friendly and were finished when they said they would be. It only took them about 3 and a half hours to finish. They cleaned up very thoroughly and took the old unit away. They gave us some good advice about cleaning the air filters and how to install a regular media filter if we wanted to use that instead of the electro static filter. They asked if we had any questions and said to call if any problems.

    It could not have gone better, and this also pertains to the entire Lowe's system. Lowe's has specialized appliance installers who really know their stuff. After choosing the appliance at the store or on the Lowe's website, you just make a toll-free phone call to arrange installation. The Lowe's people ask exactly the right questions to insure a quick and proper installation. The installers are EXTREMELY competent, punctual, and professional installation. From appliance selection through installation, the process could not have been better. Lowe's is so smart to have dedicated, specialized appliance installers, who make replacing an appliance so much easier. From now on, the first place I'll turn to for new appliances is Lowe's. Installation is as important as the appliance you choose. Lowe's has a large selection and you can rely on them for proper and professional installation.
